Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh digital marketing, online customer review, dan minat beli terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Skintific. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa tanggapan konsumen terhadap variabel digital marketing, ulasan pelanggan online, minat beli, dan keputusan pembelian secara umum berada pada kategori baik hingga tinggi. Digital marketing yang paling menonjol adalah aspek interaktif, sementara pada online customer review, kualitas argumen menjadi indikator tertinggi. Minat beli didominasi oleh minat transaksional, dan keputusan pembelian paling dipengaruhi oleh preferensi terhadap merek yang sudah dikenal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa digital marketing dan online customer review memiliki pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dan keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, minat beli juga terbukti mampu memediasi pengaruh digital marketing dan online customer review terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Skintific. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi digital yang efektif dan ulasan konsumen yang berkualitas dalam meningkatkan minat serta keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan di PT Tirta Investama. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak, dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja. Produktivitas karyawan juga dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Kepuasan kerja terbukti memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan produktivitas. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya menciptakan suasana kerja yang positif dan budaya perusahaan yang kuat untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan serta produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen SDM yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PkM) in Karang Tengah Village, Babakan Madang District, Bogor Regency, addressed the challenges faced by local coffee-based MSMEs, particularly Kopi Gunung Wangun Dua, which lacked strong product identity, systematic financial management, and effective use of digital platforms. This program aimed to strengthen MSME capacity through integrated digital empowerment combining creative design, online marketing, and digital finance. The implementation followed five stages: observation, interviews, discussions, analysis, and direct training and mentoring. The results showed significant improvements: (1) stronger product branding through logos, trademarks, and professional packaging using Canva and CapCut, (2) wider market access via social media and marketplaces supported by digital marketing strategies, (3) improved financial literacy with training on bookkeeping, cost of production, and pricing, and (4) enhanced business legitimacy through the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB). These outcomes demonstrate that the PkM successfully fostered professional and sustainable business practices by integrating digital tools with participatory mentoring. The novelty of this program lies in the combined use of creative applications and digital finance training, which effectively increased the competitiveness and resilience of local MSMEs in a digital economy.

Abstract

Career development and a strong organizational culture are believe to enhance job satisfaction, which in turns encourages to remain with the company. This study aims to analyze the influence of career development and organizational culture on employee retention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, at PT Graha Karya Informasi. a descriptive quantitative approach was employed, involving 181 respondents, and the data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that career development and organizational culture have a direct and positive effect on both job satisfaction and employee retention. Job satisfaction also has a direct and positive impact on employee retention, and it indireclty mediates the relationship between career development and organizational culture with employee retention. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company strengthen career development programs and foster an organizational culture that supports job satisfaction and increases employees’ intention to remain with the organization.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the influence of customer satisfaction, service quality, and price on customer loyalty. This quantitative study surveyed one hundred people with a non-probability sample procedure grounded in purposive sampling. This study discovered a significant positive correlation between competitive price, high-quality service, and customer satisfaction and consumer loyalty. To optimize profit amidst competitive market dynamics, enhance customer loyalty, and successfully manage risk, firms must possess a comprehensive understanding of these three factors, as concluded. Abstract

Desa Kertaraharja, Kecamatan Cikembar, Kabupaten Sukabumi, memiliki potensi besar di bidang produk olahan, khususnya di bidang makanan ringan tradisional yang dikenal sebagai brondong. Sebagai salah satu cemilan khas Indonesia, brondong memiliki potensi untuk ditransformasikan menjadi produk premium yang mampu bersaing secara efektif dalam pasar yang kompetitif. Meskipun demikian, banyak UMKM yang terletak di daerah ini terus menghadapi hambatan yang berkaitan dengan packaging, yang merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing di era globalisasi kontemporer. Penerapan packaging yang menarik dan fungsional dapat menghasilkan pengalaman khas bagi konsumen dan menumbuhkan loyalitas pelanggan yang bertahan lama. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pemilik UMKM mengenai inovasi dalam packaging produk, sehingga memastikan bahwa barang-barang manufaktur mencapai permintaan konsumen yang signifikan. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Kertaraharja adalah wawancara tatap muka serta pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam melakukan pengembangan packaging dan pelabelan pada produk.

Abstract

A company can be said to be successful when the performance of the company's employees is good. Factors that influence employee performance are training, career development and employee engagement. This research aims to determine the influence and response to training, career development, employee engagement and employee performance. This research method is quantitative research with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires which were tested through validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, coefficient of determination, t test, and Sobel tests. The results of this research are that employee performance and employee involvement are in the quite high category, training and career development are in the quite good category. In addition, training and career development have a direct effect on employee engagement and have an indirect effect on employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

Competition in the automotive industry requires companies to manage human resources in order to drive business growth and compete to win market share. This study aims to determine the direct effect and indirect effect, competence and career development on employee performance through work motivation employees through work motivation. Population in this study is Yamaha JG Motor Bogor employees consisting of 49 people. Sampling of 49 respondents was carried out by saturated sampling saturated. The data used in this study is ordinal data which is converted into interval-scale metric data with the method of successive interval. Data analysis using verification analysis, path analysis and sobel test analysis for intervening variables through the IBM SPSS program. The results showed that competence has a direct positive and significant effect on work motivation, while career development has no effect on work motivation. Competence has a direct positive significant on employee performance, and work motivation has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development has no effect on employee performance. Competence has an indirect effect directly on employee performance through work motivation, while career development has no indirect effect on employee performance through work motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kompetensi teknis, motivasi kerja dan disiplin diri terhadap kinerja karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Subjek dari penelitian berjumlah 48 orang karyawan pada CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi software IBM SPSS 25. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model yang layak dimana kompetensi teknis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. This research aims to determine the effect of the technical competency, work motivation, and self-discipline variables on employee performance at CV Mega Motor Cicurug. The subjects of this research were 48 employees of CV Mega Motor Cicurug. Sampling was carried out using saturated samples. The analytical tool used in this research is the IBM SPSS 25 software application. The form of this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The research produces a feasible model where technical competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Self-discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of price, consumer trust, and promotion on consumer satisfaction at CV. Syifa Adventure. The research sample was 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique or approach using accidental sampling technique. The type of research is descriptive and verification using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results indicate that consumer responses regarding price fall into the moderately agreeable category, with price affordability as the highest-rated indicator and price-quality conformity as the lowest. Consumer trust is rated as agreeable, with openness as the highest-rated indicator and integrity as the lowest. Promotion is rated as agreeable, with sales promotion as the highest-rated indicator and advertising as the lowest. Overall, consumer satisfaction is categorized as satisfactory, with willingness to recommend as the highest-rated indicator and interest in revisiting as the lowest. The F-test results show that price, consumer trust, and promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. The t-test results indicate that price and promotion individually have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while consumer trust does not have a significant impact. These findings suggest that improving appropriate pricing and effective promotion can enhance consumer satisfaction at CV. Syifa Adventure, while consumer trust needs improvement in integrity to achieve a more significant impact.
