Abstract

Ikonos imagery is a satellite image that has high spatial resolution with an accuracy of one meter pixels for panchromatic and four meters to multispektral. Ikonos imagery is often used to map the process, view, measure and memoniotring areas of work/activities on the Earth. Ikonos image of Government also often use it for things like national security evaluation against the occurrence of the disaster, city planning, mineral exploration and mine planning monitoring of agriculture, and others. Image digital imaging results over long distances using satellite is often there are disturbances in the form of light distortion, noise or other distractions that cause the object on the image less obvious or obscure. This discussion on the research being done is knowing the process of detection on image by calculating the difference between two dots are bertetanggan, and is in the process of smoothing and thresholding on image ikonos. The methods used in this research is a method of Marr-Hilderth. In addition, a process that is done on this research is conducting a testing method against Marr-Hilderth, which can be implemented to fix the blurry objects on images ikonos. The results of this research is to generate image ikonos with display clear object with the menerapakan method of the Marr-Hilderth and tested using the matlab application version 7.8 (r2009a).Keywords: Ikonos image, image processing, method of Marr-Hilderth, Matlab 7.8

Abstract

Assignment of workers is something that is needed by the company. But in reality the company is difficult to place its employees in each allocation. However, with the development of existing technology, this can be minimized by calculating the cost of each work and each allocation by utilizing existing data and extraction to produce new knowledge. The application of operational research techniques using the Hungarian method and tested using a system or application as a decision tree to assign some decent workers to be placed on jobs within the company. Therefore the author took the initiative to make a thesis entitled "Application of the Hungarian Method in Assigning Ciptaland Development Workers". The assignment process can show every worker by the company. So that Ciptaland Development can be a reference in making decisions in assigning and allocating workers. In this study, an Assignment model was made to determine the allocation of workers who were fit to be placed. This method is quite efficient in the allocation of workers. In applying this hungarian method can provide solutions or considerations for companies in making decisions

Abstract

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a mental condition where a person experiences panic attacks that are triggered by past experience trauma. Having a traumatic event is a hard thing for anyone. Health services to the community are needed to support a healthy lifestyle. Limitations of health services in the community that are inadequate have a lot of negative impacts on some people who suffer from an illness, especially mental disorders caused by several events. This limitation will become an obstacle due to lack of health infrastructure in terms of consultation of the disease so that sufferers do not know the symptoms such as what they have experienced and how far the disease has been identified, so it is very much needed a solution and alternative in handling the problem of limited health services. By building a system that can help people with the disease, is expected to provide solutions for people with disease to take an action or consultation with an expert based on the system.

Abstract

Lahirnya teknologi informasi komputer dan fasilitas pendukung seprti layanan internet saat ini membuat perkembangan yang sangat luas. Segala informasi-informasi dapat didapatkan begitu cepat membuat jarak dan waktu tidak menjadi masalah. Namaun disamping itu masih jarang ditemukan aplikasi yang dapat mempermudah proses tranlasi suatu kata kedalam bahasa Mandailing-Indonesia. Aplikasi ini dirasa perlu karna banyaknya masyarakat yang belum mengetahui sebagian dari arti bahasa Mandailing itu sendiri. Proses tranlasi kata ini dilakukan hanya dalam bentuk kata dimana kata yang akan dicari akan muncul beserta arti kata tersebut. Pencarian kata meneraapkan prinsip good sufix(dimana karakter yang dicari sejajar dengan karakter yang menyerupainya) serta prinsip bad character(dimana jika tidak memiliki kemiripan langsung dibuang). Dalam skripsi ini akan dibahas tentang cara menciptakan Aplikasi Penerjemahan Bahasa Mandailing-Indonesia yang bermamfaat sebagai pembelajaran bagi masyarakat mandailing Natal itu sendiri, serta untuk mepermudah pengguna dalam proses translasi suatu kata dengan memamfaatkan algoritma knuth morris pratt. Algoritma knuth morris pratt merupakan pencocokan string yang dianggap lebih mudah pada aplikasi ini, dan dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.

Abstract

The aim of the Best Midwife is to find a midwife who is truly responsible for serving patients in a hospital or carrying out their duties in accordance with the legislation. The selection of the best midwife has a problem, namely the best bida selection system that is still manual as long as it is selected in the collection file to apply as a midwife in a hospital. So that the chosen midwife is not in accordance with what is expected, both in terms of ability, responsibility or others. To overcome this, a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method (Multi Object Optimization On The Base Of Ratio Analysis) that can help General Ridos Hospital in the selection of the Best Midwives.

Abstract

The need for schools for applications for selecting student exemplars is something to consider. To meet these needs, a research will be conducted that will build an application and can provide an output recommendation for student election/example. The selection requires several criteria such as Report score, Attendance, Task value, and Achievement. The method used in building the decision support system of student selection is the Multi-Objective Optimization Method On The Basic Of Ratio Analyzer (MOORA). The final result obtained from this research is the application that can help the process of selecting the student / model because this application gives the output of student ranking recommendation from the biggest alternative value to the smallest through MOORA method. The application of decision support system of student elective/exemplar has been in accordance with the specification of functional requirement expected

Abstract

A decision support system is generally defined as a system capable of producing solutions and handling problems. Decision support systems are not intended to replace the role of decision makers, but to assist and support decision makers. Medan City is a big growing city, so it's no wonder there are so many shipping service partners that offer delivery services for the public. Where most of the shipping partners reach not only in Medan but also nationally and even internationally. Raya Utama travel is a travel agent that does not only serve flight and tour ticket sales. But it also serves passports and visas in various parts of the world, therefore every day it is necessary to send files for making these visas.

Abstract

The problem in the process of determining candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds for students faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School still has several problems such as the existence of subjectivity that tends to assess candidates for receiving school operational assistance funds that still lead to personal opinions so that the assessment process takes a long time. quite long and not right on target because it is done manually so that the decision-assessment process becomes slow and this is certainly not very good because it affects the smooth operation of the Sinar Harapan Vocational School. As for the solution to overcome the problems faced by the Sinar Harapan Vocational School, a decision support system is needed to select candidates for receiving BOS funds. When choosing a method, it is necessary to use the additive ratio assessment (ARAS) method. The system will obtain a ranking decision based on each alternative choice based on a number of predetermined criteria. The alternative with the most weights is the recommended alternative. This research produces a decision support system application program. Designed using a Website-based application that will be used with a multi-user concept, which is designed only for user convenience, through this decision support system application, it is expected to facilitate the process of determining prospective BOS Fund recipients, it is expected to get the best results from the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. . And a trial was conducted by entering a sample of 10 BOS fund recipients to determine the recipient of BOS funds. Based on the ranking of 10 candidates who are entitled to receive 2 people with a dbwah value of 0.5, namely: alternative 10 (Abdi Sutoyo) with a value of 0.3765 and alternative 9 (Ade Juanda) with a value of 0.4058
