Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan virtual laboratory IPA berpendekatan guided inquiry materi “Gerak Pada Tumbuhan” yang layak menurut ahli dan guru IPA, mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap media, dan mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir analisis peserta didik setelah menggunakan virtual laboratory yang dikembangkan. Dsain penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (RD) 4-D models (define, design, develop, disseminate). Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar validasi media virtual laboratory, angket respon peserta didik terhadap media virtual laboratory, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan guided inquiry, lembar observasi kemampuan berpikir analisis, soal pretest dan posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan mencari rerata skor, konversi skor menjadi nilai skala empat, menghitung persentase, dan N-gainscore. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa virtual laboratory IPA berpendekatan guided inquiry materi “Gerak Pada Tumbuhan” yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran dengan nilai A ( kategori sangat baik) berdasarkan penilaian dosen ahli dan guru, mendapat respon peserta didik dengan kategori sangat baik, dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir analisis peserta didik dengan kategori sedang.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Berpikir Analisis, Virtual LaboratoryThe purposes of the research are to produce science virtual laboratory within guided inquiry approach in theme “plant movement” that valid according to experts and practicioner, find out student’s response toward the virtual laboratory that developed, and find out improvement of student’s analytical thinking skill after used virtual laboratory within guided inquiry approach in theme “plant movement”. Design of research as Research and Development (RD) 4-D models (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The instrument used are validation form of virtual laboratory, student’s questionnaire response for virtual laboratory, observation sheet of guided inquiry learning, observation sheet of the analytical thingking skills, pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques that used in this research are data analysis, with average score, four point likert scale conversion, percentage calculation, and N-gain score. The results showed that virtual laboratory was feasible in learning with the value of A (categorized as very good), with A grade according to experts and practicioner, Student’s response toward the virtual laboratory are very good, and virtual laboratory” can improve student’s analytical thingking skills with “average” category.Key words: Analytical Thingking Skills, Virtual Laboratory

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencermati factor-faktor internal dan eksternal, penghambat maupun pendukung dilihat menggunakan analisis SWOT. Adapun data sekunder diperoleh melalui Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Bali dan data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan pengamatan serta survey. . Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Nusa Penida miemiliki banyak potiensi yang dapat miendukung piengiembangan pariwisatanya, antara lain kieindahan alam, kieragaman variietas biota laut, wisata rieligi, sierta budayanya. Sielain itu, kiebijakan piemierintah miembierikan visa gratis bagi biebierapa niegara, kiemajuan tieknologi, dan trien wisata yang ciendierung bierubah kie wisata alam juga mienjadi faktor piendukung piengiembangan pariwisata Nusa Pienida. Hambatan yang ditiemui dalam usaha ini adalah buruknya aksies transportasi, kurangnya publikasi, dan kurang liengkapnya saran-prasarana. Sielain itu, ancaman ombak pasang, biencana alam, pienciemaran lingkungan dan piersaingan juga mienjadi faktor pienghambat piengiembangan pariwisata Nusa Pienida.Mielalui hasil tiemuan kiekuatan (striengths), kieliemahan (wieakniessies), pieluang (opportunitiies) dan ancaman (thrieats), kiemudian diformulasikan kiedalam matriks SWOT dan ditiemukan biebierapa stratiegi, yaitu : stratiegi SO (striength – opportunity) diengan miengiembangkan Nusa Pienida siebagai Diesa Wisata, mieningkatkan publikasi, dan miengiembangkan Kawasan Konsiervasi Pierairan. Stratiegi ST (striength – thrieat) diengan miembuat aturan pielaksanaan kiegiatan di laut, dan mienyielieksi riencana piembangunan yang ditawarkan inviestor. Stratiegi WO (wieakniess – opportunity) diengan miempierbaiki sarana- prasarana, dan mieningkatkan kualitas SDM. Stratiegi WT (wieakniess - thrieat) diengan miembangun sarana piengolahan limbah dan biekierjasama diengan pihak luar dalam upaya piengiembangan SDM dan pariwisata.

Abstract

Online games are a type of computer game that can be accessed using the internet network and played with other players to play the same game. With the advance in online game development, game developers are required to develop games that can be played by many players in one game, especially in the capacity of an online game server. Those needs can be achieved by utilizing bots. However, previous works only conducted bot-based testing for testing network capabilities. In this research, those works will be extended further ftotesting the capacity of a game server. The result of this research suggests that bot approach testing can simulate real players adequately. Other than that, the bot approach also can be scalable. However, the result also suggests that the bot approach still has some limitations as bots cannot simulate the dynamics shown by real players. Special attention is also needed towards clients utilized for executing the bots for them to be scalable.

Abstract

Schizophrenia interferes with many aspects of a patient's life, causing deficits in cognitive, perceptual, motor, emotional, and social functioning. Patients who experience social isolation can feel loneliness, with decreased interaction that will also affect their cognitive function. There were 183 schizophrenia patients in the social rehabilitation unit, and around 25% (45) patients with symptoms of social isolation. This condition causes the patient to experience a decrease in activity which in the end the patient becomes unproductive, the patient's quality of life decreases and the prognosis for schizophrenia will get worse. This condition will increase the burden of care for both the family and the patient's place of care, and if the burden of caring increases, the quality of caring will decrease. One of the psychotherapy recommendations for schizophrenia patients with social isolation is movement therapy. Movement therapy used in this activity is dance movement therapy and aerobic therapy. The patients involved in this activity were 10 patients for dance movement therapy and 10 patients for aerobic therapy. The results obtained after the implementation of dance movement therapy were that the patient experienced a decrease in the loneliness scale in 10 patients. Meanwhile, aerobic therapy for ten patients experienced an increase in cognitive function of 1-3 scores. This method can be developed in the form of audio-visual and the patient can do it alone without being accompanied by a therapist and being observed. So that this activity can be a recommendation for additional therapy in schizophrenia patients with social isolation. Abstract

This research aims to make a feasible and practical science electronic module with an ethnoscience-integrated STEM approach to traditional herbal medicine making for the subtheme of material classification and mixed separation of grade VII junior high school. This research design uses Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D model consisting of Define, Develop, Design, and Disseminate. The software used in developing electronic modules is anyflip. This research was conducted at Junior High School 2 Pracimantoro with the subject of 32 grade VII students. The instruments used in the research include product feasibility sheets, science electronic modules, and product practicality questionnaires. The feasibility and practicality instruments of the product are analyzed quantitatively and qualitative. The results of this study were electronic science modules with an integrated STEM approach to ethnoscience in traditional herbal medicine for the subthemes of material classification and mixed separation declared feasible and declared practical for use in junior high school science learning as evidenced by student response questionnaires obtaining a score of 49.3438 from the maximum number of scores of 60.

Abstract

Various local carbohydrate sources can be produced into flour to substitute for flour, save foreign exchange and improve food security. Based on the availability of raw materials and prices, cassava has the most potential to be processed into flour. The research results of cassava are also the most abundant among the carbohydrate source commodities. The name cassava has an inferior stigma in society, compared to rice and wheat, even corn. This is one of the considerations that cassava flour is then better known as cassava flour, to improve the image and interest of users. Cassava flour, with various technological variants, and other local flours have been widely researched, produced and used for various flour-based food products, but nationally the real impact on decreasing wheat consumption is still not significant. Therefore, this paper discusses the prospects and constraints of its use in the food industry. Keywords: Food Security, Carbohydrate Source, Casava Flour.

Abstract

Pangan segar asal tumbuhan (PSAT) merupakan pangan yang menjadi kewenangan dinas yang menangani urusan pangan di Kabupaten/kota. Pelaksanaan pemenuhan 3 komitmen registrasi pangan segar asal tumbuhan (PSAT) oleh pelaku usaha PSAT akan dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien apabila didukung oleh berbagai sarana dan prasarana termasuk sumberdaya manusia yang memahami akan pentingnya pemenuhan 3 komitmen registrasi PSAT. Tujuan kegiatan internship di Dinas Ketahanan Pangan adalah agar pelaksanaan pembinaan pemenuhan 3 komitmen registrasi PSAT oleh pelaku usaha dapat berjalan secara efektif sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan internship ini adalah dengan cara terjun langsung dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembinaan pemenuhan 3 komitmen registrasi PSAT baik di Bidang Keamanan Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Sukabumi, maupun di pelaku usaha PSAT yaitu PD. Aster. Dari hasil internship ini dihasilkan 2 jenis google form untuk form penilaian mandiri dan form penilaian penerapan yang baik PSAT, dihasilkan pula beberapa form standard operating procedures (SOP) yang dapat membantu PD. Aster dalam pemenuhan penerapan yang baik PSAT serta Pendampingan pembuatan SOP di PD. Aster yang telah dilakukan untuk memperbaiki SOP yang telah ada, dan membantu membuat SOP yang belum tersedia untuk dapat mempercepat pemenuhan persyaratan penerapan penanganan yang baik PSAT.

Abstract

Local potential is the potential of certain resources owned by an area including the environment, natural resources, people, technology, and culture that can be developed to build national independence. Science learning in schools should not be limited to transferring theories but, there must be a process of natural investigation. The activities were conducted to improve the ability of teachers to design science observation and experiment activities based on environmental potential. Activities were carried out as many as four meetings in a blended manner, namely online and offline. At the beginning of the activity, coordination was carried out with the Science Teacher Group in Yogyakarta. There were 30 participants who participated in the training with a background of science teachers and students. Evaluation of activities is measured through attitude scale instruments and assessment rubrics. There are two types of attitude scales used, namely open and closed attitude scales. The material presented in the form of an introduction to local potential, and the use in the classroom as outlined in the LKPD. The results showed that the greatest understanding of local potential was shown in the benefits indicator with a value of 78.6. While the others, namely the lowest experience indicator with an average of 53.6 while knowledge with a value of 74.6 and application of 57.1. Teachers who can integrate local potential in science learning such as traditional apem wonolelo can be integrated with the concept of temperature, saparan bekakak ceremony can be used in the concept of substances mixture, making pottery heat can be interagted in the concept of pressure, measurement, etc. This service is useful to increase teacher innovation in learning.

Abstract

Kejadian luar biasa (KLB) keracunan pangan merupakan peristiwa yang terjadi ketika dua orang atau lebih mengalami gangguan kesehatan dengan gejala yang serupa atau hampir serupa setelah mengonsumsi pangan yang terkontaminasi. Kejadian ini dapat disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor, salah satunya adalah pangan olahan siap saji yang banyak dijual oleh penyedia pangan jajan keliling dan jasa boga, yang menempati urutan kedua dan ketiga sebagai penyebab keracunan pangan, setelah masakan rumah tangga. Untuk itu, penyedia pangan olahan siap saji wajib memenuhi persyaratan prinsip higiene dan sanitasi yang ketat agar pangan yang disajikan aman dikonsumsi oleh konsumen. Dengan demikian, konsumen dapat terhindar dari risiko keracunan dan kejadian KLB dapat dicegah. Upaya pencegahan juga harus dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti individu, masyarakat, otoritas kompeten, dan pemerintah. Sinergi antar pihak-pihak ini diperlukan agar tren kejadian KLB keracunan pangan dapat dicegah dan dikendalikan secara efektif, serta untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya keamanan pangan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the safety level of rice in Sukabumi Regency in terms of heavy metal content and how to eliminate or minimize contamination until it’s safe to consume in accordance with Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 53 of 2018 concerning the safety and quality of fresh food of plant origin. The research results showed that rice was safe from heavy metal contamination (cadmium, lead and arsenic), where cadmium was 0.05 – 0.13 mg/kg, arsenic was 0.13 mg/kg and lead was not detected. The maximum contamination limit (BMC) for cadmium is 0.4 mg/kg, lead is 0.2 mg/kg and arsenic is 0.3 mg/kg). So the heavy metal content is still below the maximum pollution limit (BMC). The washing stage can minimize the heavy metal content in rice, where washing rice once can remove the cadmium content from 0.07 mg/kg to undetectable. Cooking process can reduce the heavy metal content in rice. Washing once quite effective in removing heavy metals and cooking using rice cooker is more effective in maintaining the nutritional composition of rice compared to using steamer. The preparation of HACPP for rice production shows that the CCP is the process stages of receiving raw materials, fumigation and packaging.
