Sistem Keamanan dalam E-Commerce merupakan menjadi perhatian yang sangat serius. Karena dengan e-commerce semua transaksi yang dilakukan dengan media transmisi yang mudah di ”bajak” oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak berhak. Kejahatan di dunia maya sangat sering terjadi, mulai dari penipuan, penyalahgunaan kartu kredit sampai dengan penghancuran sistem. Oleh karena itu untuk menjaganya diperlukan suatu strategi dan teknologi yang dapat melindungi paket-paket yang dikirimkan.

In doing service to customers at all branches throughout Indonesia, PT. Astra InternationalDaihatsu to use two-way services such as inbound and outbound. Inbound have a sense of wherethe company contacted customers to promote goods and services and also accepted if there arecomplaints from the customer for its vehicles. As for the outbound sense is customer conductcomplaint or complaints to Customer Care regarding issues facing the vehicle, either viatelephone or directly visit the service center at the nearest dealers The purpose of this paper is toprovide ease of control and the handling of problems customer facing and as for the aims andobjectives include: Fostering customer confidence on after sales service of PT Astra InternationalDaihatsu. The purpose of this study is to: Build a decision support system that can help the relevant agencies to provide recommendations for decision-making and judgment in determining which employees will be promoted later to be given the post. Improving the quality of research, thereby reducing errors in melolosakan prospective employees that are not in accordance with the standards of quality positions at the agency. Profile Matching methods used to solve problems in this study. The results of the calculation Profile Matching stated that the alternative selected and the most appropriate criteria are employee-2 (P2) with the results Profile Matching stated that the alternative selected and the most appropriate criteria are employee-5 (P5) with the results Profile Matching obtained of the questionnaire by the three respondents gave the answer can be calculated and the final result that the employee-5 (P5) of 4.15 compared with employees excel-1 (P1) of 4.06, an employee-4 (P4) with a value of 4.02, employee-3 (P3) of 3.88, and an employee-2 (P2) of 3.85Keywords: Metode Profile Matching, Decision Support System, The increase Position

MRTG terdiri dari suatu script Perl yang mengunakan SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol ) yang berfungsi untuk membaca lalu lintas didalam suatu peralatan Router. Suatu program dalam bahasa C secara cepat mencatat (log) lalu lintas data dan menciptakan grafik yang mewakili lalu lintas pada suatu koneksi jaringan yang dimonitor. Grafik ini ditempelkan ke dalam webpages yang dapat dilihat dari Web-Browser apapun. Dari MRTG ini anda dapat melihat sejauh mana trafik yang berjalan dari suatu komputer pada saat mengakses pada suatu jaringan. Agar bisa berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan saluran komunikasi kabel, dibutuhkan perangkat modem. Modem yaitu perangkat yang berfungsi sebagai modulator dan demodulator atau alat yang berfungsi mengubah sinyal analog menjadi sinyal digital atau sebaliknya
