Abstract

One of the most famous markets in the Minahasa-North Sulawesi area nationally and internationally is also known as local wisdom known as the "extreme" Tomohon Market. The most famous of this market is usually because the traders sell unusual animals which are generally wild animals and even animals that are protected in other areas such as snakes, monitor lizards, wild boars, bats, dogs, cats and many more animals " other extremes. In its development, if we ask what the opinion or perception of the Minahasa community is about the "extreme" Tomohon market, we will find various opinions, even many discussions about this difference of opinion have appeared on social media. The purpose of this study is to reveal the Minahasa community's perception of the "extreme" Tomohon market. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study are; naming the market "extreme" is a tourism gimmick, it is called "extreme" pet food only for outsiders of Minahasa, some Minahasa people consider "extreme" food a primitive habit, eating animals is "extreme" a hereditary tradition of the Minahasa community, the Minahasa religion allows eating food "extreme", eating "extreme" animals as a symbol of strengthening kinship, demand and supply of "extreme" animals are balanced

Abstract

This research aimed to develop DIVISITE (Discovery Listening Website) and facilitate students’ learning of the listening subject. The design of this research was educational R&D. The subjects of this study were the second-semester English Department students of STKIP PGRI Trenggalek for the academic year 2020/2021. The research procedure included needs analysis, studying education theories, developing the educational product, validating the product to experts, and field-testing. By using the website and combining it with the three stages in the Discovery Listening technique, it increased students' learning motivation and comprehension toward listening material. It was seen from the results of pre-motivation which obtained a score of 1051 (almost disagree). This implied that respondents rarely planned listening learning activities. Then, the results of the post-motivation questionnaire obtained a score of 1810 (almost agree). Thus, there was an increase related to students' learning motivation in listening by using the Discovery Listening Website. In conclusion, this research successfully developed DIVISITE (Discovery Listening Website) and facilitated students’ learning in listening. Furthermore, this research was able to achieve the research objectives, namely DIVISITE (Discovery Listening Website), to facilitate students learning in the listening subject.

Abstract

Tri pusat pendidikan adalah tiga pusat pendidikan yang secara bertahap dan terintegrasi mengemban tanggung jawab pendidikan bagi anak. Tiga pusat pendidikan yang dimaksud meliputi pendidikan dalam lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan dalam lingkungan sekolah, dan pendidikan dalam lingkungan masyarakat. Ketiga pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pendidikan tersebut dituntut untuk melakukan kerja sama yang komprehensif satu sama lain. Lingkungan keluarga, yang merupakan lingkungan pertama dan dianggap sebagai fondasi pendidikan anak, yang juga merupakan awal dari pendidikan yang akan dijalani kemudian, juga memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam pembentukan kepribadian. Lingkungan sekolah adalah lingkungan kedua yang dihadapi anak-anak. Pendidikan dalam lingkungan sekolah memiliki dasar, tujuan, isi, metode, dan persyaratan lain yang disusun secara sistematis dalam bentuk kurikulum. Oleh karena itu, sekolah dianggap sebagai fondasi pengetahuan ilmiah. Sementara itu, dalam lingkungan masyarakat, anak-anak akan mewujudkan sejumlah teori pendidikan dan pengajaran yang telah diajarkan di lembaga pendidikan sebelumnya. Karena pada akhirnya, anak-anak akan mengaktualisasikan dan melibatkan diri mereka dalam lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Di tengah pusaran disrupsi digital yang masif, sistem Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) menghadapi urgensi reorientasi fundamental, khususnya dalam mengorkestrasi integrasi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendekonstruksi sekaligus merekonstruksi paradigma transformasi epistemologis dan prosedural PJJ dalam koridor PAI melalui sintesis kerangka kerja Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dan model Substitution, Augmentation, Modification, Redefinition (SAMR). Dengan mengadopsi metodologi studi pustaka yang komprehensif, diskursus ini menyingkap fakta bahwa integrasi PJJ bukan sekadar migrasi medium informasi ke ruang siber, melainkan sebuah evolusi signifikan dalam metodologi konstruksi, validasi, dan transmisi pengetahuan di ekosistem digital. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sinergi TPACK membekali pendidik PAI dengan kapasitas intelektual untuk menyelaraskan nilai spiritual transenden dengan kemajuan teknologi secara koheren. Sementara itu, model SAMR berperan sebagai peta jalan strategis untuk mencapai level redefinisi, di mana pembelajaran PAI mampu melampaui limitasi fisik dan temporal demi menciptakan pengalaman pedagogis yang imersif. Implikasi teoretis penelitian ini menegaskan perlunya transformasi identitas pendidik dari sekadar transmitor informasi menjadi arsitek pembelajaran digital yang tetap teguh dalam menjaga marwah karakter Islami.

Abstract

Salah satu syarat untuk sahnya suatu perjanjian yaitu sepakat mereka yang mengikatkan dirinya. Walaupun terjadi kesepakatan para pihak yang membuat perjanjian, terdapat kemungkinan bahwa kesepakatan yang telah dicapai tersebut mengalami kecacatan atau yang biasa disebut cacat kehendak (wilsgebreke). Cacat kehendak yang dikenal dalam Pasal 1321 KUHPerdata hanya terbatas pada kekhilafan, paksaan, & penipuan. Dalam prakteknya, terdapat cacat kehendak lainnya berupa penyalahgunaan keadaan (misbruik van omstandigheden) yang bersumber dari doktrin (ajaran) & eksistensinya baru sebatas pada Yurisprudensi sehingga isu hukum dalam penelitian ini yaitu terjadi ketidaklengkapan norma (incomplete of norm). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apa urgensi pengaturan penyalahgunaan keadaan sebagai cacat kehendak. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum (legal research), analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan kasus (case approach), & pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu.urgensi pengaturan penyalahgunaan keadaan sebagai cacat kehendak untuk melindungi pihak yang lemah dalam suatu perjanjian agar tidak ada lagi pihak yang menyalahgunakan keunggulan ekonomi dan psikologis dalam pembuatan perjanjian.

Abstract

The implementation of the Independent Curriculum in elementary schools requires significant adjustments in teachers’ competencies and instructional practices. This situation places school principals in a strategic position to support teachers in addressing various challenges encountered during curriculum development. This study aims to examine the role of principals in overcoming teacher-related obstacles in the development of the Independent Curriculum at the elementary school level. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed at Ngupasan State Elementary School. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with data validity ensured through source and technique triangulation. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that principals play multiple roles as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, motivators, and leaders. The strategies implemented include firm and deliberative decision-making, openness to teachers’ input, instructional guidance, communication with the school committee, motivation and performance support, alignment of programs with the school’s vision and mission, facilitation of teachers’ self-directed learning through the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM), quarterly evaluations, and coordination of school facilities and resources.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges in the process of recording Traditional Cultural Expressions (TCEs). TCE recording requires economic value to obtain protection as communal intellectual property. The rejection of the recording of Talam Sehidang (Makan Sehidang Berlima) as a TCE from the Kepulauan Riau Province. This study uses a normative legal research method that analyzes data qualitatively. The study finds that policymakers frequently exclude SWES traditions rich in moral and spiritual significance from legal protection because they perceive such traditions as lacking direct economic value. However, communities and local governments can generate economic value through active cultural preservation after recording. The requirement of economic value hampers the recording of TCEs. This paper proposes an inclusive TCE recording procedure for communal intellectual property. So that TCEs can be legally recognized and then developed by the host community to be economically valuable. It also provides procedural guidance for local communities to protect culturally meaningful expressions through preservation-based approaches. Economic formalism in cultural recording risks disempowering Indigenous communities and reducing heritage to market logic. By restoring philosophical and moral dimensions to legal recognition, cultural policy can promote equity and protect identity. The lack of documentation for ancient TCE and the economic value requirement for TCE recording led to the failure of the recording process. Thus, this research proposes changes to the requirements in the traditional cultural expression recording policy to prioritize philosophical values alongside economic values. The novelty of this study lies in its critique of the TCE recording process, which requires economic value, making it difficult for cultural actors to obtain protection for TCE as communal intellectual property. However, recording can potentially create income for cultural actors by creating activities such as tourism based on traditional cultural expressions.
