Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak keberadaan PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo terhadap kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan masyarakat Desa Tangofa, Kabupaten Morowali. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori. Masyarakat desa Tangofa 339 kk sebagai populasi maka berdasarkan teknik penentuan sampel purposive random sampling maka diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi logistik biner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keberadaan PT. Hengjaya Mineralindo berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kondisi sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan masyarakat. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada teknik sampling yang membatasi generalisasi hasil serta jangka waktu yang relatif singkat, sehingga belum mampu menjelaskan perubahan yang lebih detail dalam objek yang diamati. Untuk riset selanjutnya dapat mempertimbangkan penggunaaan metode pendekatan longitudinal dalam pelaksanaan penelitian. Program tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dibidang pendidikan, pemerdayaan sosial serta lingkungan perlu memperkuat dan menjadi perhatian bagi pengawasan terhadap aktivitas pertambangan untuk mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di desa tangofa, kabupaten morowali.

Indonesia is still grappling with considerable poverty issues, as more than 24 million individuals are currently living below the poverty line. Central Sulawesi Province is ranked as the 15th highest in terms of poverty levels across the nation, with almost 380,000 of its residents considered impoverished. From 2019 to 2023, this province's poverty rate has demonstrated varying patterns, hovering between 12% and 13%. In response to these conditions, this study seeks to examine how the average duration of schooling, level of open unemployment, and Regional Domestic Product (RDP) impact poverty rates in 13 districts and cities in the Central Sulawesi Province over the period 2020 to 2024. This research adopts a quantitative method using data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Central Sulawesi. The analysis was carried out through panel data regression using Eviews 12 software. Findings from the research show that, individually, both the open unemployment rate and average duration of schooling have a significant impact on poverty levels, while the growth rate of RDP does not. Collectively, all three independent variables are influential on poverty in the 13 districts and cities of Central Sulawesi Province from 2020 to 2024. These findings highlight the urgency for focused policy measures to tackle poverty in Central Sulawesi Province, with particular emphasis on reducing unemployment and improving the quality of education.

This research aims to determine the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in enhancing agricultural potential and community welfare. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, direct interviews, interactive analysis conducted continuously through various stages including reduction, data presentation, verification and conclusion drawing. The research results show that the role of BUMDes in the community provides a positive impact because the existence of BUMDes can: 1) Increase agricultural productivity 2) Provide socialization or training programs for planting and fertilizing. 3) Provide convenience to the community in obtaining fertilizers, pesticides, seeds. 4) Increase community income and Original Village Revenue. 5) Help the community in developing businesses through access to capital.

AbstrakSistem pemantau dan kendali memiliki fungsi untuk merekap data dan mengakses perangkat ruangan yang terpasang pada setiap titik pemasangan. Komunikasi yang digunakan adalah komunikasi nirkabel ZigBee dengan menggunakan topologi mesh. Coordinator merupakan pusat data yang terhubung langsung ke komputer, dan hasilnya ditampilkan dalam bentuk HMI, sehingga seorang operator dapat dengan mudah memantau dan mengendalikan perangkat-perangkat yang terpasang pada ruangan. Perangkat ruangan terdiri dari sensor diantaranya PIR, arus, pendeteksi asap dan sidik jari, yang kesemuannya terhubung dengan arduino yang bertugas sebagai pemroses data untuk membentuk protokol-protokol yang akan dikirim dari titik end device ke coordinator. Hasil pengujian jarak pengiriman antara titik pemasangan ZigBee maksimal 93 meter tanpa halangan dan 30 meter dengan halangan. Adapun throughput pengiriman data dari end device dan simulator ke titik coordinator akan semakin besar jika delay diperkecil dan paket data diperbesar dalam setiap pengirimannya. Hasil dari packet loss pada pengujian didapatkan 4,94 %, ini dikarenakan faktor floating yang terjadi pada arduino.Kata kunci: ZigBee, topologi mesh, throughput, packet lossAbstractThe monitoring and control system has the function of recording data and accessing the installed room equipment. The communication used is ZigBee wireless communication with mesh topology. The coordinator is a data center connected directly to the computer, and the results are displayed in the form of HMI, so that an operator can easily monitor and control the devices installed in the room. The room equipment consists of sensors such as PIR, current, smoke detector and fingerprint, all of which are connected to the arduino that serves as data processors in the form of protocols to be sent from the end device point to the coordinator. The result of test, delivery distance between ZigBee installation point is 93 meters away without obstruction and 30 meter with obstacle. The data transmission throughput from the end device and simulator to the coordinator point will be greater if the delay is reduced and the data packet enlarged in each delivery. The result of packet loss in the test is 4.94%, this is due to floating factor.Keywords: ZigBee, topologi mesh, throughput, packet loss

The COVID-19 pandemic brings the threat of a global food crisis. Indonesia's food system is vulnerable because it only depends on one type of food, namely rice. Hopes about Indonesia's food security have returned to the potential for local food diversity, as well as moving from food security to food sovereignty. This study will focus on the process of developing local food in Indonesia which is considered a way out of the threat of a global food crisis due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out a general description of the condition of local food in Indonesia so far. The method used in this research is desk research using a political-economic approach in the context of neoliberalism. The results of this study indicate that Indonesia is "half-heartedly" in developing local food as a result of its position between the dichotomy of food sovereignty versus global trade liberalization.

Ecotourism represents a form of development on tourism that focuses on environmental considerations. Activities within the framework of ecotourism prioritize environmental sustainability, especially in areas dedicated to conservation. This study aims to delve into the principles governing ecotourism development and assess their applicability to the development of the infrastructure within the Kapoposang Island Ecotourism Area in the Pangkajene and Islands District. The focus lies on the permit’s aspect, which holds significance as a foundational element of ecotourism governance. The issuance of licenses serves as a gateway to understanding the dynamics of interest between political figures and the private sector in the development of the infrastructure. The primary objective is to provide an initial overview of the development of the infrastructure in the Kapoposang Island Ecotourism Area, laying the groundwork for subsequent research on political, ecological, and tourism-related aspects. Using a qualitative desk research method, the research reveals that there are issues with permits for development of the infrastructure, showcasing indications of both ecological and political concerns.

Currently, computer networks are essential in supporting communication in the company. There are many advantages of using computer networks, for example, communication between clients becomes easier and faster, remote servers through computer networks and client-server applications within the company. Computer network security is very important for the efficiency and effectiveness of computer network performance. Reliable infrastructure in a computer network is very influential for its performance. PT. Megacom company in the field of computer spare part distributor. The problem faced is the absence of good and secure communication technology between the head office, branch offices, and distributors. The purpose of this study is to design a Wide Area Network network between the head office and branch offices of PT. Megacom. This study uses qualitative methods with observation and interview data collection techniques. The results of the study show that in the traceroute experiment during the network test from the head office to the branch, the packet path goes well through the tunnel with fast and secure data access through a VPN network with the designed L2TP/IPSec method.Saat ini jaringan komputer sangatlah penting dalam menunjang komunikasi di perusahaan.Â Banyak keuntungan dari penggunaan jaringan komputer, misalnya komunikasi antar klien menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat, remote server melalui jaringan komputer dan aplikasi klient-server di dalam perusahaan. Keamanan jaringan komputer sangat penting untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja jaringan komputer. Infrastruktur yang handal dalam jaringan komputer sangat berpengaruh untuk performanya.Â PT. Megacom perusahaan di bidang distributor spare part Komputer. Masalah yang dihadapi belum adanya teknologi komunikasi yang baik dan aman, antara kantor pusat, kantor cabang dan distributor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini merancang jaringan Wide Area Network antara kantor pusat dan kantor cabang PT. Megacom. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa percobaan traceroute pada saat uji jaringan dari kantor pusat ke cabang, jalur paket berjalan dengan baik melewati tunnel dengan akses data yang cepat dan aman melalui jaringan VPN dengan metode L2TP/IPSec yang dirancang.

Energi listrik merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting karena hampir semua peralatan industry dan rumah tangga menggunakan energy listrik. Oleh sebab itu ketersediaan energi listrik harus tetap tersedia. Berdasarkan kondisi geografis mitra, solusi yang tepat untuk menyediakan sumber energi listrik alternatif adalah perancangan PLTS 20 wp untuk penerangan teras rumah warga di Kelurahan Manggar Kota Balikpapan. Ada 7 unit PLTS 20 wp dan 1 unit kapasitas lebih besar yaitu 50wp yang dilengkapi inverter dan sensor cahaya. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 2 pekan. Sosialisasinya dilaksanakan pada tanggal 24 Juni 2022. Dihadiri 15 peserta dari pihak mitra . Kegiatan sosialisasi bertujuan untuk menjelaskan cara pengimplementasian PLTS mini 20 wp, sekaligus tim PkM membantu warga Kelurahan Manggar untuk memasang instalasinya. Sekitar 7 unit PLTS mini 20 wp terpasang di rumah warga dan 1 unit PLTS 50 wp terpasang di kantor Kelurahan Manggar. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu PLTS mini 20 wp dapat menyalakan lampu dc 5 watt sebanyak 2 buah selama 12 jam jika proses pengechargesan baterai berlangsung 5 jam saat matahari bersinar terik.

The Covid-19 pandemic brought multi-sector changes in Indonesia not only in the fields of education and the economy, but also affected the democratic system in Indonesia in the implementation of the simultaneous Pilkada which was planned to be held in September 2020 postponed for up to 3 months. By continuing to carry out the Pilkada it was proven that the organizer, namely the KPU, issued regulations regarding campaigns during the Covid-19 pandemic so as not to trigger new clusters, which in the end made the candidates, including Idris-Imam, consider his marketing strategy so that he could win the contest that took place in Depok City. The aim of this paper is to describe the marketing strategy for the 2020 Depok Mayor and Deputy Mayor elections, this is interesting to review because of its implementation in the Covid-19 era. This study used a qualitative method whose analysis used descriptive data whose data were obtained from informants from the Idris-Imam winning team, members of the social media division and members of the winning team, while also using a number of articles or documents related to this paper. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by Idris-Imam follows the marketing concept of Nursal (2004): 1) Push Marketing, in marketing Idris-Imam interacts directly with the public from door to door by applying applicable rules, 2) Pull Marketing, the covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle for Idris-Imam optimizes many social media platforms to disseminate its activities to gain public attention, 3) Pass Marketing, in marketing cooperates with religious figures and influencers to gain support to strengthen Idris-Imam reputation in public.

Abstrak Beberapa wilayah perumahan di Kelurahan Sepinggan masih kekurangan lampu penerangan jalan bahkan ada yang belum memiliki akses penerangan tersebut. Lampu penerangan jalan sangat dibutuhkan untuk menambah kenyamanan dan mengurangi resiko terjadinya kecelakaam bagi pengguna jalan di malam hari. Terutama bagi pengendara motor. Selain itu tanpa fasilitas tersebut, akan timbul rasa was-was terhadap tindakan criminal, utamanya bagi pejalan kaki Berdasarkan survey dan data-data dari Kelurahan, maka tim PkM Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan telah merancang 2 unit lampu penerangan jalan serta ditempatkan pada lokasi jalan menuju perumahan Melati yang terletak di area masjid Tuanku Tunggang Parangan. Pada kegiatan PkM sebelumnya di tahun 2023, Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan, telah menyumbangkan 1 unit lampu penerangan jalan di RT 67 tepatnya di sekitar Perumahan Bumi Makmur, dan merupakan lampu jalan utama dan satu-satunya menggunakan teknologi panel surya dengan kapasitas 20 wp. Warga sangat antusias dengan hadirnya teknologi tersebut dan hasil kuisioner yaitu warga berharap tim PkM Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan dapat menambah beberapa unit lampu untuk akses menuju masjid di wilayah Perumahan tersebut. Telah berhasil terpasang 2 unit lampu penerangan jalan dengan kemampuan tiap unit berupa 1 panel surya 20 wp, 1 aki VRLA 7 Ah, 1 lampu DC 5 watt dan 1 photocell sebagai saklar otomatis yang akan menyalakan lampu hanya pada malam hari. Hasil pengujian kinerja lampu tersebut sebesar 100% dapat menyala sepanjang malam selama 12 jam, jika aki tercharge penuh selama 5 jam saat matahari terik. Jika cuaca mendung, aki hanya mampu menyalakan lampu selama 7.5 jam (kinerja 58%). Namun jika hujan sepanjang hari, sisa charge aki hanya mampu menyalakan lampu selama 4,6 jam (kinerja 25%). Kata kunci: perumahan melati; panel surya; aki VRLA; photocell; lampu DC Abstract Several residential areas in Sepinggan Village still lack street lighting and some even do not have access to such lighting. Street lighting is needed to increase comfort and reduce the risk of accidents for road users at night. Especially for motorbike riders. Apart from that, without these facilities, there will be a feeling of anxiety about criminal acts, especially for pedestrians. Based on surveys and data from the Subdistrict, the Balikpapan State Polytechnic PkM team has designed 2 units of street lighting and placed them on the road to the Melati housing complex. which is located in the Tuanku Tunggang Parangan mosque area. In the previous PkM activity in 2023, Balikpapan State Polytechnic donated 1 unit of street lighting in RT 67, precisely around the Bumi Makmur Housing Complex, and is the main and only street lamp using solar panel technology with a capacity of 20 wp. Residents are very enthusiastic about the presence of this technology and the results of the questionnaire show that residents hope that the Balikpapan State Polytechnic PkM team can add several light units for access to the mosque in the housing area. 2 units of street lighting have been successfully installed with the capability of each unit being 1 20 watt solar panel, 1 7 Ah VRLA battery, 1 5 watt DC lamp and 1 photocell as an automatic switch which will turn on the lights only at night. The test results show that the lamp's performance is 100%, it can light up all night for 12 hours, if the battery is fully charged for 5 hours when the sun is hot. If the weather is cloudy, the battery can only light the lights for 7.5 hours (58% performance). However, if it rains all day, the remaining battery charge will only be able to turn on the lights for 4.6 hours (25% performance).
