Abstract

Background: Leadership style is employee oriented and improves performance as well as builds a connection with each other trust, value, and respect. Leadership style is a technique used by a leader with destination control over other people's actions this interpreted that successful organization in communication among tops and bottoms is also determined by style leadership. Objectives: Study this measure of influence style leadership transformational, transactional are digital towards performance employees at RSU Anna Medika Madura in the new normal era.Methods: Study this is study quantitative with SPSS 25 program for windows. The population used as many as 65 respondents. Method analysis in a study is analysis regression multiple.Results: Research Results show that variable style leadership transformational (X1) no take effect by significant to performance employee with value (X1) = 0.173 > 0.05, style leadership transactional (X2) effect by significant to performance employee with value (X2) = 0.000 < 0.05, variable style digital leadership (X3) influential by significant to performance employee with value (X3) = 0.000 < 0.05.Conclusion: Leadership style transactional and digital effect significant to performance employees in the new normal era at RSU Anna Medika Madura. The new normal era coincides with digital transformation, and here the role of a capable leader to face digital change is very holding role important, think this is related to the enhanced performance of employees.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is one of the main tasks of the Health Service who is responsible for the Health Service Sector. The performance evaluation of the Puskesmas consists of 3 assessments, that are assessment of the main program, management and innovation. Based on the results of a preliminary study by interviewing the Head of TU Sub-Division, information was obtained related to the uneven delegation of tasks by leaders to employees so that there were several employees who were overloaded with work. This has an impact on employee performance that is not optimal. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach and in-depth interviews with key informants and triangulation. The main informant was the Head of the Health Center, while the triangulation informants were the Head of Sub-Division of TU, ​​PJ UKM and UKP, PJ Networks and webs, PJ Facilities and infrastructure, PJ Quality, and PJ Finance. The results of the interviews obtained data that the application of leadership theory used in managing and leading employees has been adapted to the existing situations and conditions. As well as in terms of communication, motivation, knowledge, decision making and positive power. The same thing happened to the performance results, where commitment, discipline, responsibility and honesty began to increase among employees. Commitment, discipline, responsibility and honesty of employees are the results of the application of leadership theory that is applied properly. However, in implementing the need for human resources, especially those that are in accordance with educational qualifications and the needs of the Community Health Center, it is one of the things that needs to be improved in the future

Abstract

Puskesmas sebagai sumber data primer memegang peranan penting dalam Sistem Informasi Kesehatan. Penerapan SIMPUS memudahkan pelayanan, pencatatan dan pelaporan Puskesmas dengan hasil data yang akurat. Kendala penggunaan SIMPUS masih banyak ditemukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor Human, Organization dan Techlogy dengan kebermanfaatan aplikasi SIMPUS. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Struktur organisasi, lingkungan organisasi dengan baik mempengaruhi keberhasilan penggunaan SIMPUS dan kebermanfaatan penggunaan SIMPUS adalah baik.

Abstract

Sistem penomoran adalah pemberian nomorrekam medis bagi pasien yang datangberobat demi memudahkan pencaharianberkas rekam medis. Pelaksanaan penomoranrekam medis di Puskesmas Ambunten tidakberjalan dengan baik sehingga menyebabkanduplikasi nomor rekam medis. Tujuan daripenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sistempenomoran rekam medis pasien diPuskesmas Ambunten. Jenis penelitian yangyang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Carapengumpulan data dengan dokumentasidan wawancara. Subjek penelitian yaituinforman utama merupakan petugaspendaftran dan informan triangulasi yaitukepala rekam medis dan petugas poli. Metode penentuan akar permasalahanmenggunakan analisis diagram tulang ikan(fishbone) dengan metode 5M (Man, Money, Method, Materials, Machine).‟ Faktorpenyebab duplikasi dapat diketahui dalam 5Myaitu Man, Money, Method, Materials, danMachine. Prioritas masalah yang didapat yaitupada faktor Man dan Method. Pada faktorMan, petugas tidak teliti dalam menuliskannomor rekam medis pada KIB. Pada faktorMethod, penomoran masih dilakukan secaramanual, SOP belum berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian adapun saranyang diusulkan yaitu, petugas lebih telitidalam proses pelaksanaan penomoranrekam medis, petugas poli lebih disiplindalam pengembalian dokumen rekam medis, melakukan pelatihan atau workshop terkait pelaksanaan penomoran, menambah Wi-Fidan membuat KIB dari bahan plastik untukmeminimalisir kerusakan.

Abstract

For primigravida mothers, anxiety will be even more pronounced when the mother enters the third trimester of pregnancy. This is because primigravida pregnant women will face a labor process that she has never experienced before. It is not impossible that prolonged anxiety in pregnant women will have a negative impact on both the mother and the fetus. Aprilia & Richmond (2011). This activity aims to increase knowledge of pregnant women and their families, reduce anxiety in pregnant women and increase knowledge about midwifery science updates.The community service method is by collecting data on pregnant women at the local Bangkalan midwife, after that collecting all pregnant women on the specified day and explaining the objectives of community service and conducting counseling about anxiety to pregnant women, with two counseling materials, yaotu endorphin massage and continued with the material Progressive Auto Relaxation (ROP). After that, a demonstration of how to do endorphin massage and Progressive Oto Relaxation (ROP) was demonstrated.The event went smoothly and was attended by 24 pregnant women who were accompanied by their families. The material presented was anxiety-free during pregnancy using leaflets. Overall, the participants understood how to reduce anxiety in pregnant women. One pregnant woman who volunteered to demonstrate endorphine massage was able to do it well.This community service activity is based on research by Selvia (2019) showing that therapy with ROP and Endorphine massage can be done to reduce anxiety in pregnant women.

Abstract

Malnutrisi di Indonesia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang belum dapat terpecahkan oleh pemerintah. Pada tahun 2022 kasus stunting di kabupaten Bangkalan berada di posisi ke 6 terendah angka kejadian stunting yaitu 4,29%. Capaian Jawa Timur untuk stunting sebesar 7,51%, yang berada di atas target indikator program gizi dan KIA untuk stunting tahun 2023 sebesar 18,4%. Kelas ibu hamil merupakan tempat untuk belajar bersama bagi ibu hamil tentang kesehatan. Adapun tujuan pengabdian masyarakat mengoptimalkan keterlibatan keluarga dalam kelas ibu hamil sehingga ibu hamil sehat bayi akan dilahirkannya nantinya sehat dan dijauhkan dari stunting. Metode Pengabdian masyarakat menggunakan keikutsertaan ibu hamil dan keluarga dalam kelas ibu hamil. Populasi pengabdian masyarakat ialah 10 ibu dan keluarga yang ada diwilayah Polindes Berbeluk. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan dari tanggal 28 September s/d 25 Oktober 2023. Kegiatan kelas ibu hamil dilaksanakan di polindes berbeluk sesuai dengan panduan pelaksanaan kelas ibu hamil yaitu 4x pertemuan dengan hasil pengetahuan ibu hamil dan keluarga tentang kesehatannya meningkat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terlaksana lancar dan berharap dengan kegiatan ini keluarga dapat memperhatikan Kesehatan ibu hamil, ibu hamil menjadi sehat sehingga kejadian stunting dapat dicegah.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the management of Health Human Resources (SDMK) at the Bangkalan Community Health Center by identifying POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The research was conducted at the Bangkalan Health Center in January-February 2024. The key informants are the head of the community health center and the Head of Administration, the main informants are the Personnel Coordinator and the Management Coordinator and the triangulation informants are the Head of the Human Resources Division and the Head of the HR Section of the Bangkalan District Health Service. Based on the research results, it is known that the inequality of HRK is seen in terms of numbers. Where currently there are more health workers at the Bangkalan Community Health Center than midwives. Meanwhile, the health workers who are lacking are nutritionists. From the results of data analysis, it was found that the HRK qualifications at the Bangkalan Community Health Center did not meet the standard specifications in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation number 43 of 2019 concerning Community Health Centers, namely the lack of one health worker needed to support health services. The implementation of HRK management at the Bangkalan Community Health Center has been going well but is still ongoing. not yet optimal, especially in the areas of equality and qualifications that are not yet appropriate. So it is necessary to re-assess according to the qualifications.

Abstract

The Indonesian government issued regulations regarding the transition of community health centers to regional public service agencies (BLUDs) in 2018. These regulations require all community health centers in Indonesia to change their status to BLUDs. During this transition, the Community Health Center faced many challenges, such as preparation, financial management, technology, human resources, corruption and poor internal control, which negatively impacted the performance and survival of the Community Health Center. Therefore, this article will integrate the internal control of the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) into BLUD Community Health Centers so that they can resolve all their problems and improve their performance. The approach of this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Based on the results and discussions, COSO internal control can be implemented in BLUD community health centers. In addition, the five components of COSO internal control can increase the preparedness of community health centers, improve technology and innovation, competent human resources, reduce corruption, and increase the effectiveness of internal control so that the performance of BLUD community health centers increases.

Abstract

Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi stunting yaitu upaya pencegahan dan mengurangi gangguan secara langsung (intervensi gizi spesifik) dengan upaya fokus pada kelompok 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) antara lain ibu hamil, ibu menyusui dan anak usia 0-23 bulan. Kejadian stunting di Polindes Berbeluk telah mengalami penurunan dari 38,9 % menjadi 28,2 % salah satu penyebab terjadinya stunting adalah kurangnya kesadaran ibu hamil untuk datang ketenaga kesehatan (bidan/Posyandu) untuk memeriksakan kehamilannya. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu meningkatkan keikutsertaan ibu hamil dalam kegiatan kelas ibu hamil dalam mencegah stunting. Metode yang digunakan untuk pemanfaatan kelas ibu hamil dalam mewujudkan kehamilan sehat demi mencegah stunting yaitu merencanakan kegiatan selama kelas ibu hamil, yang terdiri dari penyuluhan tentang kehamilan dan imunisasi ibu hamil, penyuluhan tentang persalinan, nifas dan ASI ekslusif untuk mencegah stunting dan senam hamil serta pembagian kuesioner evaluasi kegiatan kelas ibu hamil. Kegiatan kelas ibu hamil dari pertemuan 1 hingga ke 3 berjalan dengan lancar, semua peserta yang terdiri dari ibu hamil sebanyak 20 orang berkomitmen hadir dalam kegiatan kelas ibu hamil, hal ini dibuktikan bahwa ibu hamil merasa penting untuk menjaga kesehatannya sehingga jika kehamilannnya sehat secara otomatis perkembangan janinnya akan sehat dan secara tidak langsung bisa mencegah terjadinya stunting pada balita.

Abstract

The hospital is an organizer service health in a way plenary. Communication become a very important thing in the giving process of service health. Interaction between officers at home become a basic thing for everyone to do services provided to patient can done optimally. Communication effectively not only between officers with patients but also between officers at home sick. Communication effectively at home sick will minimize doubt in the patient regarding a series of treatment processes so that the patient will obey what is informed or recommended by the officer of health and so on no direct can increase the quality of home service. The purpose of the activity devotion public is to give importance to understanding officer health-related communication effective in giving service health good communication officer to patients between officer health at home sick. Activity training there are several suite activities among them offering material communication effective SBAR method and 7C formula, administration evaluation consisting of the pre-test and post-test, and roleplay for each case. Results of activities training enhanced understanding by participants related to communication effective besides That activity this is also a reminder return about material communication effective ever obtained moment lectures. There is an enhancement in the average pre-test score is 5.12 and the average post-test score is 9.06 on the SBAR method and there are increase in understanding of communication effective use 7C formula (pretest mean score of 5.25 and post-test mean score of 9.25).
