Abstract

Tanaman nanas tumbuh subur dan merupakan sentra produksi di Kecamatan Ngancar, yang terdiri 4 desa yaitu Babadan, Besali, Jagul, Kunjang Kabupaten Kediri. Permasalahan yang ada yaitu pemasaran buah dalam bentuk segardan belum dikenal teknologi pasca panen dan pengolahan nanas menjadi produk yang awet disimpan. Tujuan kegiatan untuk coaching dan mentoring teknologi pengolahan nanas kepada kelompok PKK mandiri Desa Babadan Kecamatan Ngancar, Kabupaten Kediri. Metode Pelaksanaan yaitu Pembinaan dan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya ilmu teknologi pasca panen olahan buah nanas menjadi produk yang disukai konsumen dan dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat petani nanas juga. .Waktu Pelaksanaan selama 4 hari mulai tanggal 18 Agustus sampai 21 Agustus 2021 di Balai Desa Babadan , Kec. Ngancar Kediri diikuti .peserta 20 orang. Hasil kegiatan yang dicapai adalah target jangka pendek yaitu petani mempelajari dan memahami ilmu teknologi pasca panen dan olahan buah nanas segar menjadi sari buah nanas, selai nanas, dodol nanas. Target jangka panjang adalah menjalin koordinasi dan kemitraan petani dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait seperti akademisi, pihak pemerintah dan swasta. Dapat terbentuk model ekonomi bisnis UMKM berkelanjutan skala nasional.

Abstract

Bakso dan tahu bakso adalah jenis olahan dari daging yang populer di masyarakat, karena rasanya nikmat dan harga terjangkau serta bernilai gizi yang baik. Permasalahan yang berkembang adalah harga daging yang mahal dan banyak ternak sapi yang terkena virus sehingga menimbulkan panik di kalangan peternak dan konsumen. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberi ketrampilan kepada masyarakat kampus agar dapat berwirausaha membuka kuliner bakso dan jenisnya dalam meningkatkan pendapatan. Metode Kegiatan menggunakan penyuluhan materi, diskusi, pelatihan ketrampilan dan uji organoleptik. Pemberdayaan masyarakat kampus dikuti oleh 30 orang dari kalangan mahasiswa agribisnis, Dan karyawan. Hasil kegiatan mempunyai manfaat sebagai berikut : Memahami dan terampil dalam proses pengolahan daging ayam menjadi bakso dan tahu bakso, meningkatkan nilai ekonomi dalam pembentukan UMKM, membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru bidang ekonomi, memotivasi masyarakat dalam inovasi baru dalam bidan olahan pangan. Bakso dan tahu bakso yang dibuat dari dagang ayam sangat baik untuk diolah dan di pasarkan dengan harga yang terjangkau daya beli masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kacang tanah memiliki kandungan gizi diminati konsumen untuk berbagai olahan. Rumusan masalah di lokasi Nganjuk, mengalami penurunan produksi dan tersrang hama penyakit. Tujuan penelitian mempelajari respon perkembanhan dan hasil kacang tanan dengan aplikasi konsentrasi POC dan jarak tanam. Metode percobaan memakai Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial , dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor (I) konsentrasi POC Nasa 3 level (P), yaitu (40 , 60 , 80) ml/20L. Faktor (II) adalah jarak tanam 3 level, (J), ( 40 x 20, 40 x 30, 40 x 40 ) Cm. Hasil menunjukkan pada diameter batang terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan kombinasi P3J3 (80 ml/ 20L + 40cm x 40cm) dengan nilai rerata 4,29 mm. Konsentrasi POC Nasa 80 ml/ 20L air berpengaruh nyata pada jumlah polong /tanaman, 25,33, berat basah 40,50 gram. Jarak tanam 40cm x 40cm (J3) terjadi pengaruh nyata, terbaik pada tinggi : 27,38 cm, jumlah daun 13,44 helai, diameter batang 3,35 mm, berat basah per tanaman 39,87 gram. Abstract

The selection of a competitive strategy greatly determines the marketing performance of a retail business. This research aims to determine the competitive strategy of the Sri Rejeki Kediri Retail Store in improving marketing performance based on SWOT analysis. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods through observation, interviews, documentation. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the total strength score is 1.672, weaknesses are 1.12, opportunities are 2.43, and threats are 1.2. The total average score on the IFAS matrix is 2.80 while the EFAS matrix is 3.36. These results show that the company's position based on the IE matrix is in quadrant II, which shows that the store has considerable strengths and opportunities to improve marketing performance. The results of this analysis are useful for managers and shop owners to formulate competitive strategies by taking into account the strengths and opportunities that have been identified.

Abstract

Abstract

Mistletoe leaves are plants that stick to other plants but have not received much attention in their handling. The urgency of this research is that chemical treatment is very expensive and the side effects of chemical drugs are great, so mistletoe as an alternative natural ingredient can be used as an anticancer, antibacterial and other disease agent. The purpose of the study was to study the proximate content of 3 types of mistletoe leaves and the feasibility of the product as a health drink. The research method is a quantitative proximate test and product feasibility using the SWOT method. The raw materials tested were guava mistletoe leaves, mango mistletoe leaves and longan. The study was conducted from March to May 2025. The results obtained are as follows: proximate content includes water, protein, fat, carbohydrate, fiber in% is mango mistletoe leaves: 11.13 ± 1.22 | 7.19 ± 0.84 | 8.58 ± 0.41 | 54.25 ± 2.14 | 17.59 ± 0.83 | ; longan mistletoe leaves: 11.15 ± 1.05 | 14.25 ± 0.95 | 13.13 ± 0.34 | 51.25 ± 1.92 | 12.10 ± 0.72 |; water apple mistletoe leaves: | 12.58 ± 1.34 | 8.26 ± 0.63 | 11.30 ± 0.24 | 60.20 ± 2.31 | 14.65 ± 0.62 |. The product feasibility of 3 types of mistletoe leaves according to the SWOT analysis has the potential for health drinks. Longan mistletoe leaves have the potential to have the highest protein, fat and lowest fiber content compared to other types.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyzed the interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallot (Allium cepa L.).The hypothesis put forward in this study is,It is suspected that there is an interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallot (Allium cepa L.). The benefits that can be obtained in this study are: 1. Gaining technical experience in onion cultivation with certain treatments, 2. As a material for providing final project evaluations, 3. As a reference for the community about onion cultivation with certain treatments.This research was conducted at the UNISKA Integrated Field Laboratory Greenhouse using polybags, located in Rejomulyo Village, Kediri City District, with an altitude of 67 meters above sea level, tropical climate with an average temperature of 30ºC and has an average rainfall of 1,500–2,000 mm per year. Has a sandy loam soil type. This research was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3×3 factorial pattern, with 9 combinations of 3 replications. Factor I is planting media, which consists of three types, and Factor II is NPK dose. From these two factors, 9 treatment combinations were obtained and repeated 3 times. There was no interaction between the composition of the growing media and the dose of NPK on the growth and production of shallots.There was a single effect, the composition of the growing media had a significant effect on the growth.
