Abstract

This study aims to examine  the role of innovative behavior and self-efficacy as a mediator of the influence of competence and work discipline on the performance of teachers of the State Vocational School of Manokwari Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 189 respondents, data collection using questionnaires and using SEM-AMOS analysis. The test results showed: 1) competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior, 2) competence and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, 3) competence had a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, while work discipline had no positive and significant effect on teacher performance, 4) innovative behavior and self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance,  5) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through innovative behavior, 6) Competence and work discipline have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance through self-efficacy. This study concludes that fostering innovative behavior and self-efficacy is essential to improving teacher performance, particularly in challenging educational settings.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence between knowledge management, innovation capability, learning organization, employee empowerment and employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study was employees of PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah West Papua Province which amounted to 155 respondents. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using SEM analysis techniques with the help of the SEM PLS program. The results show that (1) Knowledge management and innovation capability have a positive and significant effect on the learning organization, (2) Knowledge management and innovation capability have a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment, 3) Knowledge management has no positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (5) Learning and empowerment organizations have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Knowledge management and innovation capabilities have an indirect effect on employee performance mediated by learning organizations and employee empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Employee Performance Improvement Strategy of PT. PLN (Persero) Manokwari through the influence of knowledge management and employee empowerment on employee performance mediated by dynamic capabilities and job satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study is all employees of PT PLN (Persero) Manokwari totaling 210 respondents. The research data was obtained from filling out questionnaires, analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The results of the study show that (1) Knowledge management and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on dynamic capabilities; (2) Knowledge management and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; 3) Knowledge management does not have a significant effect on employee performance; 4) Empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (5) Dynamic capabilities and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Knowledge management and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through dynamic capabilities,7) Knowledge management and empowerment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze interpersonal communication as a mediator of the influence of competence, motivation and organizational commitment on the performance of private university lecturers in West Papua Province. The population of this study amounted to 263 lecturers, spread across 9 private universities. The research data was obtained from filling out questionnaires and analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The results of the study showed that: 1) competence, motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on interpersonal communication.2) Competence, motivation and organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance, 3) Interpersonal communication had a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance.4) Competence, motivation and organizational commitment had a significant effect on lecturer performance through interpersonal communication. The implication of the study is that the results of this research can be used as input and decision-making basis for PTS leaders in improving lecturer performance through increasing lecturer competence, organizational motivation and commitment as well as improving interpersonal communication of PTS lecturers in West Papua Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Internal Control as a bridge to the superior performance of the West Papua Provincial Government, by examining the influence of HR perspectives, accountability and transparency . This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study was 351 employees of the West Papua Provincial Secretariat, with a sample of 203 respondents, using the opinion of Hair et al, 2010 (7x29 indicators). The research data were obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-AMOS. The results of the study show that (1) The quality of human resources, accountability and transparency have a positive and significant effect on the internal control system; (2) The quality of human resources, accountability and transparency have a positive and significant effect on the performance of regional government agencies; (3); Internal control has a positive and significant effect on the performance of regional government agencies; (4) Internal control can significantly mediate the effect of the quality of human resources, accountability and transparency on the performance of regional government agencies
