Abstract

Kesehatan mental menjadi perhatian berbagai pihak terutama setelah adanya Covid-19. Kelompok yang berisiko terkena penyakit mental adalah usia remaja akhir atau dewasa awal yang dianggap sebagai masa di mana seseorang berhadapan dengan banyak tantangan dan pengalaman baru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berusaha mencari tahu efektivitas penggunaan fitur-fitur pada Instagram sebagai media untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan kampanye kesehatan mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fitur reels Instagram lebih banyak menjangkau khalayak sasaran  dibandingkan dengan fitur feed dan juga story. Kemudian konten yang banyak menyampaikan informasi detail mengenai kesehatan mental yang diunggah pada feed juga menjangkau lebih banyak pengguna.

Abstract

This research aims to understand how the implementation by the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves) enhances the quality of public services. The government plays a crucial role and bears responsibility in various state aspects, one of which is information and communication. Therefore, Government Public Relations is vital as a communication bridge between the government and the public, aiming to provide clear, transparent, and accurate information to the community. The research employs qualitative methods with purposive sampling techniques, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study applies the data analysis techniques popularized by Miles and Huberman (1984) and relates them to Edward III's theory, which analyzes four elements: communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure in policy implementation. The validity technique used in this research is source triangulation with the subjects being three informants related to the study. The results indicate that the PPID of Kemenko Marves has successfully improved the quality of public services and enhanced the government's image.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pengelolaan media sosial Instagram @idx_channel dalam menjangkau khalayak luas dengan menggunakan teori 4C (Context, Communication, Collaboration, Connection) oleh Chris Heuer. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa @idx_channel berhasil memanfaatkan context dengan menyajikan konten yang relevan dan up-to-date terkait pasar modal dan investasi yang sesuai dengan keinginan audiens. Dalam hal communication, IDXChannel telah mengadaptasi gaya komunikasi mereka sesuai dengan kebutuhan audiens dan penggunaan bahasa yang mudah dimengerti. Namun, IDXChannel kurang aktif dalam melakukan komunikasi dua arah dengan audiens. collaboration juga dilakukan dengan melibatkan para influencer, pengusaha, dan institusi keuangan untuk memperluas jangkauan konten dan meningkatkan kredibilitas akun. Terakhir, connection IDXChannel telah berhasil membangun koneksi yang kuat dengan audiens mereka melalui memanfaatkan fitur yang ada pada Instagram. Melalui penggunaan template, IDXChannel tidak hanya menyediakan konten yang menarik, tetapi juga mengundang partisipasi aktif dari audiens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi digital yang digunakan Jaris & K dalam membangun brand awareness Netflix melalui iklan film Stranger Things 4. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menetapkan informan. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi panduan wawancara, pedoman observasi, perekam suara, dan kamera. Data diolah melalui tiga langkah: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis model komunikasi Laswell, ditemukan bahwa Jaris & K berhasil menjaga konsistensi brand Netflix dan menciptakan kampanye yang memicu word of mouth di media sosial. Strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan mencakup integrasi OOH dan media digital, serta kolaborasi dengan key opinion leader. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Jaris & K mampu meningkatkan brand awareness secara efektif.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan minat yang meningkat terhadap fotografi, banyak sekolah menengah yang mulai menawarkan kursus atau klub fotografi sebagai bagian dari kurikulum ekstrakurikuler. Namun, seringkali terdapat kendala dalam menyediakan ruang dan peralatan yang memadai untuk kegiatan tersebut. Dengan merancang ulang ruang fotografi menjadi sebuah Educational Space yang terintegrasi dengan baik di lingkungan sekolah, diharapkan dapat membuka peluang baru bagi pengembangan potensi kreatif dan akademik siswa dalam bidang fotografi. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan model Hannafin and Peck dalam perencanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini akan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang terstruktur. Model ini terdiri dari lima langkah utama yang mencakup pengidentifikasian kebutuhan, perencanaan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan tahapan seperti melakukan diskusi terperinci mengenai pembagian tugas bagi tim pelaksana, yang mencakup peran-peran seperti fotografer, videografer, penyusun TOR (Terms of Reference), dan asisten program. Pengimplementasian program mencakup pengenalan fungsi alat, tata cara penggunaan alat fotografi, serta penyiapan laboratorium fotografi di sekolah. Terakhir, evaluasi hasil kegiatan berupa survei dilakukan untuk menilai efektivitas program secara keseluruhan, memastikan manfaat maksimal sesuai dengan tujuan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the application of interpersonal communication through social media in a vocational high school environment, namely at SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The implementation steps given to SMK Negeri 1 Babelan, Bekasi Regency, are related to an aware understanding of media law to prevent the negative effects of social media, especially considering the current condition of the younger generation who are very active on social media, they must be equipped with knowledge of understanding content which can lead to social legal sanctions. to be wiser in using social media at an early age. The qualitative method is descriptive. Data was collected through observation, interviews, discussion forums and documentation. While the data analysis technique is presented in the form of narrative text through procedures namely coding, data reduction, data presentation, data triangulation, drawing conclusions and data analysis. The results show that the steps for implementing interpersonal communication are very comprehensive to help students and teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Babelan understand the importance of ethics in communicating online, especially when having to carry out activities with students online. Many teachers and students at SMK N 1 Babelan are active on various social media platforms so it is important for teachers and students to understand how to communicate properly and effectively. Poor communication on social media can negatively affect the image and reputation of a teacher, school or institution. As for the implications that need to be carried out related to understanding the law so that understanding about legal awareness of media is very important to prevent, the negative impact of social media is even greater when there is a lack of knowledge about understanding content which can lead to legal sanctions for the students themselves or the social environment.

Abstract

This study discusses the empowerment of Islamic boarding schools in optimizing communication activities through socialization of bullying behavior prevention among students of Al-Bunyan Islamic Boarding School. The focus of research is the role of pesantren as educational institutions that can significantly influence the character and behavior of students. Through the implementation of structured socialization programs, pesantren seeks to raise awareness of the negative impact of bullying and create a supportive and respectful environment. Qualitative methods were used in the study, including interviews, observation, and documentation, to evaluate the effectiveness of the initiative. The research findings show that targeted communication and socialization activities in the context of pesantren can effectively reduce the incidence of bullying, encourage positive interactions between students, and improve the overall welfare of students. This study emphasizes the importance of active involvement and tailored interventions in the educational environment to overcome and reduce bullying behavior as well as the use of digital media as an innovation in curriculum development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the "Tasya Farasya Approved" endorsement on brand awareness of Somethinc Calm Down Cream, with a case study focusing on the followers of the Instagram account @tasyafarasya. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory research types. The Slovin formula and simple random sampling technique were utilized, distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, with the sample collection conducted online. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, performed using SPSS 27 with 50 statements from both variables. The results of this study indicate that the endorsement variable has a positive effect on increasing brand awareness of Somethinc Calm Down Cream skincare products among the followers of the Instagram account @tasyafarasya. The "Tasya Farasya Approved" endorsement label is effective in increasing brand awareness of the Somethinc Calm Down Cream product.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Cinta Laura's brand ambassador on Fore Coffee's brand image on Instagram, especially in the context of the rapidly growing coffee industry in Indonesia. As an agrarian country with a large population of coffee farmers, Indonesia faces intense competition in the coffee industry, forcing companies to implement effective marketing strategies. Involving brand ambassadors has become one of the commonly used strategies to strengthen brand image. In this study, simple random sampling techniques were used to ensure fair representation of the population of @fore.coffee's Instagram followers, which totaled 204k. A survey of 100 followers showed that Cinta Laura plays a key role in building Fore Coffee's positive image and has a strong influence through social media. The analysis results show that Cinta Laura's brand ambassador has a significant influence on Fore Coffee's brand image, with dimensions such as Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, and Power receiving high ratings. The t-test data shows a significant correlation between brand image and brand ambassador, with the correlation coefficient R confirming a very strong relationship. A total of 78.9% of brand image variables are influenced by brand Ambassadors, confirming Cinta Laura's vital role in increasing consumers' positive perceptions of Fore Coffee.

Abstract

The movie Dirty Vote highlights the sensitive issue of fraud and abuse of power in the context of elections. The influence of its content was seen through the diverse opinions that developed on Twitter, with some users expressing disappointment with the portrayal of fraud revealed in the movie, while others appreciated the transparency efforts in exposing the alleged abuse of power. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the Dirty Vote movie influenced the opinions of candidate voters. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were Twitter users who watched the Dirty Vote movie as many as 276,965 people and a sample of 100 respondents with the sampling technique used was a non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling. The results of the correlation test using SPSS show that Media Exposure has a very strong effect on Public Opinion with a correlation value of 0.944 with a coefficient of determination of 0.944 indicating that 94.4% of the Public Opinion variable is influenced by Media Exposure, while the rest is influenced by other factors.
