Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public satisfaction with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis obtained an average of 77.7 and when referring to the category of community satisfaction, the value is included in the satisfied category. In this regard, the general public is satisfied with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. On the day of May 2022 President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) decided to relax the policy on the use of masks outdoors. One of the most important things to reach this stage is the understanding of the community regarding healthy living behavior which is the responsibility of each individual. Easing was also carried out taking into account the development of the Covid-19 situation in the world. If you look at the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia and globally, the Indonesian people already have resistance to new variants. Several people admitted that they were happy with the policy of loosening the use of masks in open spaces because they were considered easier to breathe, carry out activities and not feel stuffy.

Abstract

Government to Government (G2G) is a two-way delivery of information from the government and the government. One form of G2G in the village environment is through the SISKEUDES application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Government to Government through the Siskeudes application using four indicators, namely adaptability, target achievement, job satisfaction and responsibility. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model. The data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely interviews with informants and secondary data sources with photographs or documentation or documents obtained while in the field. The informants for this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary and SISKEUDES application operational apparatus (key informants). The research results show that the use and operation of the SISKEUDES application has been running according to the targets and responsibilities assigned. But in terms of human resources is still minimal. In addition, job satisfaction is still not felt due to the difference in honorarium received with existing regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze health literacy in village posyandu cadres in preventing stunting prevalence in Kalisogo Tambak Village. This research uses descriptive statistical methods with quantitative and qualitative approaches obtained and then used as analysis material. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Likert scale measurement with the help of SPSS program version 26. The results of this study explain the analysis of 4 (four) aspects of health literacy which is elaborated with the prevention of stunting prevalence of village posyandu cadres which can be used as a reference to improve the ability of posyandu cadres in handling public health. Aspects according to Sorensen et.al. These include: 1) Access, 2) Understand, 3) Appraise and 4) Apply. Of the four indicators, the results of the health literacy index research on posyandu cadres in preventing stunting prevalence are the highest indicator in the dimension of accessing various health-related information obtained from several reliable sources with a value of 68%. Then, the lowest score is on the indicator assessing various health-related information with a value of 55%. These results show that the health literacy ability of posyandu cadres in preventing stunting prevalence in Kalisogo Tambak Village is quite good, but in the aspect of assessing various health-related information, especially in stunting prevention, it needs to be improved again considering that stunting greatly affects the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Quality public services are one of the benchmarks for the success of government implementation. One of the public services which is a basic service for the community is population administration services. To ensure the implementation of improvements in the quality of population administration services efficiently and effectively, orderly population administration and increasing the scope of ownership of population documents as well as improving service performance, the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service has carried out various innovations in services. The method used in this article is through literature study by exploring various sources including journals, books, official documents, digital data and official news limited by the author from 2018 to 2024. Transformation of population administration services carried out by the Population and Registration Service Sidoarjo Regency's civil services include the Peduli Dilan program in 2019, Plavon (Online Service) Dukcapil in 2021, and Integrated Ball Pick-up in 2022. The transformation of population administration services carried out by the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service is able to create effective and effective services. Efficient and increasing ownership of population administration documents for the people of Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

Pengembangan BUMDesa merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan pemerintah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa serta meningkatan perolehan Pendapatan Asli Desa termasuk juga bagi desa lemujut. Desa lemujut mempunyai BUMDesa yang sudah beroperasi dengan beberapa unit usaha yang ada diantaranya Unit usaha sewa menyewa kios, PAMSIMAS, Bank desa dan Pengelolaan TPS, dimana kendala yang dihadapi adalah  adanya belum adanya legalitas hukum dari BUMDesa lemujut. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu legalitas BUMDesa Lemujut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan metode empiris dengan pendekatan wawancara. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya penataan dan penyesuaian AD/ART, Perdes tentang BUMDesa dan tata lembaga BUMDesa sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan. Setelah dilakukannya penataan dan penyesuaian AD/ART, Perdes sesuai ketentuan hukum, selanjutnya dilakukan pendaftaran legalitas BUMDesa melalui system informasi desa kementerian desa dan terakhir adalah terbitnya legalitas badan hukum BUMDesa Lemujut yang dikeluarkan oleh kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Abstract Legal status of BUMDesa: Assisting BUMDesa Lemujud in Fulfilling Good Corporate Governance The development of the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) is one of the government's strategies to enhance and boost the rural community's economy, including in Lemujut village. Lemujut village has an operational BUMDesa comprising various business units such as rental kiosks, PAMSIMAS, a village bank, and waste management. However, a significant challenge faced is the lack of legal status for the BUMDesa in Lemujut. The objective of this service is to assist in obtaining legal recognition for BUMDesa Lemujut. This research employs a juridical-normative method using a statutory approach and an empirical method involving interviews. The research findings involve the restructuring and adaptation of the Articles of Association and Village Regulations concerning BUMDesa, aligning them with legal provisions. Once the restructuring and alignment of regulations comply with legal requirements, the next steps involve registering the BUMDesa's legality through the Ministry of Village's information system. Finally, the issuance of legal recognition as a corporate entity for BUMDesa Lemujut is expected from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Management of Village Funds in the Implementation of Infrastructure Development in Tropodo Knan Village This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data sources obtained and interview data, observation, and documentation. The technique used in determining informants, in this study is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the management of village funds in infrastructure development in Tropodo Village starting from the development planning stage has been carried out in accordance with procedures and the community participates in participating in the Musrenbangdes At the development implementation stage, it has been well realized, except for the construction of the Paud building, At the administration stage it has been done well by using the Siskeudes application, but there is still a delay when the treasurer submits the report to the secretary At the reporting stage. Tropodo Village has conducted semi-annual reports to the Regent through the sub-district At the accountability stage, it has been carried out at the end of each fiscal year by submitting a realization report to the Regent through the sub-district and to the village community. Tujuan dan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengelolaan Dana Desa dalam Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Infrastruktur di Desa Tropodo Krian Penelitian ini menggunakan metode, kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data yang diperoleh dan data wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam menentukan informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan dana desa dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Desa Tropodo mulai dari tahap perencanaan pembangunan sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur dan masyarakat ikut berpartisipasi dalam mengikuti Musrenbangdes Pada tahap pelaksanaan pembangunan sudah terealisasi dengan baik, kecuali pada saat pembangunan gedung Paud, Pada tahap penatausahaan sudah dilakukan dengan baik dengan menggunakan aplikası Siskeudes, namun masih terdapat keterlambatan pada saat bendahara menyerahkan laporan kepada sekretaris Pada tahap pelaporan, Desa Tropodo telah melakukan laporan semesteran kepada Bupati melalui kecamatan Pada tahap pertanggungjawaban, telah dilakukan setiap akhir tahun anggaran dengan menyampaikan laporan realisasi kepada bupati melalui kecamatan serta kepada masyarakat desa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Posyandu Elderly cadres in improving the quality of life of the elderly in Jambangan Village, with a focus on education, information dissemination, assistance, and health monitoring. This research is important because the quality of life of the elderly is greatly influenced by the health services they receive. Good support from Posyandu cadres can help the elderly maintain their health and well-being, and overcome barriers to health services in the community. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, conclusion/verification, and data presentation. The results showed that the role of cadres in education had gone well, but the face-to-face lecture method tended to be monotonous and less interesting, so that some elderly people had difficulty understanding the material. Information dissemination also faces challenges in reaching all elderly people, and sometimes there is miscommunication between cadres and midwives. In health assistance, the limited number of cadres has an impact on suboptimal data recording. Meanwhile, health monitoring has been done well through home visits, but the manual reporting system and lack of technology utilization hamper efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi Dana Desa dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat di Desa Ketapang, Kecamatan Tanggulangin, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan teori implementasi George Edward III, yang berfokus pada komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil temuan menunjukkan komunikasi berjalan efektif melalui musyawarah desa, meskipun pemanfaatan media sosial kurang optimal. Kendala utama terlihat dari terbatasnya kualitas maupun kuantitas sumber daya manusia, sementara struktur birokrasi cukup mendukung meskipun tanpa dokumen SOP yang jelas. Disposisi pelaksana kebijakan menunjukkan komitmen kuat dalam menjalankan program. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi berjalan baik tetapi memerlukan penguatan kapasitas SDM, optimalisasi teknologi informasi, dan penyusunan SOP untuk keberlanjutan program. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas implementasi Dana Desa di Desa Ketapang, diperlukan beberapa langkah strategis yang saling terkait. Seperti penguatan kapasitas SDM, optimalisasi teknologi informasi, dan penyusunan SOP yang jelas untuk pengelolaan Dana Desa.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Village Financial System (SISKEUDES) within the framework of a Government-to-Government (G2G) development model in Dukuhsari Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted through observation and interviews, utilizing primary and secondary data. The findings of the study reveal several key points. First, the implementation of SISKEUDES faces challenges, particularly due to inadequate internet infrastructure in Dukuhsari Village, which has not kept pace with technological advancements. Additionally, the technical guidance (Bimtek) provided by the Sidoarjo Regency Government through the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) is considered substandard, making it difficult for operators to understand how to use the application. Second, despite these challenges, the implementation of SISKEUDES has met its targets, with village financial reporting fully conducted electronically. Third, the village government is satisfied with SISKEUDES, emphasizing its role in optimizing transparency, accountability, and efficiency in village financial management. Fourth, the system’s input and output processes are functioning effectively, ensuring that all financial management data is properly recorded and integrated within SISKEUDES. Fifth, the overall achievement demonstrates that SISKEUDES has fulfilled its primary objectives, facilitating financial reporting and improving the quality of village financial governance, with transparency accessible to the public through information media and the village websiteTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan efektivitas Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) dalam kerangka model pengembangan Government-to-Government (G2G) di Desa Dukuhsari, Kecamatan Jabon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini berbasis kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa poin penting. Pertama, implementasi SISKEUDES menghadapi kendala, terutama pada infrastruktur jaringan internet di Desa Dukuhsari yang belum mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Selain itu, bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo melalui Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) dinilai kurang memadai sehingga menyulitkan operator dalam memahami cara penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Kedua, meskipun menghadapi kendala, pelaksanaan SISKEUDES telah mencapai target, di mana pelaporan keuangan desa sepenuhnya dilakukan secara elektronik. Ketiga, pemerintah desa merasa puas dengan penggunaan SISKEUDES karena aplikasi ini berhasil mengoptimalkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Keempat, proses input dan output dalam sistem berjalan dengan baik, memastikan seluruh data pengelolaan keuangan desa tercatat dan terintegrasi dengan benar di dalam SISKEUDES. Kelima, pencapaian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini telah memenuhi tujuan utamanya, yaitu mempermudah pelaporan dan meningkatkan kualitas tata kelola keuangan desa dengan transparansi yang dapat diakses masyarakat melalui media informasi dan situs web desa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of community satisfaction in the Population and Civil Registration Service at the Public Service Mall, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique using the population is calculated using the Slovin formula. Research sample of 100 respondents consisting of service users. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. In this study, using 9 elements of community satisfaction survey indicators and data analysis techniques. The results showed that the level of service user satisfaction showed good performance. The achievement value this time is 3.39 with the achievement of all elements of service quality. There are two elements that are still below the average, namely requirements with an element value of 3.27, and facilities and infrastructure with an element value of 3.26. Services that get less value are a top priority consideration to improve service quality
