Abstract

Sekolah Pasar Modal (SPM) merupakan wadah dalam edukasi dan penerapan konsep pasar modal yang dilaksanakan dengan bekerjasama dengan pihak perguruan tinggi dan BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia). Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan praktek tentang produk pasar modal agar mahasiswa memahami keuntungan dan peluang yang ada di pasar modal terutama mengenai saham, kegiatan ini diadakan di kampus ISB Atma Luhur dengan support dari bursa efek Indonesia (IDX) dengan konsep edukasi, analisis, pengkajian serta praktek mengenai investasi produk pasar modal

Abstract

market pada tahun 2022, blockchain merupakan salah satu bidang pekerjaan yang nampak banyak dicari oleh perusahan sehingga ahli blockchain atau blokchain developer diperlukan dalam ekosistem criptocurrency. Harga dari criptocurrency belakangan ini mengikuti harga saham yang ada di wall street sehingga perlu adanya suatu pemodelan untuk melihat trend harga dari perkembangan asset kripto, hal ini dilakukan agar investor memahami pola-pola yang terjadi sehingga dapat mengurangi kerugian. Asset cryptocurrency memiliki hubungan dengan harga saham wallstreet karena pada saat ini sebagai besar teknologi memegang asset crypto sebagai asset perusahaan. Oleh sebab itu, dibutuhkan sebuah pemodelan korelasi antara harga wall street yang terdiri indeks saham utama di amerika serikat terhadap harga cryptocurrency berbasis business intelligence.

Abstract

Abstrac : The role of MSMEs in many developing countries such as Indonesia has difficulty in increasing their output because they are unable to compete with online stores. Pricing strategy is a way to maintain the liquidity of a company. Utilization of Information Technology in MSMEs is needed considering the low utilization of Information Technology caused by low understanding of the benefits of Information Technology. Marketing strategies must be applied to small and medium-sized businesses so that their trade turnover remains stable with innovations and new breakthroughs being carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pricing strategies, application of technology, and entrepreneurial ability on MSME business performance. The research method was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 110 respondents and using 4 hypotheses. Several tests were conducted including validity test, reliability test, nromality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, coefficient of determination Test, T test and F test. The final result of the study is from the coefficient of determination test has an adjusted R square of 0.602 means that 60.2% of the three variables can explain the variance of business performance variables, for the remaining 39.8% explained other variables. From the calculation of F obtained F count value 56,000 greater than F table 2.69 means that the variable price strategy, application of technology, and entrepreneurial ability have a simultaneous effect on business performance

Abstract

Perkembangan Ilmu dan Teknologi semakin lama semakin pesat terutama di bidang Teknologi Informasi, salah satunya teknologi internet. Dalam bidang pendidikan sudah cukup mengenal dalam pemanfaatan teknologi internet ini dengan baik. Teknologi Informasi memegang peranan penting dalam membantu pihak sekolah untuk mentransmisikan ilmu pengetahuan dan keahliannya melalui sebuah sistem informasi. Seperti layanan penilaian siswa berbasis web. Pada level pendidikan Sekolah belum banyak sekolah yang mengenal dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Teknologi ini belum dimanfaatkan sebagai media database, salah satu contohnya adalah database dalam penilaian. Pegelolaan data nilai ini masih bersifat manual, dalam pemrosesan datanya masih terlihat lamban dan dibutuhkan ketelitian dalam pengimputan sehingga banyak menyita waktu. Dengan adanya hal tersebut maka harus dibuat suatu pengembangan sistem untuk lebih mengefisiensikan waktu sehingga data yang di proses lebih akurat. Pada Pengabdian ini penulis menggunakan pengembangan sistem dengan tahapan-tahapan dari Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC), yaitu Perencanaan, Analisis, Perancangan, Pemrogrman, Pengujian dan Pemeliharaan.Untuk bahasa pemrogramannya menggunakan PhP dan MySQL. Abstract

The development of Science and Technology is getting faster and faster, especially in the field of Information Technology, one of which is website technology. Training on creating websites with php and WordPress was carried out at SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang because the SMP Negeri was deemed not optimal in using existing information technology, therefore this service was carried out. The participants in this service were students of SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang. In this service activity is to provide training and assistance in creating a website using PHP and WordPresss to students at SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang. As for the benefits of this training, it is hoped that it can improve the ability of SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang students in creating a database with Xampp as a server. The importance of this training for SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang is because by looking at the times regarding sophisticated technology, students of SMA Negeri 4 Pangkalpinang are also required to be able to use this technology so as not to be left behind and gain new insights in the use of information technology.

Abstract

Multimedia merupakan salah satu keahlian yang akan berkembang pada era 4.0 kedepan. Mulai dari promosi, film animasi, konten kreator, desain, perfilman, iklan dan masih banyak lagi lowongan kerja yang membutuhkan keahlian multimedia. Multimedia sebagai salah satu jurusan keahlian pada sekolah menengah kejuruan yang ada di Bangka Belitung dirasakan masih belum maksimal memberikan kompetensi kepada siswa, atas dasar itulah kami memberikan workshop kompetensi multimedia kepada 35 orang siswa dari jurusan multimedia di 6 Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Bangka Belitung. Beberapa hal yang diajarkan dalam pelatihan diantaranya adalah: pembuatan desain, teknik awal editing video, serta pemahaman pembuatan animasi. Metode pelatihan pengabdian berupa pendampingan langsung dibawah bimbingan dari 4 orang dosen beserta dibantu 6 asisten laboratorium langsung dipraktekkan di laboratorium. Pelaksanaan pengabdian selama 10 hari kerja mulai tanggal 27 Januari 2020 sampai 7 Februari 2020. Hasil dari pengabdian ini berupa 11 desain dan video editing yang merupakan karya dari siswa menandakan meningkatnya kemampuan siswa dalam bidang multimedia.

Abstract

The younger generation is increasingly playing an important role in many areas of life in line with the development of science and technology. In the economic field, youth has played a role as an economic driver, both as a businessman and as a potential target market for company owners. By understanding the right marketing strategy according to the character of this segment, the company will be able to gain increased market share and long-term profits. This research is a quantitative study intending to find the effect of the marketing mix strategy consisting of Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical Evidence on customer satisfaction and loyalty in the culinary field. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique and analyzed through Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study are that Promotion has an effect of 0.374 on loyalty, People has an effect of 0.172 and Place has an effect of 0.240 while other factors cannot be proven to have an effect. The Satisfaction variable is only able to mediate and strengthen the influence on the People factor

Abstract

Era digital telah menimbulkan bentuk-bentuk baru keterlibatan pelanggan dan loyalitas, seperti komunitas merek online, interaksi media sosial, dan program loyalitas e-commerce. Peningkatan e-commerce dan platform online telah mengubah cara bisnis berinteraksi dengan pelanggan, yang mengharuskan penilaian ulang strategi loyalitas tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor kunci terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam konteks lingkungan bisnis yang sangat kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai Desember 2023 di kota Pangkalpinang. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan tingkat kesalahan yang dapat ditoleransi sebesar 5% dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk, kemudahan akses, dan dukungan pelanggan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah loyalitas konsumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan konsumen, kualitas produk, kemudahan akses, dan dukungan pelanggan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Secara individual, setiap variabel independen juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mencakup aspek teoritis dan praktis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of smart technology implementation in the hospitality industry, focusing on issues of privacy and data security, economic and social impact of engagement. of human resources and the importance of transparency and accountability in smart technology design. The research methods used are inductive and qualitative methods with in-depth interpretation. Data is drawn from a variety of scholarly sources and up-to-date information from platforms such as SINTA, Science Direct, Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science. Research results show that the application of smart technology in the hotel industry has a significant impact on many aspects. The first finding highlights the need to prioritize data security and privacy issues. The implications of replacing workers with smart technology have an impact on the local economy and employment structure. Furthermore, this study highlights the need for transparency and accountability in the design of smart technologies, so that customers have clear information and control over their personal data. This finding is consistent with previous research that has identified the risks and social impacts of smart technology adoption in the hospitality industry. Therefore, businesses in the hospitality industry need to develop policies and strategic measures to address negative impacts and ensure the ethical and responsible adoption of smart technology. This study provides insight into the impact of smart technology implementation in the hospitality industry and provides a basis for developing sustainable and ethical strategies for smart technology adoption in hospitality.

Abstract

In the face of rapid technological advancements and market shifts, companies must adapt and enhance their competitiveness to ensure long-term survival. This study explores the impact of innovation, digital transformation, productivity, and employment on organizational competitiveness and their influence on corporate longevity and sustainability in the Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia. Employing survey methods and analyzing data using double regression, simple regression, smartPls, and SPSS, the study surveyed 120 respondents from various industrial sectors. The results reveal that innovation, productivity, and jobs significantly and positively impact companies' competitiveness, while digital transformation has a lesser effect. Additionally, the study found that a company's competitiveness positively and significantly influences its existence and survival. The research significantly contributes to understanding the factors affecting competitiveness and long-term viability in the digital economy, highlighting the crucial role of innovation, productivity, and job quality in enhancing competitive advantage. The findings provide a basis for strategic decision-making at the company level and the development of public policies that foster business growth and resilience within the Belitung Framework
