Abstract

Child-friendly Regency/City Policy (KLA) is a Regency/City that has a children's rights-based development system through the integration of government, community and business commitments and resources that are planned in a comprehensive and sustainable manner in policies, programs and activities to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights. Many children's problems are still found in Sidoarjo Regency, this indicates that children's rights are still not fully fulfilled. This study aims to analyze and describe the realization of a Child Friendly City through the fulfillment of children's rights and protection in Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results showed that the realization of a Child Friendly City in Sidoarjo Regency through the fulfillment of children's rights and protection can be seen from several programs or activities such as coordination meetings, the establishment of child-friendly sub-districts/villages, child-friendly schools, child-friendly health centers, ASI corner rooms, friendly boarding schools. children, Child Friendly Playroom (RBRA), Safe Routes to and from School (RASS), Sidoarjo children's voice formulation, PATBM, Berlian Campaign, Women and Children Protection Car (Molin), and Children's Information Car (Monik).

Abstract

Potensi yang besar di Desa Balongtani Jabon Sidoarjo perlu mendapatkan dukungan dari semua pihak. Dalam bidang kesehatan Desa Balong Tani memiliki beberapa Posyandu aktif dengan kader yang handal dan berkomitmen baik dalam meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak. Permasalahan yang terdapat di Desa Balong Tani antara lain kebiasaan warga menggunakan MP-ASI (Makanan Pendamping ASI) instan, pembinaan kader kurang inovatif dan masih terdapat bayi balita dengan gizi kurang dan BGM (Bawah Garis Merah). Sedikitnya jumlah balita yang datang ke Posyandu, akan menyulitkan petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas dalam memantau status gizi balita di wilayah kerjanya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu teknologi yang dapat mengukur tinggi badan serta berat badan anak secara tepat dan cepat, serta aplikasi yang dapat membantu orang tua. PPDM ini mengoptimalisasi seribu hari pertama kehidupan dengan mendampingi kader kesehatan di desa Balongtani Jabon Sidoarjo dalam pembuatan produk MP-ASI instan untuk bayi balita usia 6 – 24 bulan dan produk kaya gizi untuk ibu hamil.. Produk ini akan diproduksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi kader dengan system pengkaderan. Kegiatan PPDM ini juga merevitalisasi alat rekam medis dan gizi konvensional menjadi system rekam medis dan gizi digital terpadu. Program PPDM ini melakukan pendekatan penyelesaikan masalah melalui peningkatan layanan posyandu untuk pemantauan status gizi dan kesehatan bayi dan balita melalui teknologi rekam medis digital berbasis Internet of Things(IoT). Target PPDM ini meningkatkan tata kelola masyarakat, sumber daya manusia, pengelola sumber daya alam dan peningkatkan daya saing melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna. Abstract

The Blessing Waste Bank Program in Kepuhkemiri Village aims not only to protect the environment, but also to reduce the amount of waste in the area. In addition, the waste bank program is believed to be able to support the community's economy by exchanging waste for rupiah. This study aims to provide insight into how the Blessing Waste Bank program operates every year. The use of a qualitative approach to research methods. Methods of collecting data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. It collects two types of data, primary data and secondary data. Researchers used data analysis methods Sugiyono (2010): data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and reasoning. From the results of this study, the Blessing Waste Bank program has been running according to predetermined indicators. Highlights: The Blessing Waste Bank Program in Kepuhkemiri Village aims to protect the environment and reduce waste while supporting the local economy. This study utilizes a qualitative research approach and collects data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results indicate that the Blessing Waste Bank program operates successfully based on predetermined indicators, highlighting its effectiveness in waste management and community engagement. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze Community Empowerment from the ability to buy small commodities in Kedensari Village, Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. This study used descriptive qualitative methods. The data were obtained through observation, documentation, and interviews with the head of Kedensari Village, Kedensari Village Secretary and with Micro,Small And Medium Enterprises actors. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the ability to buy small commodities Kedensari Village community was able to buy their daily needs and could help them to support their families. However, there are obstacles, namely that the village government has not been optimal in conducting socialization to the community about the implementation of economic empowerment due to the limited ability of the village government apparatus in conveying information clearly. As well as community involvement and awareness to participate in training organized by the village government in collaboration with local youth organizations is also still lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Bureaucracy in Development in Banjarasri Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants used a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Bureaucracy in Development in Banjarasri Village, Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency was not optimal. The village government performs its duties by involving the community in decision making, so that all planned plans can receive support from the village community

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency as well as analyze and describe the implementers in advocating acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach, data collected through observation, interviews and documentation, while the data sources are primary and secondary data. Informants determined by purposive sampling, the informants include the Head of Gender Mainstreaming Institutionalization (PUG) and Women's Protection, Facilitators and Staff (Data), data analysis derived from Miles and Huberman data, namely through data collection, data, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the implementers in advocating for assistance to acts of violence against women in Pasuruan Regency should be the KBPP Office, and PPT-PPA which consists of various OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations) as providing support and assistance to victims.

Abstract

Posyandu activities are real activities that involve community participation in health service efforts from the community, which are carried out by health cadres who have received education and training from puskesmas regarding basic health services. The role of cadres is important for the operation of Posyandu in the regions. One form of community-based health effort that is managed and implemented from, by, for and with the community in the rimplementation of health development, in order to empower the community and provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services, especially to accelerate the reduction of maternal and infant mortality. Efforts to develop the quality of human resources by optimizing the potential for growth and development of children can be carried out evenly, if a community-based health service system such as Posyandu can be implemented effectively and efficiently to be able to reach all targets who want services for child growth and development, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, and postpartum. The method used is descriptive qualitative data obtained through observation, documentation, interviews and using sources from books, journals, and policy documents. The results of this study indicate that the role of posyandu cadres in Tambak Rejo Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency has been running effectively. It can be seen from their active role in routinely socializing the posyandu program, and their participatory role in assisting people who experience health problems by providing good services, and the passive role of posyandu cadres, namely socialization without an invitation for the community to join the posyandu program in Tambak Rejo Village. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and prove women's leadership in decision making in the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is correlational quantitative. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Determination of the number of samples using the Tarro Yamane formula with a total of 166 respondents. The results of this study prove that there is an influence of women's leadership on decision making either partially or simultaneously in the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. Women's leadership which includes idealized influence (X1), inspirational motivation (X2). Intellectual stimulation (X3), and individualized consideration (X4) have a simultaneous effect on decision making (Y) at the Food and Agriculture Office of Sidoarjo Regency. In addition, the idealized influence variable (X1) partially has a significant effect on decision making (Y). Inspirational motivation (X2) has no significant effect on decision making (Y). Intellectual stimulation (X3) has a significant effect on decision making (Y). And the individualized consideration variable (X4) has a partial effect on decision making (Y).

Abstract

The aims of this research were to describe the role of Social and Labor Department in empowering homeless children in Sidoarjo Subdistrict and to know the type of the empowering that has been done by Social and Labor Department in reducing the number of homeless children. The research method in this study used qualitative with descriptive approach. Based on research result, it is known Social and Labor Department Sidoarjo Regency has big role in empowering homeless children in Sidoarjo Subdistrict. However, there were causing factors that increased the number of homeless children. It was attitude of homeless children which is free life and they were difficult to be handled. Consequently, Social and Labor Department Sidoarjo Regency has strategy to handle homeless children that is by giving religion and moral guidance; increasing the training, developing and creativity of homeless children; developing for parents and health; and also cooperating with involved SKPD such as P2TP2A, BPMPKB, Bappeda, Education Department. This strategy was done in attempt of giving provisions to homeless children so that they will be able to interact better in society which appropriate with courtesy norm, this condition is the opposite with their condition before the developing and training is done.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the government's role on the public service providers in implementing One Day Service Program (ODS) in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency, Sidoarjo Regency and determine its supporting and inhibiting factors program. The method used descriptive qualitative. The data collected from Licensing Services Integrated Agency, Sidoarjo Regency. The informants in this research are Head of Licensing Services Integrated Agency Sidoarjo Regency, head of business license sector, Customer Service (CS), and the customer. The results showed that the effectiveness of One Day Service (ODS) implementation in the scope of district by Licensing Services Integrated Agency, Sidoarjo Regency run effectively and accordance with six (6) service standards set by the government. It was procedures, the time of completion, cost of service, product service, and facilities. Some of supporting factors in the effectiveness of its program included employees of Licensing Services Integrated Agency, Sidoarjo Regency which has considerable experience and have the ability / expertise; the availability of complete facilities included computer / laptop, printer, desk, chair, internet, and other facilities. While, some of inhibiting factors effectiveness of its program included lack of socialization time, lack of awareness of officials at the district level, and lack of an active role of village officials.
