Abstract

Pembentukan industri yang berkelanjutan menjadi hal krusial bagi perusahaan penyamakan kulit di Indonesia, hal tersebut dikarenakan industri penyamakan kulit di Indonesia mengalami ke-naikan pada indeks limbah produksi di tahun 2016 dan 2017. Peraturan pemerintah menyatakan bahwa industri harus memanfaatkan sumber daya dengan cara yang berkelanjutan,peraturan tersebut mengharuskan perusahaan meningkatkan pencapaian dalam menerapkan aspek sus-tainability didalam proses bisnisnya. Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pengukuran nilai kinerja sustainable production di PT. ELCO dengan menggunakansupply chain operations reference (SCOR) sebagai media untuk memilih key performance indicators (KPI) sustainable production. KPI terpilih diverifikasi oleh perusahaandan dilakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP), kemudian dinormalisasi nilai kinerjanya menggunakan Snorm De Boer normalization. Nilai KPI yang telah diukur didapatkan sebesar 48,63 yang mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja dari penerapan sustainable production oleh perusahaan, dalam posisi marginal performance. Hasil pengukuran nilai KPI, ditampilkan pada suatu aplikasi sistem monitoring berbasis web untuk memfasilitasi perusahaan dalam melakukan identifikasi, pemantauan, dan evaluasi dari kinerja perusahaan dalam menerapkan sistem sustainable production.

Abstract

The leather processing industry is one of the industries with a high production level to meet market demand. This leather apparel company located in Garut, West Java, produces leather, both from cow, sheep, and goatskin as its raw material and manufactures leather-based apparel as its finished goods. Besides its primary production, this leather tanning company also produces hazardous wastewater that can pollute the environment due to chemical compounds in the leather tanning process. They do not have an integrated information system that supports their business processes, especially in controlling the waste management process. This research will design a waste management module ERP system that supports sustainable supply chain management. The use of ERP that supports integration with another element in the company will make it easier for companies to categorize the waste from the manufacturing process and stored it in the warehouse. Not only that, but this system also helps determine the amount of waste produced and whether the wastewater meets the wastewater quality standards, which are then reported in the document automatically, which will make it easier to analyze results and assist in further decision making.

Abstract

Seeing the increasing competition in the manufacturing industry, the implementation of Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) can be a solution to improve the efficiency of a company's supply chain and also increase competitiveness with competitors. PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera is a company engaged in the leather tanning industry located in Garut, West Java. This company does not yet have a system to support the implementation of Sustainable Supply Chain Management in its business processes, including for the procurement department. In addition, the company also does not have a system to monitor its business processes. Therefore, this study aims to design an integrated information system for the procurement department using a system based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), as well as to design a monitoring dashboard so that business processes can be more effective, efficient, and of course, able to manage SSCM well. The results of this study are in the form of a system design and a monitoring dashboard based on ERP to support the implementation of SSCM.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat dengan skema kolaborasi internal ini adalah untuk menghasilkan e-learning yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan sekolah di tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah khususnya untuk mata pelajaran IPA di Madrasah Tsnawiyah (MTs) Ar-Ruhama Kuningan Jawa Barat. Kendala yang dihadapi saat ini adalah proses pembelajaran yang masih konvensional sehingga ada kendala keterbatasan waktu pengajaran dan ruang untuk melaksanakan praktikum. Sehingga diperlukan suatu sistem e-learning yang bisa membantu proses pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran IPA. Tahapan aktivitas dibagi ke dalam tiga tim yang terdiri dari: (1) Tim 1: Mengembangkan sistem e-learning; (2) Tim 2: Pelatihan penggunakan e-learning dan pengembangan konten pembejaran; (3) Tim 3: Implementasi konten pembelajaran IPA berbasis e-Learning. Output yang diharapkan dari pengabidian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Adanya Guru-Guru yang bisa mengembangkan konten pembelajaran berbasis e-Learning; (2) Adanya konten pembelajaran IPA berbasis e-learning; (3) Adanya sistem e-learning. Sehingga pada akhirnya ada outcome yaitu: (1) Peningkaatan nilai rata-rata mata pelajaran IPA; (2) Peningkatan nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional Mata Pelajaran IPA; (3) Peningkatan prestasi juara olimpiade sain tingkat provinsi dan nasional. Evaluasi Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara: (1) Penyebaran kuisioner untuk mengukur pencapaian output/outcome dari hasil implementasi e-learning; (2) kunjungan dan observasi lapangan.

Abstract

Kemampuan yang harus disiapkan dalam menghadapi era Industri 4.0 diataranya adalah kemampuan terkait Teknologi Informasi, robotika, dan otomasi. Kemenristek Dikti sudah mencanangkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri 4.0. Pondok Pesantren Husnul Khotimah 2 (PPHK) Kuningan Jawa Barat adalah salah satu Pondok Pesantren Unggulan di Jawa Barat. PPHK 2 sudah mendapatkan A dan memiliki prestasi menjadi juara kompetisi di Tingkat Nasional baik dalam bidang sains maupun Musabaqah Quran. Saat ini kurikulum pendidikan di PPHK 2 maupun kegiatan ekstra kurikuler belum mendukung ke arah kompetensi RI 4.0. Sehingga perlu dibantu untuk dirancang kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tersebut. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk merancang dan implementasi kurikulum Robotik yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kurikulum sekolah di tingkat Madrasah Tsanawiyah PPHK 2. Pengenalan robotik ini menjadi penting dalam mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0 (IR 4.0). Secara umum solusi dan tahapan aktivitas pengabdian terbagi ke dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) Mengembangkan kurikulum robotik; (2) Pelatihan implementasi kurikulum robotik; (3) Pembentukan kelompok ilmiah remaja (KIR) Robotik. Output yang diharapkan dari pengabidian kepada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) Adanya kurikulum robotik di MTS PPHK 2; (2) Adanya Guru-Guru yang bisa menghantarkan kurikulum robotik kepada Siswa sesuai dengan kurikulum yang sudah dirancang; (3) Adanya Kelompok Ilmiah Remaja (KIR) untuk memperdalam pengetahuan robotik. Sehingga pada akhirnya ada outcome yaitu: (1) Peningkatan prestasi Siswa dalam kejuaran robotik tingkat daerah; (2) Meningkatkan citra pesantren Husnul Khotimah sebagai pesantren berbasis akhlak dan ilmu pengetahuan; (3) Meningkatkan minat siswa pesantren kepada ilmu robotik. Evaluasi Pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara: (1) Penyebaran kuisioner untuk mengukur pencapaian output/outcome dari hasil implementasi kurikulum; (2) kunjungan dan observasi lapangan; (3) pendampingan.

Abstract

XYZ Company is a distributor focused on distributing floor and wall ceramic tiles. XYZ Company has its own warehouse for storing finished goods with Last In First Out rotation. The XYZ Company Warehouse has an area of 12,312 m2 with floor stack system. An issue currently risen to the warehouse is that the warehouse is currently overcapacity that urges the company to store some of its SKUs to be stored out of the block or even outside the warehouse. The overcapacity causes some problems including accessibility problem, distribution of storage and retrieval activities, and damaged product. In addition, higher throughput items allocation were not placed near to the input/output point so the material handling went through long travel to do its activities and it caused higher total travel distance. This research is focused on determining the warehouse layout to increase warehouse storage capacity and reduce travel distance. The procedure taken to solve the issue is by redesigning warehouse layout through heuristic approach method. The heuristic approach method is comprised by algorithms that can determine dimensions of storage zone and material assignment needed in designing warehouse layout. It is aimed at having some combinations of lane depths and storage zones to increase the warehouse storage capacity by considering the throughput of each SKU. The next step is allocating the items so it can reduce the monthly travel distance. The proposed design layout, shows that warehouse capacity increases by 35.53% or 5,319 pallet positions and monthly travel distance decreases by 24.58% or 216,032 meters. Abstract

In the transportation process is closely related to the route, the route is the path through which a mode / vehicle to arrive at a destination. The route is related to the number of vehicles and the location where it goes. PT XYZ is a company engaged in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), with the field makes the flow of goods speed will be high until the goods distribution process becomes fast and often. In the process of distribution is done by using 1 fleet in each customer. Currently in the process of distributing goods, the company still ignores the utility of the vehicles used, so the availability of empty space in capacity is still occurring and this makes the cost of transportation is high. Consolidation of multiple customers becomes possible, keeping in mind the time window, capacity and multiple products. This study designs a route by considering the limits to get the route, the number of vehicles, the utility increase of each vehicle and the optimal distance so that it can minimize transportation costs. The use of a genetic algorithm preceded by the nearest neighbor algorithm is used to solve this problem. Later the route will be formed and get the number of vehicles, the increase in vehicle utility and the optimal distance. This resulted in average vehicle utility improvement of 35,317%, vehicle repairs amounted to 34.05%, and distance of 10.075% so as to reduce transportation costs by 26.56% from initial conditions. Abstract

XYZ is a pasteurization milk processing company that produce milk drink from pure cow milk. PT. XYZ don’t sell their product directly to end user, instead they distribute their product to many companies which serve milk for their employees or operators in lunch time. So, their customer is mostly a manufacture company from various kinds of industry. They have about 40 customers and most of them are outside Bandung. However, the delivery may not be done as planned. The average on time delivery is around 96%. it is below PT. XYZ target which is 98%. The impact of the delay itself is vary between customers. Because when delay occur, each customer has their own regulation that has been settled in agreement contract. Based on the delay recapitulation above, there are several factors that caused this problem. Delay in departure is the most influential factors. It is because PT. XYZ don’t have fixed schedule of delivery and they miscalculate the departure time because of improper route determination that also leads to longer travel time. This case is categorized as Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogeneous Fleet and Time Window (VRPHFTW) that will be solved using one of meta-heuristics algorithm which is Two Phase Tabu Search Algorithm to minimize travel distance. In the end, the travel distance can be minimized 19.48%. Keywords—Vehicle Routing Problem with Heterogenous Fleet and Time Window (VRPHFTW), Meta-Heuristics, Two Phase Tabu Search Algorithm.

Abstract

In the process of transportation it is very in accordance with the route, the route the mode / vehicle goes to the destination. Route about the number of vehicles and which locations are passed. PT XYZ is a company engaged in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), with fields that make the flow of goods going higher so that the distribution of goods becomes fast and frequent. The distribution process is carried out using 1 fleet in each customer. Currently in the process of distributing goods, companies still use utilities that are used, so that the availability of empty space in capacity still occurs and this makes transportation costs high. Combining (considering) some customers is possible, while considering the time window, capacity and some products. This study discusses the route by considering various constraints to get the route, the number of vehicles, increasing the utility of each vehicle and the optimal distance so as to minimize transportation costs. Using a genetic algorithm that is preceded by the nearest neighbour algorithm is used to resolve this complication. Later the route will be formed and get the number of vehicles, increase the number of vehicles and the optimal distance. These results make an increase in vehicle utility by an average of 35.317%, an increase in the number of vehicles by 34.05%, and a distance of 10.075% thus saving transportation costs by 26.56% from the initial conditions.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus Covid-19 masih menjadi perhatian bagi seluruh negara, khususnya bagi Indonesia. Dalam situasi krisis ekonomi saat ini, sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) memerlukan perhatian khusus dari pemerintah sebagai penyumbang terbesar terhadap PDB dan dapat menjadi pendukung dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kebijakan pemerintah seperti pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat dapat berdampak menurunnya pendapatan UMKM, bahkan tidak sedikit UMKM yang tutup akibat kebijakan tersebut. Hal ini perlu menjadi perhatian dengan mengusulkan konsep elastics logistics. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menghasilkan perencanaan sumber daya yang optimal berbasis data untuk menghasilkan profit yang optimal. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah Fuzzy Logic dan trade-off analysis. Hasil dari model menunjukan bahwa diperlukan penambahan 1 karyawan lepas jika jumlah pesanan meningkat sebanyak 25% dan 2 karyawan lepas jika terdapat peningkatan pesanan sebanyak 50%. Selain itu pengembangan model dilakukan untuk menjadi langkah strategis bagi UMKM untuk dapat bertahan dan melewati masa pandemi.
