Abstract

e-Filing is a tax reporting novelty that can be accessed more quickly with the internet network. But in reality e-Filing itself is still not widely spread. This is due to the lack of widespread socialization from the KPP Pratama. This study aims to find out and understand the novelty of tax reporting through e-Filing at the Pratama Tax Service Office of South Sidoarjo. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the novelty of Tax Reporting Services through e-Filing at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Selatan in terms of innovation characteristics, namely having features and elements of novelty where with e-filing taxpayers can save time and costs, because e-filing can be accessed anytime and anywhere with internet facilities. The novelty of tax reporting through e-filing does not only benefit one party, but both parties, namely the taxpayer and also the South Sidoarjo KPP Pratama which can save storage space and paper.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the supporting and inhibiting factors in the partnership pattern of the Pari temple tourism object. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the technique of determining the informants using purposive sampling. In this study, the informants were the head of the Destinations and Tourism Marketing division, as well as employees of the tourism sector. The location of this research was conducted in Candi Pari Village, Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. The data collection techniques were interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies. Data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the supporting and inhibiting factors in the development of the Pari temple tourism object are land acquisition and participation for the supporting factor, while the inhibiting factors for the Institutional, Outside and Resident Partnership Pattern to Increase Pari Temple tourism are, among others, limited land and location conditions.

Abstract

Performance appraisal plays an important role for organizations because it allows organizations to know, measure and assess employee performance. The results of the performance appraisal help the organization to make decisions in the management of the organization's human resources. Performance appraisal is very influential on the effectiveness of the employee's work. Performance appraisal is seen as an assessment of the performance or work ability shown by employees in carrying out their duties and functions in accordance with work targets. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the e-performance system in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency.This study uses the theory of effectiveness. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method with purposive sampling informant determination technique, namely the user of the e-performance system of employees in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation. As well as data analysis techniques, namely data collection (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), data presentation (data display) and drawing conclusionsThe results of this study indicate that the e-performance system in Sidokumpul Village, Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency is still not effective. This is because there are several inhibiting factors, such as Sidokumpul sub-district employees who do not understand optimally about the operationalization of e-performance infrastructure, causing them to be less effective in reporting their duties. In addition, the operation of the e-performance system itself still has many obstacles, such as the internet network and the level of security that is not perfect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the Socialization of the Hellowork Program at the Pasuruan Regency Manpower Service. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation with selected informants using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study on the Socialization of the Hellowork Program at the Manpower Office of Pasuruan Regency showed that the socialization of the program carried out by the Pasuruan Regency Manpower Office was good because it was carried out in various ways, but it was felt that it was not effective because there were still many Pasuruan residents who did not know about Hellowork. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, socialization has rarely been carried out because the budget has been refocused on Covid-19 aid funds.

Abstract

The village head of Plabuhanrejo carried out a program that focused on village development, such as the construction of retaining walls and road rebates. However, the village head was still unable to mobilize village youth to participate in the deliberation held in Plabuhanrejo Village. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the leadership style of the Village Head in the implementation of infrastructure development in Plabuhanrejo Village. The research method used descriptive qualitative with interview, observation and documentation data collection techniques. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study, the village head's decision-making ability has a role in determining a decision. In communication skills, the village head does not yet have good communication with the youth in Plabuhanrejo Village. while the ability to control subordinates, the village head provides sanctions for subordinates who are not disciplined at work.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Technological advancements are growing which make the government have to issue policies, due to the large number of road users who create congestion at every intersection in Sidoarjo, the implementation of the Area Traffic Control System (ATCS) program to optimize the implementation of traffic management control systems, in order to create control over traffic violators. traffic and minimize congestion at crossroads. This study aims to determine and analyze resources as for the following indicators; the human resources of the existing officers do their duties and functions well, the budgetary resources are adjusted to local revenues, the equipment resources provide the maximum possible service if there is damage it will be immediately repaired, the authority resources are related to the traffic transportation sector on the road, such as development, development, monitoring, control, and evaluation of communication systems.

Abstract

The availability of adequate resources, regulations, budget funds, facilities and infrastructure is an important component in the implementation of e-government. The government is required to provide quality services to the community to create goals in improving the welfare of the community. One effort to improve government performance is through smart city. One of the applications of smart city in the government is realized by E-Kinerja conducted by the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency. In its application there are still problems including the lack of ability of human resources (HR) apparatus caused by age, low desire to learn technology, and low levels of education. The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the Implementation of Smart Governance through E-Kinerja in the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Civil Service Agency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the supporting factors in the implementation of E-Kinerja in the Sidoarjo Regency Personnel Agency, (1) telecommunications infrastructure, are adequate because they are equipped with e-performance applications that can be accessed via private mobile phones of each civil servant. (2) the availability of funds and budget for the implementation of e-performance applications funded by the Sidoarjo Regency Regional Budget. Abstract

Tourism is a variety of tourism activities that are supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, entrepreneurs, government and local governments. One of the tourism objects in Pasuruan Regency managed by Perhutani is Putuk Truno Waterfall. Putuk Truno Waterfall is one of the Perhutani areas under the Ecotourism Independent Business Unit division. This study aims to understand the role of the facilitator of the Perum Perhutani Independent Business Unit in the Tourism Development of Putuk Truno Prigen Pasuruan. This research method uses descriptive qualitative method. Qualitative data analysis techniques were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research on the role of the Perum Perhutani Independent Business Unit Facilitator in the Tourism Development of Putuk Truno Prigen Pasuruan Waterfall is to carry out the role as a facilitator by providing physical and non-physical facilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of public satisfaction with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative analysis. The results of the analysis obtained an average of 77.7 and when referring to the category of community satisfaction, the value is included in the satisfied category. In this regard, the general public is satisfied with the government's policy of revoking the rules for using masks in public places. On the day of May 2022 President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) decided to relax the policy on the use of masks outdoors. One of the most important things to reach this stage is the understanding of the community regarding healthy living behavior which is the responsibility of each individual. Easing was also carried out taking into account the development of the Covid-19 situation in the world. If you look at the development of Covid-19 in Indonesia and globally, the Indonesian people already have resistance to new variants. Several people admitted that they were happy with the policy of loosening the use of masks in open spaces because they were considered easier to breathe, carry out activities and not feel stuffy.

Abstract

Government to Government (G2G) is a two-way delivery of information from the government and the government. One form of G2G in the village environment is through the SISKEUDES application. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of Government to Government through the Siskeudes application using four indicators, namely adaptability, target achievement, job satisfaction and responsibility. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman model. The data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely interviews with informants and secondary data sources with photographs or documentation or documents obtained while in the field. The informants for this study were the Village Head, Village Secretary and SISKEUDES application operational apparatus (key informants). The research results show that the use and operation of the SISKEUDES application has been running according to the targets and responsibilities assigned. But in terms of human resources is still minimal. In addition, job satisfaction is still not felt due to the difference in honorarium received with existing regulations.
