Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of digital marketing strategies on the performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bali. Through a quantitative approach, this study tests the hypothesis that various digital marketing strategies-including search engine optimisation, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and influencer marketing-significantly predict SME performance. The findings show that the implementation of these strategies contributes to increased sales, market share, and better customer relationships. Although the hypothesis regarding dynamic environment moderation did not show significant effects, the study identified challenges that SMEs face, such as resource limitations and digital literacy deficits. The results recommend that SMEs should utilise digital channels more effectively and conduct data-driven analysis to optimise marketing strategies. This research confirms the importance of digital marketing as a vital tool for the growth and success of SMEs in Bali.

Abstract

A common issue in Indonesian cooperatives is poor coordination and communication among employees. Routine and annual member meetings often do not run effectively, leading to minimal business activity and transaction flows due to low member participation. Effective communication and coordination are essential for any organization, including cooperatives, yet available digital technologies remain underutilized. Management plays a crucial role in organizing and supervising employees to enhance professionalism and discipline. A supportive work environment, clear regulations, and strong workplace relationships are necessary for optimizing employee performance and adaptability. Increased productivity directly correlates with improved performance. This study analyzes the impact of the work environment and organizational communication on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating factor in savings and loan cooperatives in Tanah Lot, Tabanan, Bali. The study population includes 150 employees from five cooperatives: Dwi Guna, Gunung Tegaljaya, Dana Mulya Jaya Lestari, KSP Karidana, and Kerta Yuga. Using proportional random sampling with the Slovin formula, 110 employees were selected. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS). Results show that the work environment and organizational communication positively and significantly affect job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance and mediates the relationships between both work environment and communication with employee performance. These findings emphasize the importance of fostering a positive work environment and effective communication to enhance job satisfaction and performance in cooperatives.

Abstract

Purpose–This study aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on the purchase intention of Balinese masks in Mas Village, Gianyar, and to analyze the mediating role of perceived value in explaining the relationship between these variables within the context of cultural-based creative products. Methodology/approach–This research employs a quantitative explanatory approach using a survey method. Data were collected from 130 respondents who had experience purchasing or considering the purchase of Balinese masks. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test both direct and indirect (mediating) relationships among variables. Findings –The results indicate that price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Both variables also significantly influence perceived value, which in turn positively affects purchase intention. Furthermore, perceived value is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between price and purchase intention, as well as between product quality and purchase intention. These findings confirm that consumer buying interest in cultural products is shaped not only by economic and functional evaluations but also by psychological value perception. Novelty/value –This study contributes to the literature by extending the application of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Perceived Value Theory in the context of traditional cultural handicraft products. Unlike prior studies that primarily focus on manufactured or standardized goods, this research emphasizes the mediating role of perceived value in cultural-based creative industries, particularly in Balinese mask products. The findings provide strategic insights for artisans and cultural entrepreneurs in strengthening pricing strategies, maintaining product authenticity, and enhancing perceived value to increase purchase intention.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia (BI) saw that the manufacturing sector's success in 2023 slowed the rise in company value, as shown by the changing business value. If the growth comes with a high rate of return on investment for shareholders, it will change how many investors or shareholders are worth. There are several ways to figure out how much a business is worth. Before investing, people look at a number of factors that will help them figure out how much a company is worth. This research examines how profitability influences Indonesia Stock Exchange-listed manufacturing businesses' value between 2020 and 2023. It will examine debt and firm size effects on value. Study participants are manufacturers that went public on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2020 and 2023. Over four years, 52 firms provided 208 observational data points. The data was collected from public and private archives, which contain papers, documentation, and historical reports. Researchers employ inferential path analysis to solve the question. The research found that company size significantly reduces profitability. Relatively little leverage affects corporate profitability. Size doesn't affect firm worth as much. Leverage boosts corporate value significantly. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value. Profitability is able to mediate the effect of company size on company value. Profitability is not able to mediate the effect of leverage on company value.

Abstract

Warmadewa University is a large university in Bali which has faculties, study programs, and postgraduate programs with a total of 7 active students. Currently operational Univ. Warmadewa is still centered on Jalan Terompong Number 24, Denpasar and has 3 exits, namely the main Akasia Street, Jalan Akasia XVI, and Jalan Akasia which is Ex IKIP / Paud Erlangga. Development of Univ. Warmadewa, which was founded in 1984, has brought quite rapid changes to the surrounding lands, which were formerly agricultural land, now become densely populated settlements, boarding houses for students and traders, photocopying, laundry, and others which are a significant impact as a result. the Warmadewa University campus. The condition of economic development around Warmadewa University can be seen from the proliferation of stalls and shops where you can sell which has an impact on the crowded parking and traffic around it. At night, this condition is getting denser without being accompanied by improvements in road facilities being the main problem in this PKM. Furthermore, the solution that can be offered is to carry out data collection on traffic facilities on the main Akasia Street and Akasia XVI in the hope that it can foster awareness and participation of the community to care more about the surrounding environment and Warmadewa University as the center of economic awakening can also help the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image on inpatient loyalty at the Praja Amerta Pavilion of Wangaya Regional General Hospital, Denpasar, with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach using an explanatory research design. The population consists of inpatients at the Praja Amerta Pavilion, and data were collected from 160 respondents through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to evaluate both the measurement model and structural model. The results indicate that service quality has a positive but not significant effect on patient loyalty, suggesting that improvements in service quality alone are not sufficient to directly enhance patient loyalty. Conversely, brand image has a positive and significant effect on patient loyalty, indicating that a strong hospital image increases patients' trust and intention to reuse the service. Furthermore, both service quality and brand image have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on patient loyalty. Mediation analysis reveals that patient satisfaction fully mediates the relationship between service quality and patient loyalty and partially mediates the relationship between brand image and patient loyalty. These findings highlight that patient loyalty in healthcare services is shaped by the interaction between service quality, brand image, and patient satisfaction. Therefore, hospitals should improve service quality, strengthen brand image, and continuously manage patient satisfaction to enhance patient loyalty
