Abstract

In this study the authors chose the title “An Analysis Of Category of Refference, Perseption, and Attitude Effect For Purchasing IM3 Celluler Service Decision” This research aims to find out how the influence of the reference group, the perception of and attitudes towards mobile card services purchasing decisions, either partially IM3 and simultaneous. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influence of the free variables of reference groups namely (X 1), perception (X 2), and (X 3) simultaneously bound variables that affect purchasing decisions (Y) is equal to 22.5% through the regression lines as follows: Y= 0,699-0, 019X1-0, 019X2 0, 778X3. The test results indicate that the variable t reference groups (X 1) and perception (X 2) partially do not affect significantly the purchasing decisions (Y) services of cellular card IM3. As for variable posture (X 3) partially affect significantly to purchasing decisions (Y) services of cellular card IM3. F test result obtained F-countdown of probability rate i.e. 9,293 0.000. Because the value of the probability of & lt; alpha 0.05, then it can be inferred that the references groups of variables (X 1), perception (X 2), and (X 3) a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions (Y) services of cellular card IM3.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine efficiency in a weak form conventional capital market in Indonesia using stock price data weekly in the 2014-2015 period. Techniques in testing market efficiency forms. This weakness uses a purposive sampling technique as well as a method for data collection using the documentation method. Obtained 36 companies which is included in the LQ-45 index which is used as a research sample. Testing the hypothesis of a weak form of capital market efficiency using the run test test. The results of this study, that the conventional capital market is efficient in a weak form using stock price information for the period research. It is proven by 33 shares (91.7%) moving randomly (random) and 3 shares (8.3%) move non-randomly (not randomly). Then it can be concluded that the conventional capital market is efficient in its form weak.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendations on Brand Switching, especially the movement of customers from Conventional Banks to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The research method uses multiple linear regression with a Likert Scale to collect data from 100 respondents who are customers from various cities in Indonesia, including Yogyakarta, Gorontalo, and Surakarta. The validity test results show that all variables have a valid correlation with Brand Switching. Multiple linear regression revealed that gifts had the greatest impact, while recommendations had a lower impact. The F test and t-test confirm that reputation, responsiveness, gift-giving, and recommendations simultaneously and partially significantly influence Brand Switching. Even though the Multiple R shows a relationship of 61.7%, the Adjusted R Square of 35.5% indicates that the model does not fully explain variations in Brand Switching. The conclusions of this research provide insight for bank management to improve reputation, responsiveness, and gift-giving strategies to reduce the level of Brand Switching. Future research is recommended to consider additional variables and a qualitative approach to explore the factors that influence customer decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Likuiditas, Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Syariah yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini memiliki pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan objek penelitian adalah nilai perusahaan syariah yang terdaftar di BEI. Populasi penelitian melibatkan semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dan juga merupakan anggota dari ISSI dan JII. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 35 perusahaan syariah, yang dipilih menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa Likuiditas, yang diukur menggunakan Current Ratio dan Quick Ratio, tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan syariah. Leverage, yang diukur melalui Debt to Asset Ratio, memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan syariah, sedangkan Leverage yang diukur melalui Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan syariah. Sementara itu, Profitabilitas, yang diukur dengan Return on Asset Ratio, memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan syariah, sedangkan Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return on Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan syariah.

Abstract

Perkembangan rumah sakit At Turots Al Islamy yang tidak terlalu signifikan atau cukup lambat dibanding dengan rumah sakit yang seusia menjadi perhatian dan perlu dikaji permasalahannya. Salah satu yang menjadi fokus untuk dikaji adalah kinerja keuangan rumah sakit At Turots Al Islamy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, dan rasio aktivitas terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Total Assest Turn Over (TATO), sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah Return On Assets (ROA). Objek pada penelitian ini adalah pada Rumah Sakit At Turots Al Islamy Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yaitu data laporan keuangan per bulan Rumah Sakit At Turots Al Islamy selama 30 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas dan solvabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, rasio aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, dan rasio likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan aktivitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Leadership, Remuneration, and Work Motivation on employee performance at Yogyakarta Islamic Hospital PDHI (RSIY PDHI). The population of this study was employees at RSIY PDHI. Technical sample measurement using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study was 84 employees at RSIY PDHI. Proportional stratified random sampling technique in order to obtain the number of samples from each work unit proportionally as a data collection method. The results showed that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Remuneration has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The three variables, namely Leadership, Remuneration, and Work Motivation, simultaneously or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at RSIY PDHI.

Abstract

This paper tries to reveal the relationship of interpersonal relation and work environment toward job satisfaction of employees in ma'had Muhammadiyah Daarul Ulum Majenang Cilacap. This research was carried out on all existing active employee, which are 50 people. This study utilizes the instrument test and hypothesis test through SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The findings show that based on the t test, the value of tcount is 3.147> t table 1.299 and the significant value is 0.003 <0.05. Therefore, it can be claimed that partially interpersonal relations (X1) significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While the work environment variable tcount 10.390> ttable 1.299 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Consequently, it can be claimed that partially work environment consist of a substantial influence on employee job satisfaction. Based on the F test, Fcount 194.06> Ftable 3.19. Hence, it proved that interpersonal relations and work environment jointly influence job contentment. Furthermore, the analysis of determination shows a significant contribution from interpersonal relations and work environment on employee job contentment, as obtained R square (R2) of 0.892. Thus, 89.2% of employee job satisfaction is influenced by interpersonal relations and work environment, while the remaining 10.8% is affected by different variables which is not executed in this study.

Abstract

This study examines the interplay of brand loyalty, community building, digital engagement, and consumer engagement within PT. ISAM (Industri Susu Alam Murni), a dairy company. Using a quantitative research approach and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS as the analytical tool, data from 100 consumers were analyzed to assess direct and indirect effects among these variables. The findings reveal that while community building efforts showed no significant direct impact on brand loyalty, digital engagement significantly influences consumer engagement, which in turn positively affects brand loyalty. These results underscore the critical role of effective digital strategies in fostering consumer participation and advocacy, thereby enhancing brand loyalty in the competitive dairy industry landscape. The study contributes insights that can guide strategic decision-making and marketing efforts aimed at cultivating stronger brand-consumer relationships and improving market positioning for PT. ISAM and similar companies in the dairy sector.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction (X1), transfer barriers (X2) and complaints (X3) on the transfer of customers at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta retail business retail store. The analytical method in this study is descriptive research with a quantitative approach that uses regression analysis methods, while the testing stages include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient (rsquare), regression coefficients together (f test ) and hypothesis testing (t test ). The population of this research is customers who has conducted transactions at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta retail retail store. The technique of taking research samples is using purposive sampling method. The number of questionnaires distributed amounted to 136 copies. Validity and reliability test results are valid and reliable. Hypothesis testing provides results that simultaneously show the influence of the three variables studied proved to significantly affect the dependent variable of customer displacement. These results indicate that the ups and downs of customer movements at the Mitrakom Yogyakarta trading business shop does not depend on the ups and downs of satisfaction levels, transfer hurdles and complaints obtained by customers. The coefficient of determination (adjusted rsquare) is obtained by 0.630 which indicates that 63% of customer transfers can be explained by its independent variables and the remaining 37% is explained by other factors outside the variables not included in this study. Furthermore, the results of research through statistical analysis have proven the truth of the four hypotheses in this study. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia, memainkan peran yang sangat berpotensi dalam meningkatkan pasokan baru serta persaingan, mengembangkan teknologi, menciptakan ragam pasar baru, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja dan hasil produksi. Perekonomian berbasis Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah lebih baik karena usaha ini banyak menyerap tenaga kerja, modal yang relative kecil. Selain dari itu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah juga mampu meningkatkan daya kreativitas bagi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki penghasilan lebih sekaligus juga bisa menjadi ciri khas identitas suatu daerah dari hasil produksinya. Berangkat dari pemikiran tersebut, Pimpinan Pusat Aisyiyah berinisiatif membentuk Program Klinik Usaha Keluarga ‘Aisyiyah (KUK@). Tujuan utama program ini adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia secara terpadu, koordinatif, dan sinergis dalam rangka memperkuat Pelaksanaan Program Klinik Usaha Keluarga ‘Aisyiyah (KUK@). Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat secara keseluruhan dapat dilihat berdasarkan beberapa komponen. Pertama, target peserta pelatihan sebanyak 30 orang usaha keluarga aisyiyah (KUK@) Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah Bantul. Dalam pelaksanaan diikuti oleh 30 orang. Kedua, ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan dapat dinilai cukup baik. Dalam waktu 2 bulan 20 orang usaha keluarga aisyiyah berusaha menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, keterampilan mengelola usaha dan pengembangan pasar.
