Abstract

Information and communication technology development has driven significant transformation in various aspects of human resource management, now known as Digital Human Resource Management (Digital HRM). Digital HRM refers to using digital technology to support and enhance key HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations. This transformation not only improves operational efficiency, but also enables a more strategic and data-driven approach to HR decision-making. This article discusses the basic concepts of Digital HRM, the benefits and challenges of its implementation, and its impact on the role of HR in the digital era. The findings show that HR digitalization provides opportunities for innovation in HR management, but also requires organizational readiness in terms of infrastructure, digital competencies, and changes in work culture. Thus, Digital HRM is a key element in creating an adaptive and highly competitive organization amidst the dynamics of the modern business environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tahapan dalam pembelian dan pengadaan barang. Pembelian barang merupakan kegiatan membeli barang dagang dari pihak lain baik toko, maupun instansi lainnya yang prosesnya dimulai dari perencanaan kebutuhan untuk memperoleh suatu barang. Sistem pembelian barang disuatu instansi perusahaan dagang sangat penting. Dimana setiap instansi perusahaan dagang memerlukan kebutuhan berbagai macam barang dagang untuk menjalankan kegiatan penjualan. Sebelum melaksanakan pembelian barang memerlukan beberapa langkah persiapan khusus pengadaan barang yaitu seperti form request permintaan barang dagang yang dibuat sebagai langkah awal dalam melakukan pengadaan barang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahapan pembelian barang dagang sesuai permintaan barang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik penelitian yang diambil menggunakan kuantitatif non statistik dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh (Purposive Sampling), yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan data secara mendalam dengan data dari hasil pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi tentang pembelian barang dagang serta pengadaan barang dagang pada perusahaan untuk memperoleh gambaran secara menyeluruh tentang penelitian pembelian barang dagang di CV Kemenangan Jaya Trading, Jakarta. Pengelolaan Persediaan Barang merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada CV Kemenangan Jaya Trading Jakarta karena tanpa dikelola dengan baik maka perusahaan tidak mengetahui kapan akan memesan dan mengeluarkan barang sehingga dapat menyebabkan kerugian pada perusahaan. This study aims to determine the stages in the purchase and procurement of goods. Purchasing goods is an activity of buying merchandise from other parties, both shops and other agencies, the process of which starts from planning the need to obtain an item. The system of purchasing goods in a trading company agency is very important. Where each trading company agency requires the needs of various kinds of merchandise to carry out sales activities. Before carrying out the purchase of goods requires several steps of special preparation for the procurement of goods, such as a request form for a request for merchandise which is made as the first step in procuring goods and then proceed with the stages of purchasing merchandise according to the request for goods. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The research technique used is quantitative non-statistical using a saturated sample (Purposive Sampling), which deals with in-depth data processing with data from observations, interviews, and documentation regarding the purchase of merchandise and the procurement of merchandise at the company to obtain an overall picture of research on purchasing merchandise at CV Kemenangan Jaya Trading, Jakarta. Goods Inventory Management is one of the factors that play a role in increasing sales at CV Victory Jaya Trading Jakarta because without good management the company does not know when to order and issue goods so that it can cause losses to the company.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the influence of variable quality service and satisfaction towards customer loyalty Wuzzy Net in Pabuaran. The method of collecting data in this study uses survey methods through questionnaires. Based on the results of this research analysis, indicating that the facility significantly affects the loyalty of customers, shown from the value of test significance t = 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05 with regression coefficient = 2,527. Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty is demonstrated with a test significance value of T = 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. The quality of service and the simultaneous satisfaction have significant effect on customer loyalty, shown from the value of test significance F = 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05 and are able to have contributions to customer loyalty variables of 0504 or 51.7%. The remaining 48.3% are influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

The implementation of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) plays a crucial role in the preparation of financial statements for non-profit organizations, including foundations. This study aims to analyze the application of financial reporting for non-profit organizations based on PSAK No. 45 at the Yayasan Pundi Amal Peduli Kasih. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for the foundation in preparing accountable and transparent financial statements in accordance with the applicable standards in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using secondary data obtained from the foundation’s financial statements. The financial management process of the foundation involves collecting funds from donors who contribute without expecting any financial return. The analysis shows that the accounting system applied records the receipt and disbursement of funds, which are subsequently summarized to prepare monthly financial reports. The findings indicate that the foundation’s financial statements remain relatively simple and have not yet fully complied with PSAK No. 45 on the financial reporting of non-profit organizations. Therefore, improvements are needed in the application of accounting standards to ensure that the foundation’s financial statements are presented more transparently and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) tidak dapat dilepaskan dari konteks budaya organisasi yang membentuk nilai, norma, dan perilaku kerja individu maupun kelompok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran budaya organisasi dalam membangun strategi manajemen SDM yang berorientasi pada kinerja berkelanjutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi literatur dan analisis konseptual terhadap berbagai temuan penelitian terkini terkait budaya organisasi dan praktik manajemen SDM. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi yang kuat, adaptif, dan selaras dengan visi organisasi mampu meningkatkan komitmen, motivasi, serta kinerja karyawan secara berkelanjutan. Nilai-nilai budaya seperti kepercayaan, kolaborasi, integritas, dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan berfungsi sebagai landasan dalam proses rekrutmen, pengembangan kompetensi, penilaian kinerja, dan sistem penghargaan. Selain itu, integrasi perspektif budaya dalam manajemen SDM terbukti mampu memperkuat daya saing organisasi di tengah dinamika perubahan lingkungan kerja dan tuntutan globalisasi. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi manajemen SDM berbasis budaya organisasi tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pencapaian kinerja jangka pendek, tetapi juga menjadi faktor kunci dalam menjaga keberlanjutan organisasi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan konseptual bagi praktisi dan akademisi dalam merancang kebijakan manajemen SDM yang kontekstual dan berorientasi jangka panjang.
