Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determination of the cost of producing water using the Full Costing method quickly and accurately as the basis for determining the selling price for each cubic meter at the Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) Drinking Water in North Toraja Regency. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative by interviewing PERUMDA Water Supply in North Toraja Regency and processing data from the 2021 financial report PERUMDA Water Supply in North Toraja Regency using the full costing method. The results show that the determination of the Cost of Production in 2021 is using the full costing method is already a fast and accurate way because in 2021 PERUMDA Water Supply in North Toraja Regency will experience a profit, with the selling price for each cubic meter greater than the cost of production

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. Indo-Rama Synthetics Tbk. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with financial reports as a data source to examine financial performance based on profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, activity ratios and solvency ratios. The research examines financial performance from 2020-2022 with financial reports. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that in the profitability assessment only the return on assets ratio had reached the efficient criteria, while the net profit margin and return on equity ratios were considered inefficient. In assessing liquidity, the current ratio and quick ratio are not yet liquid. Activity assessment through inventory ratios, fixed asset turnover and total asset turnover is considered to have not met the efficient level each year. Meanwhile, in the solvency assessment, it was found that the overall ratios used, namely the debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, met good criteria.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the assessment of financial performance in companies. This can be seen in financial reports, namely reports that describe the development of a company's financial results over a certain period of time. The purpose of this research is to find out how the financial performance of PT. Bumi Resources Tbk is based on Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability ratio analysis. The analytical method used is a descriptive quantitative method. Based on the Liquidity ratio, it is in good condition, although it experienced a decline in 2020-2021. Based on the Solvency ratio, the company is in good condition. Based on the profitability ratio, the company's net profit increases, but the company is less effective in using its assets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan ke objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi pengunjung objek wisata Museum Ne'Gandeng kabupaten Toraja Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 97 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan uji instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas, uji hipotesis terdiri dari uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,176 atau sama dengan 17,6%. Hal ini menunjukkan sumbangan atau input yang diberikan variabel promosi dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan berkunjung sebesar 17,6% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05 dan variabel promosi memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,968 < t tabel 1,985 dan fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai signifikansi 0,006 < 0,05 dan variabel fasilitas memperoleh t hitung sebesar 2,822 < t tabel 1,985

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Brand Trust on consumer purchasing decisions on The Originote skincare products in Tana Toraja partially and simultaneously. The data collection procedure for this study is: questionnaire. The method used in this study is the Quantitative Method using the Multiple Linear Regression method and processed using SPSS 29. This study was conducted in Tana Toraja Regency, with a sample of 97 respondents. The technique used by researchers in sampling is the Lemeshow formula. The results of the calculation with the t test on the Celebrity Endorser variable t count> t table with a value of (8.137)> (1.661) and on the Brand Trust variable t count> t table with a value of (6.572)> (1.661). The conclusion of this study is that Celebrity Endorser and Brand Trust influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions on The Originote Skincare Products in Tana Toraja partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at the North Toraja Regency Culture and Tourism Office. And the object in this study is the Culture and Tourism Office of North Toraja Regency. The population in this study were all employees of the culture and tourism service, totaling 58 people. The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on performance and work discipline simultaneously. the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.378 or 37.8%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of goods produced by Sinar Harapan's mebel business. Determining the cost of goods produced is very important because it further increases competition that occurs between companies in producing quality products at fairly competitive prices. This research was conducted at Mebel Sinar Harapan Business, a business that produces various types of furniture made of wood. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative data collected by documentation method which is then analyzed with descriptive analysis techniques with a quantitative approach. Data analysis techniques use the full costing method by calculating raw material costs, labor costs, and factory overhead costs. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the calculation of cost of goods produced as a basis for determining selling prices according to the full costing method is better in analyzing production costs.

Abstract

This research aims to test and determine the influence of store atmosphere, price discounts and location on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. The research method uses quantitative research. The data collection technique was through a questionnaire. The population in this study were all consumers who visited KFC Toraja and the sample used used an accidental sampling technique, which means anyone who received the questionnaire and matched the criteria could be used as a sample. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. The results of this research show that, partially, the store atmosphere value has an influence but is not significant on purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, price discounts do not significantly influence purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja, and location influences purchasing decisions at KFC Toraja. And simultaneously the results show that the three variables, namely store atmosphere, price discounts and location together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of training and work experience on teacher performance at the Lentera Harapan Toraja School. This research data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 60 teachers. This research uses quantitative research. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of this research, it shows that partially training has an influence but is not significant on teacher performance and work experience has a significant influence on teacher performance. And simultaneously training and work experience together have a significant influence on performance
