Abstract

The problem in the process of determining Jamkesmas candidates faced by the Pantai Labu Health Center still has several problems, such as the existence of subjectivity that tends to assess the Jamkesmas candidates still leads to personal opinions so that the assessment process takes quite a long time because it is done manually, resulting in the decision-assessment process. becomes slow and this is certainly not very good because it affects the smooth operation of the Pantai Labu Health Center. Therefore, to overcome the problems faced by the Pantai Labu health center, a decision support system is needed to select Jamkesmas candidates. When choosing a method, it is necessary to use the additive ratio assessment method (ARAS). The system will obtain a ranking decision based on each alternative choice based on a number of predetermined criteria. The alternative with the most weights is the recommended alternative. To realize the decision support system, a decision support system application program is designed. Designed using a website-based application that will be used with a multi-user concept, which is designed only for user convenience, through this decision support system application, it is expected to facilitate the process of determining Jamkesmas candidates, it is expected to get the best results from the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. With the ARAS method, it is hoped that this research can provide assistance to the company in determining Jamkesmas candidates. As for the results of the Decision Support System in the process of determining the Jamkesmas candidate is Alternative A3 with a value of 1.0000 in the name of "Fajar Anugerah".

Abstract

Value transcripts often occur when very important data is still done manually because it still has weaknesses, so the value transcripts are easily copied and printed by irresponsible parties, resulting in the application of incorrect values or transcripts or value transcripts whose contents have been engineered. If users do not use a good security system, they will be exposed to security attacks by using the wrong encryption.One of the solutions to the above problems is to encode the transcript data so that its confidentiality can be protected. One of the algorithms that can be applied is the Q-cipher algorithm. By applying the Q-chiper algorithm, the transcript data can be protected from irresponsible parties and can run well and the transcript data can only be accessed by users who have access rights to process the value transcript data.

Abstract

Social assistance is generally part of government programs to support minimum sources of income for poor families. To avoid the uneven distribution of social assistance funds provided, it should be noted that the grouping of data on the population of recipients of social assistance funds aims to make the distribution of social assistance funds right on target to people in need and also so that the distribution of social fund assistance is not misused by parties or individuals who are not responsible for the distribution process. Therefore, a technique or method is needed that can be used to help speed up the process of grouping recipients of social assistance funds and get accurate results so that the funds distributed are not misdirected and the technique is commonly referred to as data mining. The K-Medoids algorithm is one of the algorithms that can be used in data mining for clustering or grouping based on certain criteria. For this reason, it is very suitable to use the K-Medoids algorithm for grouping the economic level of the community, where data from each occupation of Medan Sinembah village is used as a criterion.

Abstract

Image file sizes are sometimes relatively large where the better the resulting image quality, the larger the pixel size needed to record the image. With a very large image file size, when carrying out the transfer process it fails because the storage space exceeds the limit. The solution to this problem is how the image file can be compressed in order to speed up the transfer and storage of image files. Compression of image files is done by reducing the size of the image file by reducing the bits in the image file, but not eliminating the information data in it. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this study, the algorithm used is the Elias Omega Code, using this method, the compression results of the values have different results for each value, and the compression results will be beneficial in sending, and moving image files will be easier.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of video documents as one of the media to convey information is very widely used today. Where is evident in some social networking applications contain a lot of content about information in the form of videos. Paying attention to the security side of the video aims to ensure that the information contained in the video cannot be accessed by people who are not interested. Besides, the security side that must be ensured is maintaining the authentication of data to avoid manipulation actions carried out by people who are not responsible. One of the video security techniques that can ensure the authenticity or authenticity of a video is cryptographic techniques. One cryptographic algorithm that can ensure the authentication of the video is the message digest 5 algorithm. The results obtained from the application of message digest 5 are hash codes that can be used as the values of meters to express the authenticity of the video metadata identity. Keyword: Authentication, Cryptography, Message Digest 5 Algorithm, Video Abstrak Pemanfaatan dokumen video sebagai salah satu media untuk menyampaikan informasi sangat banyak digunakan saat ini. Dimana terbukti dibeberapa aplikasi jejaringan sosial banyak memuat konten tentang informasi dalam bentuk video. Memperhatikan sisi keamanan dari video bertujuan untuk memastikan informasi yang ada pada video tidak dapat diakses oleh orang yang tidak berkepentingan. Selain itu juga sisi keamanan yang harus dipastikan adalah menjaga otentikasi dari sebuah data untuk menghindari tindakan-tindakan manipulasi yang dilakukan oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Salah satu teknik keamanan video yang dapat memastikan otentikasi atau keaslian dari sebuah video adalah teknik kriptografi. Salah satu algoritma kriptgrafi yang mampu memastikan otentikasi dari pada video adalah algoritma message digest 5. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penerapan message digest 5 adalah kode hash yang dapat dijadikan sebagai nilai para meter untuk menyatakan keaslian dari identitas meta data file video. Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang pesat, kemampuan untuk memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam pemasaran menjadi sangat penting bagi kelangsungan dan pertumbuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pelatihan bertajuk "Pelatihan Digital Marketing Untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM)" ini diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk membekali siswa-siswi SMK Swasta Parulian 2 Medan dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar digital marketing yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis di masa depan. Acara ini akan dilaksanakan di SMK Swasta Parulian 2 Medan pada hari Jumat, 26 Juli 2024. Para peserta akan diperkenalkan pada berbagai konsep dan strategi pemasaran digital, termasuk penggunaan media sosial, optimisasi mesin pencari (SEO), serta teknik periklanan online yang efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga akan menghadirkan narasumber yang berpengalaman di bidang digital marketing, yang akan berbagi tips dan pengalaman praktis dalam memanfaatkan platform digital untuk mencapai target audiens yang lebih luas. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan para siswa-siswi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam dunia digital, sehingga mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan pasar dan mempersiapkan diri untuk tantangan bisnis di masa mendatang. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, kami berharap dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan daya saing generasi muda di Indonesia, serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan nasional melalui inovasi dan adopsi teknologi digital.

Abstract

Introduction: The high-power consumption of computing devices poses both economic and environmental challenges in the digital era. This study aims to optimize power usage using machine learning to maintain device performance while reducing energy costs and carbon emissions. Methods: The Random Forest algorithm was selected for its robustness in handling non-linear interactions among features. A dataset containing historical power consumption, workload metrics, environmental conditions, and hardware configurations was collected from sensors and logs. Data pre-processing included cleaning, normalization, and feature selection. The model was trained and evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, MAE, and RMSE metrics. Hyperparameter tuning via grid search, random search, and Bayesian optimization was applied to enhance model performance. The model was deployed on real devices to test energy optimization under varied workloads. Results: The Random Forest model achieved 92% accuracy and an RMSE of 0.15. Tuning reduced RMSE by 10% and improved F1-score from 0.875 to 0.905. Implementation on computing devices led to average power savings of 15–20% across workload scenarios without notable performance degradation (<5%). The model also projected annual carbon emission reductions of up to 5 tons of CO₂ and operational savings of $50,000 when scaled to 1,000 servers. Conclusions: Machine learning, particularly Random Forest, proves effective in optimizing power consumption on computing devices. The proposed approach not only ensures computational efficiency but also promotes environmental sustainability. These findings support further exploration of ML-based solutions for green technology initiatives in IT infrastructure.

Each team leader is an example and role model by other employees, the selection of a team leader is done to give rewards to employees who have been serious about their company and this will be a motivation for other employees to be able to achieve company goals together, the process of selecting a team leader that is This is done by many companies, the selection is often carried out by appointing employees randomly and based on personal proximity, this makes many other employees experience injustice in a job and this can have a negative impact on the sustainability of the company. Because choosing the wrong person to be a team leader needs to be done the selection and selection of employees to become a team leader uses a system to avoid mistakes in selecting a team leader, a system can find accurate and precise value results based on the logic of a decision-making method. The MOOSRA method, which is a very complex method and has simple stages, is used in consideration of the selection of a team leader so that the results of the research from the calculation of the criteria value are found, a value of 0.585 is found which is the highest value as the first rank that deserves to be chosen as a team leader

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat usability aplikasi Moka, sebuah aplikasi kasir digital terbaik saat ini di indonesia yang banyak digunakan adalah Moka Point Of Sale (POS), dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna melalui serangkaian pertanyaan yang menilai aspek kegunaan, efesien, dan efektivitas aplikasi. Aplikasi Moka adalah platform yang digunakan oleh bisnis untuk mengelola penjualan dan inventaris. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei SUS kepada 50 pengguna aktif aplikasi Moka. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner SUS, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk menghasilkan skor usability. Skor SUS ini diinterprestasikan berdasarkan standart yang berlaku, yang membagi hasil menjadi beberapa kategori dari “buruk” hingga “sangat baik”. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa aplikasi Moka memiliki skor usability yang tinggi, dengan nilai rata-rata adalah 44,9 yang menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Moka memiliki tingkat usability yang “baik” dan mendekati kategori “sangat baik”. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembang dalam mengindetifikasi area yang memerlukan perbaikan serta menggarisbawahi kekuatan utama aplikasi dalam mendukung operasional bisnis pengguna. Studi ini juga menyarankan beberapa rekomendasi untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut berdasarkan umpan balik dari responden. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi evaluasi aplikasi kasir digital lainnya dalam industri yang sama serta membantu pengembangan produk yang lebih user-friendly.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat desa melalui unit simpan-pinjam. Namun, pada BUMDes N‑5 Aeknabara proses penentuan penerima bantuan pinjaman modal usaha kecil menengah masih dilakukan secara manual tanpa kriteria penilaian terstruktur. Kondisi ini berpotensi menyebabkan kesalahpahaman, penentuan yang tidak tepat sasaran, dan peningkatan risiko tunggakan kredit. Untuk mengatasi kelemahan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan metode Multi‑Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) untuk mengevaluasi alternatif calon penerima berdasarkan kriteria umur, jenis usaha, jumlah pinjaman, dan penghasilan usaha, kemudian mengintegrasikannya dengan metode Borda untuk melakukan agregasi peringkat dan menghasilkan satu keputusan tunggal yang dapat diandalkan. Setelah penerapan sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis MOORA dan Borda, sistem ini berhasil mengolah data kriteria (umur, jenis usaha, jumlah pinjaman, penghasilan usaha) secara otomatis dan menyajikan perankingan calon penerima dalam hitungan detik. Proses penentuan menjadi lebih objektif dan efisien, menggantikan metode manual, sehingga BUMDes N‑5 Aeknabara dapat memilih penerima bantuan modal dengan tepat sasaran dan meminimalkan risiko tunggakan kredit
