Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) Medan Medan yang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan bubuk minuman cepat saji. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Support dan Work Engagement terhadap Work Family Enrichment. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 55 orang pegawai yang bekerja di PPKS Medan. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan data primer dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada sampel. Teknik analisis data terdiri dari uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Family Enrichment, Work Engagement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap brand trust. Sementara itu, Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Work Family Enrichment, Serta secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Support dan Work Engagement secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Work Family Enrichment di PPKS Medan Medan. Korelasi antara Organizational Support dan Work Engagement dapat dikatakan kuat terhadap Work Family Enrichment di PPKS Medan Medan.

Abstract

This research was carried out in PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Balai with the aim of knowing the effect of delegation of authority and work coordination on work productivity with mediation by employee performance. The population were employees who worked in the company as many as 133 people, sampling with census sample so that the number of samples were 133 respondents. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques were literature study, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of data quality test, classical assumption test, path analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study showed that partially, the delegation of authority had no significant effect on employee work performance and also on employee work productivity, while work coordination had a significant effect on employee work performance and employee productivity. Employee work performance has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. PLN Tanjung Balai. Simultaneously showed that delegation of authority, work coordination and employee performance have positive and significant effect on employees' work productivity in PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Balai. Work performance mediates the effect of delegation of authority on employee work productivity, but does not mediate the effect of work coordination on employee work productivity in PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Balai. Delegation of authority, work coordination and work performance have moderate correlation to the work productivity of employees at PT. PLN. Work productivity of employees at PT.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Quality of Work Life, Sanctions, Compensation Satisfaction, and Supervision on Employee Work Discipline at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Agency of Medan City/National Land Agency. This study was conducted to understand how these factors are interconnected and have the potential to influence employee work discipline in that environment. This research methodology uses a quantitative approach with a survey as the data collection tool. A sample was drawn from employees in the agency, and the data was analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques, including regression analysis. The results of this study show that Quality of Work Life (QWL) contributes positively to Employee Work Discipline, suggesting that a good work environment can improve work discipline. In addition, Compensation Satisfaction also has a significant positive impact on work discipline, indicating that employees who are satisfied with their compensation are more likely to be disciplined in carrying out their duties. Sanctions and Supervision also play an important role in influencing work discipline, where effective supervision and consistent application of sanctions can improve work discipline. This research has practical implications for management at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Medan City Spatial Planning Agency/National Land Agency, who can use these findings to improve work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah work-life balance, loyalitas kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. Desain penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 115 orang karyawan. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh, maka dari itu sampel penelitian ini 115 orag karyawan yang meliputi keseluruhan karyawan di Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Work-life Balance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, variabel Loyalitas kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan variabel Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata kunci: Work-life Balance, Loyalitas Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Human Resource Development Board of North Sumatra Province. In this study using multiple analysis techniques that function to determine the effect of two or more independent variables on the dependent variable. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The population used in this study was 120 respondents from employees who worked at the Human Resources Development Agency for North Sumatra Province.The results of this study indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.033 < 0.05 and t count 2.158 > t table 1.980. Work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.002 < 0.05 and the t value is -3.128 > 1.980. Competence and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with a sig. 0.003 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 6.099 > f table 3.07

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether work-life balance, work loyality and organizational commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel. Multiple linear regression analysis research design is used to determine how the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. In this research is used in associative. The population in this study were 115 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, therefore the sample of this study was 115 employees which included all employees at Grand Mercure Medan Angkasa Hotel.The results of this study indicate that the ork-life Balance variable is positive and has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the work loyalty variable has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the Organizational commitment variable has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Bihavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan dimediasi oleh disiplin kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada dinas bina marga dan bina konstruksi provinsi sumatera utara yang berjumlah 558 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 234 responden dengan menggunakan proportionated stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel disiplin kerja mampu memediasi hubungan antara kompensasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran dalam penelitian ini diharapkan kantor Dinas Bina Marga Dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara dapat lebih meningkatkan kompensasi yang baik dan menerapkan kepemimpinan yang lebih ramah dan tegas dan diharapkan hal tersebut dapat menimbulkan rasa disiplin kerja pada diri masing-masing karyawan karena ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada dinas bina marga dan bina konstruksi provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction, to determine whether job satisfaction mediates the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda Medan Branch. The population in this study was 130 respondents and using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of the study indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of servant leadership on OCB and job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of organizational culture on OCB at PT. Pupuk Iskandar Muda Medan Branch.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of social media Instagram, entrepreneurial learning, and locus of control on interest in online entrepreneurship with self-efficacy as a mediating variable in students at the business economics faculty in Medan City, Stambuk University in 2018, 2019, and 2020. SmartPLS is used to test the relationship between constructs. The entire population used in this research was 200 respondents from the Faculty of Business Economics in Medan Stambuk City in 2018, 2019, and 2020 who had taken entrepreneurship courses. The results of the research show that the use of social media Instagram has no significant effect on self-efficacy and interest in online entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship learning has a significant effect on self-efficacy, entrepreneurship learning has no significant effect on interest in online entrepreneurship, locus of control has no significant effect on self-efficacy and interest in online entrepreneurship, Self-efficacy has a positive effect on interest in online entrepreneurship. The use of social media Instagram does not have a significant effect on interest in online entrepreneurship through self-efficacy. Entrepreneurship learning does not have a significant effect on interest in online entrepreneurship through self- efficacy. Self-efficacy has a significant effect on interest in online entrepreneurship through self-efficacy.
