Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and job loyalty (X3) on employee work quality (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Nagoya Batam Branch, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study as many as 251 employees. Then the sample was taken using the slovin formula so that a total of 72 employees were obtained. The analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination test (R Square), t test and f test. As a statistical research method using SPSS. The results of the study explain that simultaneously workload (X1), job satisfaction (X2), and work loyalty (X3) have a significant influence on the quality of employee work (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Branch Nagoya Batam. From the results of the T-test the variables workload, job satisfaction, and work loyalty simultaneously have a significant effect on the quality of employee work. Using the F test, the variables of workload, job satisfaction, and job loyalty have a significant influence on the quality of employee work. While the adjusted R Square value of 0.595 explains that the simultaneous variables of workload, job satisfaction, and job loyalty have a significant influence on the quality of work of employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Branch Nagoya Batam by 59.5% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation, and intensive on employee performance at pt karya teknik utama. The sampling technique in this study is a census, the entire population makes a sample of 72 people. Research instruments interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression tests, t tests, and f tests with spss version 23. The research results are as follows:  Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for the leadership variable of 9.745 greater than the t-table of 1.662 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. Motivation has an effect and is significant on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for the motivation variable of 3.353 greater than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.012 less than 0.05. Incentives have no effect and are insignificant to the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with a t-count value for incentives of 1.295 smaller than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.136 greater than 0.05. Leadership, motivation and incentives together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of pt karya teknik utama with an f-count value of 120,116 greater than the f-table of 2,48 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to measure consumer satisfaction in purchasing puput at CV. Farmer friend. The existence of fertilizer in every area is needed by the community. The growing development of technological knowledge has made many companies compete to establish retailers that can provide good service and needs to consumers. So that there are still many consumers who are still confused about where to buy fertilizer. The problem of this research is the seller's lack of knowledge in determining the criteria for buying fertilizer so that research is needed to determine customer satisfaction, there is fertilizer sales at CV Sahabat Tani. Factors of consumer satisfaction in the purchase of fertilizer seen from product quality, quality of service or services, emotion, price, cost. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is a method that can be used to find the optimal alternative from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. The SAW concept is simple, easy to understand, and has the ability to measure the relative performance of decision alternatives in a simple mathematical form. The implementation of a consumer decision support system for purchasing fertilizer at CV Sahabat Tani using the Simple Additive Weighting method has provided an alternative ranking of the highest value for purchasing fertilizer that has been recommended by sellers to consumers. By choosing an alternative, customer satisfaction can be used as a decision-making system to increase fertilizer sales and gain the trust of consumers. The lowest value of satisfaction is 0.858 for consumer 1 and the highest value is 1 for consumer V.

Abstract

Kesinambungan perusahaan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan internal dan eksternal, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor penting dalam mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan kerja, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Lintas Digital Makmur. Dengan metode regresi linier berganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara pengembangan karir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan disiplin kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan.

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini, banyak orang semakin memperhatikan masalah pencucian uang dalam skala nasional, regional, dan global, begitu juga halnya dengan pencegahan pendaan terorisme. Ini disebabkan oleh fakta bahwa kejahatan pencucian uang dan pendanaan terorisme semakin marak. Pencucian uang berarti mengubah uang atau instrumen keuangan lainnya yang diperoleh dari tindakan ilegal menjadi uang atau investasi yang tampaknya legal sehingga sumber ilegalnya tidak dapat dilacak. Banyak jenis kejahatan yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab telah muncul sebagai hasil dari kemajuan di bidang pengetahuan dan teknologi termasuk pendanaan terorisme. Peserta kegiatan pelatihan sebanyak 50 orang peserta terdiri dari berbagai kalangan. Peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang menyenangkan tentang pelatihan anti pencucian uang dan pencegahan pendanaan terorisme sebagai hasil dari kegiatan ini. Peserta sebelumnya tidak memahami tindak pidana pencucian uang dan pencegahan pendanaan terorisme secara teoritis maupun praktik, tetapi setelah mengikuti sosialisasi tindak pidana pencucian uang dan pencegahan pendanaan terorisme, mereka mulai memahaminya.

Abstract

This study supposed to determine the effect of compensation, training, competence and work discipline on employee performance of pt luas retail indonesia in batam branch. the sampling technique in this study is a census, the entire population makes a sample of 93 people. research instruments interviews and questionnaires. data analysis using multiple regression tests, t tests, and f tests with spss version 25. the research results are as follows: compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of pt luas retail indonesia with a t value of 9.567>1.661 t table and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of pt. luas retail indonesia with a t value of 6.370>1.661 t table and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of pt. luas retail indonesia with a t value of 5.723>1.661 t table and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of pt. luas retail indonesia with a t value of 5.992>1.661 t table and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. compensation, training, competence and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of pt. luas retail indonesia with the value of f count 150.761>2.70 f table and significance 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study supposed to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and intensive on the performance of the Polda Kepri operations section personnel. the research method uses a causal model survey method using a census sampling technique, the entire population is sampled, totaling 72 people. research instruments used interviews and questionnaires. then the research results are obtained as follows: leadership has a significant effect on the performance of the kepri police operations bureau personnel with a t-count value for the leadership variable of 10.325 greater than the t-table of 1.662 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. motivation has a significant effect on the performance of personnel of the kepri regional police operations bureau with a t-count value for the motivation variable of 3.242 greater than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.000 less than 0.05. incentives have no significant effect on the performance of the kepri regional police operations bureau personnel with an incentive t-count value of 1.555 smaller than the t-table 1.662 and a significance value of 0.124 greater than 0.05. leadership, motivation and incentives together have a significant effect on the performance of the kepri regional police operations bureau personnel with an f-count value of 423.016 greater than the f-table of 2.48 and a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, trust, and facilities on the decision to choose SP Hotel Batam. The type of research in this study is causality research, namely research that is structured to examine the possibility of a causal relationship between variables with a survey method. The data analysis method uses quantitative analysis. The location of this research is SP Hotel Batuaji, Batam City, Riau Islands, Indonesia.  The population of this study were local hotel guests staying at SP Hotel Batam in 2022, totaling 520 people and a sample of 84 respondents. The instruments used in this study were observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses validity and reliability tests before testing the hypothesis, first testing for deviations from classical assumptions will be carried out. In classical assumptions there are several tests that must be carried out, namely Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heterosdasticity Test using SPSS version 23. Then do a hypothesis test using the t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Partial research results Service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose SP Hotel Batam, where the t count for service quality is 7.505> 1.664 t table and significance 0.000 <0.05. Trust has a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose SP Hotel Batam, where the t count for trust is 2.195> 1.664 t table and significance 0.031 <0.05. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose SP Hotel Batam, where the t count for facilities is 3.985> 1.664 t table and significance 0.000 <0.05. simultaneously Service quality, trust and facilities simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose SP Hotel Batam¸ with F count of 75.252> 2.72 F count with a significant level of 0.000. because the probability (0.000) is smaller than 0.05, thus the formulation of the problem and the fourth hypothesis can be accepted, it simultaneously affects the selection decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Semangat KerjaTerhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Notaris & PPAT Kota Batam (Studi Kasus Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Notaris & PPAT Vivin, S. H., M. Kn dan Kantor Notaris & PPAT Yondri Darto, S. H). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 41 orang yang merupakan Karyawan Kantor Notaris & PPAT Vivin, S. H., M. Kn dan Kantor Notaris & PPAT Yondri Darto, S. H. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh sehingga sampel berjumlah 41 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan instrument angket atau kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian adalah secara parsial variabel Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan secara simultan Lingkungan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Kantor Notaris & PPAT Vivin, S. Abstract

Kepuasan dari jasa yang diberikan perusahaan kepada konsumen harus selalu untuk bisa memahami pelanggan dan merancang memperbaiki kualitas jasanya. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus mempertimbangkan komunikasi, kualitas layanan dan fasiltias yang diberikan kepada Pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan atau pelanggan jumlah populasi dari bulan Juni 2022- Desember 2022 sebanyak 101 Pelanggan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 81 pelanggan CV. Tv Kabel Madani Service jumlah sampel didapatkan dari rumus slovin. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan kegiatan setelah data seluruh responden atau sumber data lain terkumpul. Analisis data dengan bantuan program peranti lunak SPSS versi 25. Nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,843 atau sebesar 84,3%. Hasil pengujian ini secara statistik membuktikan bahwa komunikasi, kualitas layanan dan fasiltias secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan Pelanggan sebesar 84,3%. dan sisanya 15,7% merupakan faktor lain Uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung dari memiliki nilai F sebesar 144,536 > F tabel 2,72, nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,000 < α 0,05.
