Abstract

This studies aims to look at the activities of the @Gerindra Twitter account that utilizes Twitter as a digital communication medium for party branding. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method using the VOSViewer application as a research positioning and gap because digital communication research is not the first time. For the data analysis unit, the researcher used the NVivo 12 plus application to see the interactions carried out by the @Gerindra Twitter account. The results showed the transformation of the @Gerindra Twitter account, which previously only carried out branding activities using formal language and seemed rigid. However, the @Gerindra Twitter account has recently become a trending topic on Twitter several times because of its unusual communication style, which seems relaxed and not harsh. In addition, it also often tweets jokes that invite more and more Twitter user interactions. This shows that Gerindra's political party uses Twitter social media to communicate digitally with the public, especially millennials and Generation Z groups.

Abstract

This paper aims to see how the local government of Brebes Regency manages the Mangrove Sari tourist sites by using the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling (POAC). The research method in this paper uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The author conducted interviews directly with stakeholders such as the Brebes local government and also the community that manages the Sari Mangrove tourism site. The aim is to see how the strategies carried out by local governments and also the practice in the field whether it is going according to plan or not. The results showed that the local government has not been maximized in optimizing Pandansari Tourism Objects as one of the original revenue of the Brebes Regency. In addition the local government in this case the Department of Tourism and Culture is still not effective in carrying out coordination and direction for future development with the management of the tourism object in this case the local community group. Therefore, some input that can be given is to improve coordination with the management of attractions and to draft long-term and short-term development plans for Pandansari Mangrove Tourism Objects.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to see how big the role played by Community Empowerment Cadres in increasing community participation in Village Development. This research focuses on looking at the performance of community empowerment cadres in Wonosoyoso Village, Kebumen Regency in 2021. The hope of having empowerment cadres in the village is to be able to increase community participation in each village. Method: The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques by in-depth interviews with each stakeholder. Besides that, it also uses secondary data from books, documents, and news that support this research. Data analysis techniques are carried out after collecting the data needed to further obtain the desired results in research. Result: The role of Community Empowerment Cadres in Wonoyoso Village in increasing community participation in village development, in general, has carried out its roles, duties, and functions, in carrying out functions as intended. Mobilizing and motivating the community to actively participate in development in their area has been effective even though there are still members who play a role passive when activities are not in their area, it needs to be increased so that all members always play an active role in every activity in the village. In addition, community empowerment cadres also receive financial assistance to carry out the program implemented. Limitation: This research is only focused and limited to activities carried out by community empowerment cadres in Wonoyoso Village, Kebumen Regency. So there may be differences regarding activities and urgency with other villages. Contribution: The results of this study are expected to be a good description of community empowerment cadres in other designs. Because this research shows that there is a positive influence from the performance of community empowerment cadres in Wonoyoso Village, Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out how the procedures for applying the principles of good governance in public services and how the inhibiting and encouraging factors for applying the principles of good governance in public services at the Perboto village office, Wonosobo Regency Research methodology: The research method used is qualitative research methods that try to explain or describe in as much detail as possible the objects and research problems based on the facts obtained in the field. This research uses the following data collection techniques to get primary and secondary data: literature studies, field studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. Results: Based on the results of the survey and discussion regarding the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the Perboto Village Office, Kalikajar Subdistrict, Wonosobo Regency by using an analysis of several principles of good governance consisting of transparency, accountability, rule of law, participation, government responsiveness, strategic vision, application of the principles of strategic vision in public services, government effectiveness and efficiency, justice, and consensus-oriented in solving various problems. Limitation: Limitations or weaknesses in this study lie in the research process or during interviews, researchers realize that in a study there must be something missing and many weaknesses. Contribution: In order to improve understanding and develop knowledge, further efforts are needed to apply the principles of good governance in the lecture environment. This paper is expected to be a recommendation or additional reference for future researchers, especially for those who want to apply the principles of good governance in their studies.

Abstract

Money politics is one of the damaging factors in the life of democracy in Indonesia. This community service aims to provide education in the form of political literacy about the dangers of money politics that often occur during elections. Money politics has a negative impact in Indonesia, including eliminating community sovereignty, distorting democracy, and worsening the quality of democracy itself. Therefore, a joint commitment is needed to fight money politics, especially in villages where money politics often occurs. The method used in this community service is to conduct intense lectures to the Perboto Village Community of Wonosobo Regency about the dangers and impacts of money politics. The findings of the community service show that money politics still often occurs at the existing election levels, both from the presidential election, governor, regent, and even village head elections. Therefore, this socialization activity is beneficial for the Perboto Village Community, Wonosobo Regency in adding insight into the dangers of money politics, which can also impact themselves and not only affect the person who gives. In addition, Indonesia will also face simultaneous elections in 2024, which is a good enough reason to increase socialization about the dangers of money politics in the community. Abstract

Aplikasi E-coklit hadir sebagai alat bantu pantarlih dalam proses pencocokan dan penelitian sehingga dapat menghasilkan data pemilih yang akurat, mutakhir dan berkelanjutan. Sebagai aplikasi baru tentunya banyak pendapat dari kalangan pengguna, untuk itu perlu dilakukan analisis terkait efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi E-coklit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi E-coklit di Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif. Data yang dihasilkan dari metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang didukung data dari objek penelitian. Pengukuran Efektivitas dilihat dengan Teori Budiani dengan 4 Variabel yaitu Ketepatan sasaran, Tujuan Program, Sosialisasi Program dan Pemantauan Program. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas penggunaan Aplikasi E-coklit di KPU Kabupaten Wonosobo secara umum sudah efektif dan baik, Dibuktikan dengan Program Penggunaan Aplikasi E-coklit sesuai sasaran dan tujuan Program, Pantarlih merasa terbantu dengan adanya Aplikasi ini, data lebih valid dan sistem datanya terpusat. Dilihat dari Sosialisasi dan Pemantauan Program sudah terlaksana. Dinilai dari Pantarlih merasa mudah dalam pengoperasian Aplikasi dan evaluasi yang dilakukan. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala dan pelaksanaan yang belum maksimal seperti ditemukannya Pantarlih dan PPS yang merasa kurang maksimal dalam proses Sosialisasi dan Pemantauan penggunaan Aplikasi E-coklit. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat yaitu tingkat akurasi data yang dihasilkan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan coklit manual karena aplikasi lebih mudah mendeteksi kesalahan data. Serta E-coklit sebagai alat pemantauan kinerja pantarlih, Faktor penghambatnya yaitu aplikasi baru yang memungkinkan masih proses pengembangan dan uji coba. Memungkinkan terjadi ketidakstabilan masalah kinerja yang belum berjalan optimal.

Abstract

The role of the Government in conveying information today has challenges, one of which is the digital era which must be utilized properly. This research aims to see and analyze the Digital Communication carried out by the Wonosobo Regency Government in Branding the soul of Java as the slogan of Wonosobo Regency. This is very important to study because it needs to be seen how far the effectiveness achieved in this regard. The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews as one of the data collection techniques in addition to direct observation. Informants were selected based on their suitability for understanding digital communication and Wonosobo the soul of Java branding strategies. The results showed that the Wonosobo Regency Government utilizes social media in carrying out its digital communication, and the platforms used are Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. While the effectiveness in utilizing social media is still not optimal, this is because Wonosobo people are not familiar with social media as a means of government communication and also Wonosobo people mostly work as farmers who do not have much activity on social media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan pelayanan publik berbasis digital melalui berbagai program yang di sediakan pemerintah daerah untuk masyarakat di Kecamatan Temanggung, Kabupaten Temanggung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian 1). Bagaimana keefektivan pelayanan publik berbasis digital bagi masyarakat, 2). Apa saja faktor penghambat dan pendukung dari pelayanan publik berbasis digital bagi masyarakat menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan Teori Efektivitas, Menurut James L Gibson dkk Efektivitas merupakan pencapaian sasaran dari upaya bersama dengan derajat pencapaian sasaran menunjukan derajat efektivitas melalui lima indikator utama dalam mengukur efektivitas, yaitu diantaranya: (Produktivitas) keberhasilan melaksanakan dan menghasilkan jumlah dan mutu kerja program, (Kualitas) suatu kondisi dinamis yang berhubungan dengan produk, jasa, manusia, proses, dan lingkungan yang memenuhi atau melebihi harapan, (Efesiensi) rasio hasil kerja dengan sumber-sumber yang digunakan biaya, tenaga,waktu, (Fleksibilitas) kemampuan respons organisasi terhadap suatu perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada perkembangan tugas, (Kepuasan) ukuran untuk menunjukan tingkat dimana organisasi dapat memenuhi kebutuhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Evektifitas pelayanan publik berbasis digital di Kecamatan Temanggung Kabupaten Temanggung sudah memunjukkan prinsisp Evektifitas sesuai dengan Evektifitas menurut James L Gibson Dkk. Serta, faktor pendukung dan penghambat dari pelayanan publik berbasis digital berasal dari faktor dari luar dan dalam termasuk teknologi yang semakin berkembang.

Abstract

Smart City is a new strategy in urban development and management, evolving with technological advances. The concept aims to facilitate community activities and access to information. This research focuses on strategies for accelerating smart city implementation in Wonosobo Regency. The large population causes Wonosobo Regency to be included in an area with a high level of poverty in Central Java Province.This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation using snowball sampling techniques. The data validity technique used is triangulation. In implementing policies using Paul Collier's theory. The research location is the Wonosobo Regency Communication and Information Service. This research aims to identify strategies and efforts to accelerate smart cities as well as factors that influence the implementation of smart cities in Wonosobo Regency. The research results show that the acceleration of smart city implementation in Wonosobo Regency is progressing quite slowly, but the Regency Government continues to innovate in the form of quick wins in every dimension of smart city which is a strategy to accelerate the implementation of existing programs. has been formulated in the smart city master plan. The inhibiting factors found by researchers were budget, communication, resources, collaboration, quick wins, and mobility. Factors that support the acceleration of smart cities are regulations, bureaucracy, quick wins, achievements and technological developments.

Abstract

Revitalization of Sendang spring tourism has an important role in developing local culture-based ecotourism. This community service program aims to implement the Sendang spring tourism revitalization strategy to support the development of local culture-based ecotourism and identify revitalization strategies that are in accordance with ecotourism principles and maintain the cultural values ​​of the surrounding community. This service is carried out through various activities that include environmental conservation, strengthening the local economy, and preserving the culture of the surrounding community. The method used in this program is a participatory approach with community involvement in observation, training, and direct assistance. The results of the activities show that revitalization through a culture-based ecotourism approach can increase public awareness of environmental conservation, strengthen the local economy, and maintain cultural values. The main challenge in this program is building a balance between resource utilization and sustainable conservation efforts. The conclusion of this service confirms that the revitalization of Sendang spring contributes to increasing the attractiveness of ecological and cultural-based tourism, and provides benefits to the community in a sustainable manner.
