Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and promotion on consumer purchasing interest in Mie Sedaap products at Kos Putri Griya Ardinie Depok. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents, taken using a purposive sampling method and to determine the size or number of samples used the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation studies, and questionnaires in the form of primary data, namely distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, regression coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that prices partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a t-count value of 5.167 and a significance of 0.000. Promotions partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest with a t-count value of 8.873 and a significance of 0.000. The results of the f test obtained a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and an f-count value of 158.418 greater than the f-table of 3.12, which means that together prices and promotions have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Brand Image and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty at the Kenangan Coffee Shop in Sukahati Cibinong. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents, taken using purposive sampling and to determine the size or number of samples used the lemeshow formula. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies in the form of primary data, namely distributing questionnaires using Google Form. Data analysis used data quality tests, classical assumption tests, regression coefficient tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that Brand Image partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a t-count value of 6.520 and a significance of 0.000. Service Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with a t-count value of 2.874 and a significance of 0.000. The results of the f test obtained a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and an f-count value of 103.883 greater than the f-table of 3.09, which means that together brand image and service quality have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The growth of the men’s skincare industry in Indonesia triggers intense competition. Potentially reducing customer loyalty due to brand switching. This studi aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of brand image and product quality on customer loyalty for men’s Kahf facial wash products in Ciracas District, East Jakarta. Using a statistical quantitative approach, the study involves a population of 153.398 men, with a a sample of 105 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Primary data was gathered through questionnaires, while secondary techniques comprised data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS version 25. The result indicate that brand image and product quality, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. A coefficient of determination of 60,1% show that independent variables successfully explain customer loyalty. This study concludes that reinforcing brand image and improving product quality are crucial factors in maintaining and enhancing customer loyalty.

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive coffee shop market, consistency and quality are the most important things for every coffee shop that wants to avoid the trap of early failure, especially coffee and customer service, including those related to price and promotion. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price and promotion on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Dalam Gang Jakarta. This type of research is a statistical quantitative study with a sampling technique using probability sampling, with a total of 80 respondents. Primary data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from books, journals and internet media. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis methods, classical assumption tests, instrument tests (validity and reliability), hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS program version 25.0. The results of this study indicate that partially, each variable, namely price and promotion, has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Kedai Kopi Dalam Gang Jakarta, which is 74.6%, and the remaining 25.4% is influenced by other factors outside of it.
