Shopee coins are virtual currencies issued by shopee, this virtual money can be obtained when someone makes a shopping transaction at shopee, 1 shopee coin is valued at 1 rupiah. The use of shopee coins for shopping discounts on the shopee marketplace is limited, that is, from the balance of shopee coins owned by the user, only 25% of the total buyer purchases can be exchanged, for example, a user wants to spend 100 thousand rupiah, the shopee coins that can be used to shop are only 25 thousand rupiah or 25 thousand shopee coins. Shopee coins also have an expiration date, if they are not used for three months, the coins will be forfeited. This thesis reports the results of the research, with the formulation of the problem (1) how is the process of ownership of shopee coins? (2) what is the status of shopee coin assets in the perspective of Islamic law? (3) how is the maslahah value in the practice of using shopee coins in buying and selling transactions at shopee?. This study uses a qualitative method in the location of the district of Ponorogo, with data collection procedures through interview techniques, documentation, and data analysis. The data collected is related to checking the validity of the data by comparing the results of various sources, namely books, documents related to this research, observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that 1) The process of ownership of shopee coin assets is carried out by creating a shopee account, through shopping giving reviews and even through games provided by shopee, shopee coins will automatically enter the user's account. 2) The status of the property of shopee coins is concluded as beneficial assets that are mauzhuf fi al-dzimmah or debt assets guaranteed by the shopee marketplace. 3) The value of maslahah in the application of shopee coins is the value of the guarantor's assets in the relationship in al-dain (debt guarantee), in al-ain (physical security), and dlaman an-nafsi (life insurance)

Abstract

Every economic system has characteristics, so a system deserves to be called an established economic system. No exception to the Islamic economic system. The property ownership model is among the unique features of the Islamic economic system. This study aims to determine the extent to which the principle of ownership in Islamic economics can be used as a basis from a hadith perspective. The method used in this research is a literature study using the Jamami'ul Kalim software to find the position and quality of hadith related to property ownership. In the search, it has been found several hadiths that do have the quality of sanad and Matan, which are classified as vital. However, some hadiths have dho'if qualities. The paper concludes that Islamic economics can be called an economic system that stands alone, which differs from capitalist and socialist systems based on the ownership model. Islamic economics offers 3 types of ownership: relative, individual, and general. Based on the hadith search, these 3 offers have their basis. According to the author's opinion, all three of them deserve to be used as the basis of ownership in Islam, even though there are weak hadiths in the general ownership section

Abstract

This article proposes an interdisciplinary framework that bridges Marxist political ecology and Islamic ethics to address ecological injustice in Muslim-majority contexts. Existing scholarship reveals a critical research gap: while political ecology particularly John Bellamy Foster’s theory of the metabolic rift diagnoses capitalism as the systemic driver of ecological degradation, it often overlooks the spiritual and ethical dimensions of human nature relations. Conversely, Islamic environmental thought emphasizes the theological values of stewardship (khalīfah), justice (‘adl), and balance (mīzān), yet tends to lack a rigorous structural critique of capitalist modes of production and consumption. To overcome this epistemic divide, the study synthesizes these two perspectives into a hybrid model of ecological justice that is both structurally critical and spiritually grounded. Theoretically, it advances political ecology by reintroducing religion not merely as moral discourse but as an analytical category capable of shaping socio-ecological critique. Practically, it outlines four domains of implementation: (1) ecological justice policies through environmental zakat and waqf; (2) integration of eco-ethical principles into Islamic education; (3) mosque-centered community empowerment; and (4) the adoption of green technologies aligned with sustainability (istidāmah). This integrated framework enriches global sustainability debates by offering a non-secular paradigm rooted in Islamic ethical thought, while positioning Indonesia as a potential model for environmentally responsible Muslim societies that combine structural reform with moral transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze innovative strategies in poverty alleviation based on Islamic economic principles through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. This study examined 21 Scopus indexed articles relevant to the theme of Islamic social finance and poverty alleviation. The results of the study show that the main instruments in Islamic economics, such as zakat, waqf, and sharia microfinance, have a significant role in wealth redistribution, community economic empowerment, and social inequality reduction. In addition, the concept of Islamic social business and solidarity economy also strengthens efforts to alleviate poverty in a sustainable manner. However, there are various challenges in its implementation, including limitations in the management and distribution of funds, low public literacy, and integration obstacles with the modern financial system. This study emphasizes that optimizing poverty alleviation based on Islamic economics requires a comprehensive, collaborative, and adaptive policy support. These findings make a theoretical and practical contribution to the development of more inclusive and sustainable poverty alleviation policies and programs.

While the understanding of the seamstress regarding the remaining stitches, that is, they have the view that in general tailors do not return the remaining stitches if the remaining is small. But if there is still a lot of cloth left, the tailor will return the remaining cloth to the consumer.
