Abstract

In 2005 Lung Anai Village was inaugurated by the Government of Kutai Kartanegara Regency as a cultural village based on the survey results and the cultural uniqueness of the Dayak Kenyah Tribe. Thus,on July 25, 2007 Lung Anai was established as a definitive village that stood alone by the Decree of the Kukar Regent No. 180,188 / HK-794/2007. The stipulation is expected to be able to boost economic development for the welfare of the community and increase the Kukar Regional Original Income (PAD) as well as to preserve the culture of Dayak Kenyah Lepoq Jalan tribes in Lung Anai Village. But in reality the goal has not been realized properly, until this year Lung Anai has not become a leading destination in Kukar. If observed in the literature, there is still a considerable gap with other cultural / tourist villages that have developed even independent in East Kalimantan. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the tourism potentials of Lung Abai village based on culture by conducting a community-based tourism (CBT) approach or community-based tourism. In addition, this research is also expected to be able to provide theoretical and technical recommendations for the Regional Government of Kutai Kartanegara District and stakeholders who have a common interest in developing the Lung Anai Cultural Village.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze how the push and pull motivations and their influence on the desire of tourists to return to Pahawang Island. Research Methods: The research uses a quanlitative approach,The population of this study was tourists who came to Pahawang Island in the period 2019 with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling used the Incidental Sampling technique. The questionnaire was tested for validation and reliability, as well as the classical assumption test to meet the requirements using Linear Regression as an analytical tool. Results and discussion: The results obtained in this study show that the motivation of both the push factor and pull factor have significant and positive influence on the interest in revisiting. Implication: Understanding how the push factors and pull factors on the intention to revisit can provide input for the tourism office and Tourism Destination Operator, especially on Pahawang Island, this research has theoretical and practical implications.             Keywords: Push Factors, Pull Factors, Revisit intention, Pahawang Island.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on various tourism sectors. In the implementation of tourism destination management by Rokan Hulu Regency, strategic steps such as improving facilities, building new facilities for the convenience of tourists, supervision for compliance with health standards to reduce the spread of Covid-19, are less carried out by the management. This study aims to analyze how the management of water Hapanasan tourism destinations faces the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, to identify and analyze the current management of water Hapanasan, and to find out the strategy of sustainable management of water Hapanasan tourism destinations. Population is the entire hot water tourism object Rambah Tengah Hulu Village, Riau Province The sample used in this study is purposive sampling. To achieve this goal, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, with observation, in-depth interviews with key persons, and literacy as data collection methods. The results of this study show that the management carried out did not run smoothly so that many facilities were abandoned during the pandemic, but when it was loose, managers began to repair damaged facilities and return to maintain them, and there was no sustainable management strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study will have implications for improving the quality of tourism infrastructure, management strategies that can be done in tourist destinations, managing human resource capabilities. All of that can make water Hapanasan a sustainable tourism destination.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the alternative strategy of developing local tourism around Borobudur, one of the world’s heritage as the top choice of foreign and domestic tourists, that focused on developing a variety of alternative tourism infrastructures while preserving the environment that is a millennial-friendly destination that is called Nomadic Tourism in Glamping De Loano, Purworejo, Indonesia. The research took place between June-July 2020 in Glamping De Loano, Purworejo. The chosen methods including documentation, observation, and interviews with local government groups, visitors, and residents. Glamping De Loano is a new and fresh tourism sensation in Purworejo that can bring millennial tourists and new unique tourism experiences to the area. It is a new early-stage of destination because it has only been operated for less than a year but has many opportunities that can be cultivated and developed. However, most complaints coming from them are regarding narrow and dangerous road infrastructure towards the destination, supporting ecosystem readiness, and conformity of the biophilic material to the environment surrounding. Most interviewers suggest it would be better with improved road infrastructure construction and focus on providing a basic supporting ecosystem. Recommendations are made for developing the Glamping De Loano tourism better to improve the experience of tourists and visitors and to improve the resident’s quality of life. It is hoped that this research may prompt local authorities to take l residents’ perceptions and experiences into account by creating better management measures and regulations. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of community participation, the role of the village government, the original income from the tourism sector on the welfare of the community in Cibuntu and Citundun Tourism Villages. Data was taken from 100 respondents in each village and using simple random sampling technique. The results show that the village government and the number of tourist visits have a significant effect on the Cibuntu community, while community participation and village original income from the tourism sector have no significant effect. The results of the analysis in Citundun Village showed that the variables of community participation and the role of the village government had a significant effect on community welfare, while number of tourist visits and income from tourism sector did not influence Community welfare. The results of the analysis also showed that the influence of variables under study on community welfare was 21.6%, while the remaining 78.4% was influenced by other variables, not discussed in this study. while in Citundun it was 16.6%, and the remaining 83.4% was influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Aeon mall is company from Japan, and joint venture with Sinarmas Land for PT.AMSL Indonesia. Aeon mall grand opening in BSD, Tangerang 30 May 2015, after two years from the opening Aeon Mall has already many visitors from area in Jabodetabek. Marketing mix approach is used from Morrison (2002) product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging and programming, also partnership. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix based on Morrison theories to visitor decision of visiting Aeon Mall. This research used descriptive method approach. The population in this study is Aeon Mall visitors. The respondent was chosen by random sampling. The numbers of respondents are 218 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used validity and reliability, frequencies, mean, the classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows 20.0. The study found that there was a positive and significant impact of product, promotion, and partnership to visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall. But there wasn’t a positive and significant effect of price, place, people, packaging and programing to the visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on tourist satisfaction at Jatimalang Beach. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative survey method. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The population of this research is tourists who have visited Jatimalang Beach with a sample of 100 respondents, sampling using an accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the quality of services and facilities partially had a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction. The service quality of a tourist attraction is considered good and satisfying if it can provide services that exceed tourist expectations; if the service provided is lower than tourist expectations, then the service quality is considered poor. Facilities to meet the travel needs of tourists appear as a whole that is interconnected and complement each other so that in a tour, all the components used cannot be separated. Jatimalang Beach, Purworejo tourism managers are expected to pay attention to tourist loyalty, for example, by providing criticism and suggestions for tourist objects so that they can quickly evaluate what tourists want. Abstract

The Buntu Burake Destination is artificial. In the Buntu Burake area, a statue of Jesus Christ was built with a statue height of 45 meters that resembles the Christ the Redeemer Statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This study aims to analyze the carrying capacity of tourism in the tourist attraction of Buntu Burake. To achieve this goal, the authors use descriptive qualitative methods, with observations, in-depth interviews with key persons and tourists, literacy as a data collection method, and analysis using indicators of sustainable tourism development. UNWTO guidelines. The results of this study indicate that of the 29 indicators on the physical-ecological aspect, 66% was achieved, the socio-demographic aspect reached 88.5%, and the economic-political aspect was 67%. Ecological and political economy has a fairly good category. The results of the analysis of the carrying capacity of the Buntu Burake tourist destination have a value of 74% with a good enough category for sustainability. For this reason, it is necessary to improve the quality of tourism infrastructure, manage resource capabilities, and manage the impact of use to make Buntu Burake a sustainable tourism destination.
