Abstract

Pengamatan awal dilakukan terhadap sifat fisik dan mutu beras organik hasil lahan di Pinrang Sulawesi Selatan bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana sifat fisik serta mutu beras organik yang telah dihasilkan. Penellitian dilakukan dengan mengamati dan mengukur langsung sampel beras organik. Pengukuran mutu dilakukan dengan analisis kadar air sampel, identifikasi beras kepala, butir patah, butir menir, butir merah, butir kuning/rusak, butir mengapur, benda asing dan butir gabah. Hasil pengamatan sifat fisik menunjukkan bahwa pengamatan sifat fisik beras organik sama halnya dengan sifat fisik serealia pada umumnya sedangkan mutu beras organik yang dihitung belum termasuk tingkatan mutu berdasarkan SNI 6128:2015. Namun, pengamatan ini belum melakukan peninjauan terhadap cemaran logam sesuai SNI sistem pertanian organik SNI 6729:2016.

Abstract

In the world of education, teaching and learning activities are not only intended to make students know knowledge academically, but also will build student character, so that in this case character education is considered very important to be carried out in formal and non-formal schools. Students with good and noble characters will be able to live their lives more interestingly in the future . Each person has character individually . understanding This character can also be misinterpreted by the character, personality and traits that a person has. Actually the definition of character itself is an accumulation of character, personality and traits that a person has. Character in a person is actually formed indirectly from the learning process that goes through , the character of a person does not come from something innate but rather from the formation of the environment to the people who are near him . in shape realize education good character , schools need to anchor the values of social norms through each activity at school . Based on results research conducted at SMPN 3 Dua Pitue with do interview development character in the participants educate result well , with use approach persuasive and judgmental attitude is measured with instrument evaluation the character made by the school

Abstract

The character of entrepreneurship is a character that must be cultivated from school age to form the attitude and mentality of students, therefore it is necessary to adapt learning to the needs of the current of the Z generation. The research aims to apply STEM learning integrated sciencepreneurship in the students of the 8th grade MTs Nurul Izzah Kalamisu as the Z generation to shape the character of entrepreneurial from school age. Research design using one case study, data collection using questionnaires and observations, data analysis is carried out using descriptive quantitative analysis. Research results show that 64% of students agree with STEM learning integrated sciencepreneurship, this learning is able to shape the student’s entrepreneurial character that includes confidence, task- and outcome-oriented, daring to take risks, spirit of leadership, having originality and future oriented.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memantapkan karakter siswa dalam mengembangkan jiwa wirausaha digital yang berkarakter. Pendidikan yang berorientasi pada karakter menjadi penting dalam menghadapi era digital yang penuh dengan perubahan dan tantangan. Edukasi yang fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan berwirausaha dan karakter yang kuat dapat membantu siswa untuk menjadi edupreneur (entrepreneur pendidikan) digital yang sukses dan berintegritas. Dalam pengabdian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah melalui pelatihan, workshop, dan pendampingan siswa dalam mengembangkan ide-ide bisnis digital mereka sendiri. Siswa diajak untuk mengidentifikasi masalah sosial atau ekonomi yang relevan dalam konteks digital, dan mereka didorong untuk menciptakan solusi berbasis teknologi yang inovatif. Selain itu, pendekatan ini juga menitikberatkan pada pengembangan karakter seperti integritas, ketekunan, kreativitas, kepemimpinan, dan kolaborasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa tentang wirausaha digital dan karakter yang diperlukan dalam berwirausaha. Siswa tidak hanya mampu mengembangkan ide bisnis digital yang inovatif, tetapi juga memiliki kesadaran yang lebih tinggi tentang pentingnya etika dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam dunia digital. Selain itu, mereka juga mampu bekerja sama dalam tim dan memimpin dengan integritas. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh bagi institusi pendidikan lainnya dalam memantapkan karakter siswa menuju edupreneurship digital yang berkarakter. Melalui pendekatan ini, kita dapat menciptakan generasi muda yang siap menghadapi perubahan dunia digital dengan keyakinan diri dan integritas yang tinggi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkajene Sidrap bertujuan untuk berbagi ilmu dan informasi tentang pemanfaatan platform Zoom, Google Hangouts dan Google Meet dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggris online di tingkat universitas atau sederajat. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selain memberikan penjelasan teoritis dan praktis mengenai penggunaan platform-platform tersebut, juga memberikan penjelasan bagaimana penerapannya dengan teknik yang sesuai dan variasi model Pengajaran menggunakan platform Zoom, Google Hangouts dan Google Meet. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan bagi guru pengajar di SMA Muhammadiyah Pangkajene Sidrap. Dalam pelatihan ini juga dilakukan kegiatan simulasi atau praktik langsung dengan menggunakan platform Zoom, Google Hangouts dan Google Meet yang dapat diterapkan selama proses pengajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah pembelajaran bahasa komunitas yang meliputi pertukaran informasi, diskusi dan berbagi pengalaman antara konsultan dan pelanggan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus hingga September 2023. Berkat PKM, para guru mendapatkan perkuliahan budaya digital dalam pembelajaran daring. Implikasi dari platform yang disajikan dapat bermanfaat sebagai referensi media dalam pengajaran online.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Rappang dengan judul "Edukasi Ecobrik Sebagai Solusi Manajemen Pengolahan Sampah Rumah Tangga." Masalah pengolahan sampah rumah tangga menjadi isu penting di lingkungan sekolah ini, mengingat dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh penumpukan sampah yang tidak terkelola dengan baik. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, dilakukan edukasi kepada siswa-siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Rappang tentang konsep dan praktik penggunaan ecobrik sebagai salah satu solusi inovatif dalam pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga. Siswa-siswa diajarkan cara membuat ecobrik menggunakan botol plastik bekas dan sampah plastik non-organik lainnya, serta manfaat ekologis dan sosial yang dapat dihasilkan dari penggunaan ecobrik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya pengolahan sampah rumah tangga yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, mereka juga dapat menghasilkan ecobrik secara mandiri, yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai proyek konstruksi yang ramah lingkungan. Selain memberikan dampak positif pada lingkungan, penggunaan ecobrik juga dapat memberikan manfaat sosial dengan mengurangi limbah plastik dan menciptakan peluang ekonomi lokal. Kegiatan ini menguraikan langkah-langkah yang diambil dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, serta refleksi atas dampak positif yang diberikan kepada siswa dan masyarakat sekitar. Edukasi mengenai ecobrik diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mempromosikan kesadaran lingkungan dan perilaku berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat Rappang.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Wordwall, an interactive learning tool, in enhancing students' learning motivation in Class XII.G at SMAN 1 Pinrang. The research was conducted using a classroom action research (CAR) methodology, consisting of two cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests, classroom observations, and student questionnaires to assess the impact of Wordwall on students' motivation and academic performance. The results showed a significant improvement in student engagement, participation, and motivation, with students actively involved in learning activities and showing greater enthusiasm in the classroom. The use of Wordwall increased students' intrinsic motivation by providing an enjoyable and dynamic learning environment. These findings suggest that integrating interactive learning tools like Wordwall can foster a more engaging classroom atmosphere and improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) initiative is one of the important innovations of an independent curriculum designed to develop student competencies holistically, covering aspects of thinking, emotional attitudes, and physical skills. The urgency of this study lies in the need to ensure that the implementation of P5 is able to improve abilities that are relevant to the demands of the modern era. Such as involving the ability to analyze in depth, evaluate information objectively, and make decisions based on logical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication, which are very relevant to the demands of the modern world. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the applied learning can provide effective results. based on P5 on the skills of class VII students at MTs DDI Kulo. This study is expected to contribute to the development of more efficient and useful learning methods, especially in the context of education in madrasas, as well as support the achievement of the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum in forming students with Pancasila characters. The output of this study covers several important aspects. First, this study will produce empirical data on the impact of P5 learning on student skills. Second, the results of this study are expected to provide practical advice for teachers in integrating P5 into the learning process. Third, this study can serve as a basis for educational policies at the madrasah level to strengthen the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. With this research, it is expected that students can improve their ability to think critically, work together in teams, and develop creative skills that are applicable. Expressing this text in everyday life means that we not only pay attention to what we know (cognitive aspect), but also how we feel or respond to something (affective aspect), and how we apply that knowledge and feelings in real action (psychomotor aspect) provides insight into how P5 can be implemented effectively in the madrasah environment, especially at MTs DDI Kulo, so as to support the continuous improvement of the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Canva-based learning media in improving the learning outcomes of Grade X Agribusiness Crops students at SMKN 3 Sidenreng Rappang in the subject of Vocational Basics. The research method used is an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The instruments used have passed both validity and reliability tests. The results of the study show a significant improvement in students’ learning outcomes after using Canva media in the learning process, with an average pretest score of 50.36 and a posttest score of 93.73. The T-test results show a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the use of the Canva application is effective in improving students' learning outcomes in vocational basic material. Canva has also been proven to qualitatively increase students' motivation and engagement during the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of vermicompost fertilization with the addition of organic waste on the growth and quality of lettuce (Lactuca sativa). The research was conducted using an experimental method with several treatments of vermicompost application combined with different levels of organic waste. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, fresh weight, and leaf quality. The results showed that the use of vermicompost with the addition of organic waste significantly improved the growth and quality of lettuce compared to the control treatment. Lettuce plants treated with enriched vermicompost exhibited better growth, higher biomass, and superior leaf quality. These findings indicate that vermicompost combined with organic waste can be an effective and environmentally friendly fertilization strategy to enhance lettuce production.
