Abstract

This study purposed to find out the performance of community-based water supply and sanitation (Pamsimas) implementers in Sinjai District. The method of this study used descriptive qualitative with type of phenomenological research. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. Data Sources used primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The validation of the data used source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. The results of this study showed that the Performance  of the Community Based Water Supply and Sanitation  (Pamsimas) Implementersin Sinjai Regency were used as benchmarks namely productivity, service quality, cost and customer satisfaction . There were four factors that had  run optimally and in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of distribution of People's Business Credit (KUR) at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tanah Lemo Unit, Bontobahari District, Kab. Bulukumba and the factors that support and inhibit the Distribution of KUR (People's Business Credit) PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Tanah Lemo Unit, Bontobahari District, Kab. Bulukumba. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of KUR (People's Business Credit) distribution at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The Tanah Lemo Unit of Bonto Bahari Sub-District, Bulukumba Regency with an indicator of achieving goals, integration and adaptation can be concluded that it has a considerable influence on the development of the business of the community, but it cannot be separated from the supporting factors and there are still several factors that hinder the process of implementation.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine, how the Application of Electronic Parking Terminal System Innovations Seen From the Innovation Attributes. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, which was to provide an overview or explanation of the application of the innovative electronic parking terminal system (TPE) in the city of Makassar, with a total of 6 informants. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. While data analysis used data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study showed that PD. Parkir Makassar Raya had implemented the Parking Terminal System (TPE) program in Makassar City but it had not been maximized. This was due to the fact that there were still people who disagree and the lack of socialization counducted regarding the Electronic Parking Terminal System (TPE) to the public.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of the smart auditing program at the Makassar City Inspectorate Office. This study  used  descriptive qualitative, namely an objective description of the state of a program. Thi study used a case study with a total of 6 informants. The results of the study indicated that the Smart Auditing program at the Makassar City Inspectorate Office had run effectively seen from several effectiveness measurement indicators, namely: 1) Program understanding, indicating that the Inspectorate had carried out socialization and provided technical guidance on a regular basis so that the auditors could  know the intent and the purpose of launching Smart Auditing. 2) Right on target, it had been effective because with Smart Auditing, auditors couldn carry out audit activities more quickly and thoroughly. 3) On time, in terms of using time more effectively because the completion of the examination could be faster. 4) The achievement of the objectives had not been fully effective because there were still some obstacles that were felt by the auditors. 5) Real changes, the impact of the existence of Smart Auditing was felt by auditors where previously audits that were carried out manually and required energy and time could be completed without having to be in the object of examination (SKPD)Keywords: Effectiveness, Smart Auditing Program

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study purposed to find out the government's strategy in dealing with Covid-19 at the Makassar City Covid-19 Task Force Secretariat. This study used descriptive qualitative . The data sources in this study were primary data sources and secondary data sources with the number of informants as many as 8 people. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study were 1) the organizational strategy in dealing with Covid-19 in the Makassar city covid-19 handling task force that the vision and mission of the covid-19 handling unit were not  stated. 2) The program strategy in dealing with COVID-19 in the Makassar City Covid-19 handling task force had been carried out to the maximum, seen from the linkage between the program and the tasks assigned. 3) The strategy to support resources in dealing with Covid-19 required a budget called Unexpected Costs (BTT) obtained from the APBD. 4) In the institutional strategy, several strategies were taken by the government in accelerating the handling of Covid-19, namely the first strategy, which was an increase in 3 M, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance. Keywords: Strategy, Government, Covid-19 Response

Abstract

The purpose of this study was knowing preliminary control, concurrent control, and feedback for foreign citizens at the pare-pare class II immigration office. A qualitative kind of research with a data source consists of primary data and secondary data. The informant is made up of six people from the immigration office. Data-collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis is data reduction, data presentation, verification of data and deduction withdrawal..  The results of the study shows that supervision for foreign nationals has been actualized in policy, namely by conducting periodic surveillance of foreign nationals who are already in the working area of Class II Pare-pare immigration authorities and conducting checks on foreign nationals who will enter Indonesian territory more  precisely the working area of Kanim Parepare.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the work culture of the police in serving the community, satisfaction, accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services to the community. This study used qualitative with 5 informants. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the habits of Rappocini police officers in providing excellent service to the community by using local / regional culture and community trust. Every arrangement in the agency  or private prioritized or improved the family system. In improving performance that was appropriate, fast and professional, Rappocini Police Sector Regulations  that provided public services to the community in order to provide maximum service, guided by tri brata and Catur prasetya  and the commission of the police profession code of ethics as the main task of the police to protect, serve and enforce the law, as well as Values in the view of the Makassar Rappocini Police Sector in providing services to the community in accordance with the reality that had not been running optimally. The application of perfomance had not  run well, convoluted service, acts of favoritism or exceptions.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine theeffectiveness of the implementation of the street vendor relocation policy in Makassar City, namely the Central Market. This study used a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validation were data triangulation, techniques and time and then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that  the effectiveness of the PKL relocation policy in the Central Market was slightly disrupted due to the protests of traders who refused to be moved to the New Mall Makassar. The main objective of this  relocation was to restore road functions, the government provided two places for post-relocation traders, namely Block A (New Mall Makassar) and Block B for traders who had not entered the Blok A building. Relocation constraints could be resolved properly and currently JL. KH. Ramli, JL. KH. Wahid Hasyim and JL. HOS Cokroaminoto, which was the target of there location, was cleared of the street vendors who were selling.Keywords: Effectiveness, Relocation, Street Vendors

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the management of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) subsidy policy in Bajeng Barat District, Gowa Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with case study approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data is processed and analyzed qualitatively with systematic stages. The results show that the LPG subsidy policy management has been implemented well in several management functions. However, the implementation of other management functions is still not optimal. Planning is carried out in accordance with the authority of each party. The organization does not take place formally because each party has different duties and responsibilities. The briefing is carried out by the Gowa Regency Government seriously through the relevant regional apparatus organizations, but agents and bases are always not orderly in reporting realization data to the government. Coordination is carried out actively if there are problems such as tube scarcity and substandard distribution. Control or supervision is sometimes less than optimal due to limited government personnel.Keywords: Management, Subsidy Policy, LPG

Abstract

The objectives of this research is to find out the effect of controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency. The type of research used is the measurement of quantitative and objective statistics. The population in this research were 23 people and used as a sample. The file collection techniques are using observation, documentation and cousionary techniques against the response. The identity of respondents was seen from gender, age, religion, and level of education. The result of this research indicated that the influence of the controlling to the employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency means that it has a positive and significant effect on employee work professionalism. The result of this research have been tested using a simple regression tool with a positive result of 1,948 and a significant level of 0,000 smaller than 0,05 with the R square value of 0,997 or 99,7 % which means the controlling contribution to employee work professionalism at Statistic Center Agency in Pinrang Regency, while 3%  is affected by other variables not examined in this research such as motivation, work experience, etc.
