Abstract

oleh atlet Pencak Silat Unit Kegiatan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Padang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuasi eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit training terhadap kondisi fisik atlet Pencak Silat Unit Kegiatan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Padang. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh atlet Pencak Silat Unit Kegiatan Olahraga Universitas Negeri Padang yang masih aktif berlatih sebanyak 29 orang. Data dikumpul dari 29 orang subjek penelitian melalui pengukuran kondisi fisik atlet. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus uji beda (uji t) dependent sampel. Berdasarkan analisa data dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan oleh latihan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat UKO UNP. Akhirnya diharapkan penelitian ini bisa berkontribusi dan berguna bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya dalam bidang olahraga prestasi.

Abstract

This study examines the development of the purse seine fishing business at Bastiong Fisheries Port in Ternate City regarding technical and cost-benefit aspects. Estimation of the level of business financial feasibility is analyzed using the Net Present Value (NPV) method, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method, and the Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio). The six fleets are KM. Lentera (1), KM. Nurwahidah (2), KM. Pratama Putra (3), KM. Ratu Rosari (4), KM. Salam Mesra (5), and KM. Qausar (6). The NPV, IRR, and B/C Ratio of each fleet are NPV 2,297,326,836 per year, a B/C Ratio 6 .6 per year, and an IRR of 52% per year for (1); the NPV value of 998,260,353 per year, B/C Ratio 3.5 per year, and an IRR of 49% per year for (2), the NPV value of 660,687,454 per year, B/C Ratio 2.6 per year, and IRR 50% per year for (3), the NPV value of 996,129,191 per year, B/C Ratio 3.5 per year, and IRR 35% per year for (4), the NPV value of 2,892,195,498 per year, a B/C ratio of 10.6 per year, and an IRR of 50% per year for (5). Number (6) has an NPV value of 809,122,892 per year, a B/C ratio of 3.5 per year, and an IRR of 56% per year, respectively.

Abstract

Kualitas air yang baik, nafsu makan ikan tinggi dan tidak mudah terserang penyakit, sebaliknya pada kualitas air yang buruk ikan tidak dapat hidup dengan baik, nafsu makannya kurang, mudah terserang penyakit, mudah stress dan dapat menimbulkan kematian. Ikan mas memiliki beberapa keungulan yaitu memiliki laju pertumbuhannya yang relative cepat, tingkat kelangsungan hidup tinggi fekunditas atau jumlah telur yang menetas tergolong tinggi. Air merupakan salah satu komponen utama dalam kegiatan budidaya ikan. Sumber air yang digunakan pada kolam di BBI Lhok Parom Nagan Raya berasal dari Sungai irigasi Ule Jalan, Kecamatan Beutong Bawah yang masuk melalui satu pintu air dan kemudian dialirkan melalui saluran irigasi. Pengelolaan dan pengukuran kualitas air dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel air kolam yang selanjutnya dilakuan pengukuran dengan menggunakan alat seperti thermo meter, secchi disc, pH meter dan DO meter meliputi pengukuran suhu, kecerahan, pH dan DO yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali pada pagi, siang, dan malam hari agar mendapatkan hasil yang akurat. Sistem pengelolaan air selanjutnya adalah dilakukan pengapuran pada kolam pembesaran ikan mas, Pengapuran berfungsi untuk menaikkan pH air, meningkatkan kelarutan CO₂ membasmi hama, mengkatkan aktivitas mikroorganisme dalam lumpur, meningkatkan kecerahan/menghilangkan kekeruhan dan meningkatkan produktifitas kolam (fitoplanton, zooplankton, dan organisme betos)

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the study of breaststroke swimming techniques of FIK Unp sports education students. The type of research conducted is descriptive research or direct observation of breaststroke swimming techniques. Sampling is based on purposive sampling technique. The data source in this study was obtained through direct observation (observation) in the field through a direct value format in the field. Based on the overall research results from 36 samples of FIK UNP sports education students, the level of mastery of breaststroke swimming techniques was obtained (56.25%), classified in the Fair category.

Abstract

Makroalga merupakan salah satu sumber daya hayati yang sangat potensial untuk di kembangkan dan tersebar di wilayah perairan Indonesia terutama di daerah pesisir intertidal dan pulau-pulau karang. Makroalga atau “seaweed” mempunyai fungsi dan memiliki peranan penting baik dari segi biologis, ekologis maupun ekonomis. Dari segi ekonomi, makroalga sebagai produk alam merupakan komoditi yang sangat baik untuk di kembangkan mengingat kandungan kimia yang di milikinya. Makroalga di manfaatkan secara luas baik dalam bentuk raw material (material mentah) seluruh bagian tumbuhan maupun dalam bentuk olahan. Ada 11 spesies makroalga yang terdapat pada perairan Lhok Bubon, Aceh Barat yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai potensi perekonomian. Keanekaragaman termasuk dalam kategori sedang, sehingga harus ada keseimbangan antara pemanfaatan dan pelestarian. Berbagai jenis upaya pengelolaan ekonomi biru bagi masyarakat diantaranya sebagai bahan baku makanan, senyawa alginat bagi industri, biodiesel, pupuk organik serta bahan pengganti plastik.

Abstract

Healthy seagrass beds have high ecological value, characterized by high diversity and even distribution in the water. However, currently, the health condition of seagrass beds is threatened both naturally and by human activities. For example, the loss of seagrass meadows due to human activities in coastal areas, including on Maitara Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia. The objective of this research is to identify the community structure of seagrass, and the proper management options to minimize negative impacts on damage to the seagrass meadow ecosystem and sustain seagrass resources. The study was conducted in the South Maitara and the North Maitara, during the dry season from September to October 2020 using vertical transect methods. The result shows that the average index of diversity, evenness, and dominance on Maitara Island of 1.0970, 0.6470, and 0.5892, respectively. The beaches of South Maitara and North Maitara have poor diversity, a good category for evenness, and a stable community. Enhalus acoroides has the highest density of 294 ind/m2, followed by Thalassia hemprichii around 287 ind/m2. Abstract

The mangrove ecosystem functions as a transitional area between land and sea, has a crucial contribution to coastal areas both ecologically, economically, and socially. This ecosystem is spread across all sub-districts in the coastal area of Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to examine mangrove vegetation and the abundance of gastropods in the area. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with transect technique and will be carried out from June 1 to August 1, 2024. This research was conducted in Banda Sakti District, Muara Satu District, and Muara Dua District in Lhokseumawe City. The results of the study showed that mangrove vegetation in the area was dominated by main species such as Rhizophora stylosa, Rhizophora mucronata, Avicennia alba, and Avicennia marina. and the gastropods found included T. telescopium, T. palustris, Cassidula nucleus, Littoraria scabra. As for the conclusion, the types of the mangrove found consist of four types, namely A. marina, A alba, R. mucronata and R stylosa. the density of the tree level type R stylosa at station II is 3200 ind/Ha. The value is higher than the type found at station III A. marina of 300 ind/Ha and I. The relative density for the three stations is the same 100 ind/Ha. The INP of the sapling has the same value of 200 ind/Ha and the INP of the seedling level of the mangrove type A. marina R. mucronata, R. stylosa and A. alba. The amount is the same, namely 200 ind/Ha. Then for suggestions, the Government and related agencies in the Lhokseumawe must focus on mangrove management starting from designing procedures for mangrove management so that it is sustainable in the coastal area of Lhokseumawe city for future generations

Abstract

The lack of understanding of how the synergy between classroom management and school climate affects student learning outcomes, especially in PJOK, is the main reason for conducting this study. This study aims to understand how effective classroom management strategies and a positive school climate can affect student engagement, motivation, and achievement in the classroom. This study fills a gap in previous research that has not discussed much about the interaction between the two in depth. Using a systematic literature review, article selection uses a prism flow chart by analyzing studies from journals in the last 10 years from nationally accredited journals and reputable international journals searched on Google Scholar, Mendeley, Science direct.com. The results showed that good classroom management increased student focus, while a supportive school climate encouraged motivation and a sense of belonging. The novelty of this research lies in its approach that highlights the synergy of these two factors in Physical Education. However, this study is limited to the scope of the literature and analysis methods that can affect the generalization of the results. These findings provide insights for educators in creating a more effective learning environment.
