Abstract

Income is the main component for everyone in this world, income or income influences business continuity. The capacity of a business to support movement of any type that helps maintain the business significantly impacts how much payment the business gets. The aim of this research aims to find out how partially and partially Capital, Working Hours, Length of Business and Religiosity affect the Income of Madura Sate Traders in Jambi City. In this research, researchers used the Quantitative Descriptive method. The sample used in this research was 32 respondents from Madurese Satay traders in Jambi City. To collect data using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques used are Data Quality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Coefficient of Determination. The research results show that: Capital (X1) has a significant effect on income. Working Hours (X2) has a significant effect on Income. Length of Business (X3) has a significant effect on Income. Religiosity (X4) has a significant effect on income. Capital (X1), working hours (X2), length of business (X3) and religiosity (X4) simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of Madurese satay traders in Jambi City (Y).

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank whose procedures are carried out in accordance with Islamic law. Bank Syariah Indonesia is a merger of BRI Syariah, BNI Syariah and Bank Mandiri Syariah which was inaugurated on February 1, 2021 or 19 Jumadil Akhir 1442 H. KUR financing is one of the products offered by BSI KC Gatot Subroto Jambi City to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to determine the role of BSI in developing MSMEs in Jambi City. To determine the development of MSMEs after receiving financing from BSI and what factors cause the increase in the MSME economy in Jambi City. The research used by the researcher is a qualitative method, namely conducting observations, interviews and documentation with sources and collecting documentation in the form of documents related to financing. The data sources used by the researcher are primary data from the first source and secondary data from the second source. The results of this study indicate that: BSI has played a role in developing MSMEs in Jambi City by providing additional capital. Factors that have led to the increase in MSMEs in Jambi City are that BSI KCP Gatot Subroto makes it easier for customers to use KUR financing products and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises maximize the capital obtained. The implementation of BSI financing in increasing MSME businesses in Jambi City has been carried out in accordance with procedures, namely providing financing to customers who meet the requirements of BSI KC Gatot Subroto.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Talang Makmur Village, Tebing Tinggi District when analyzed in terms of Profitability Ratios using Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Service Operational Independence (BOPO). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research in the form of financial ratio analysis based on the Regulation of the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/Dep.0/IV/2016 concerning Guidelines for Health Assessment of Savings and Loans Cooperatives Cooperative Savings and Loans Unit. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Sawit Mandiri Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in 2018-2022 based on Return on Assets (ROA) is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Assets (ROA) for 5 years, namely 8, 64%, in the unfavorable criterion, it is still far below the cooperative Return on Asset (ROA) standard, which is 10%. Based on Return on Equity (ROE) it is considered low, this is based on the results of calculating the average Return on Equity (ROE) for 5 years, namely 14.50%, in the criteria in very good criteria it meets the cooperative Return on Equity (ROE) standard, namely large 5%. Based on Service Operational Independence (BOPO) it is considered high, this is based on the calculation results of the average Service Operational Independence (BOPO) for 5 years, namely 9.92%, in very good criteria it meets the cooperative standard Service Operational Independence (BOPO), which is 100% .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of BMT Al-Islah Jambi City in empowering the MSME economy, the obstacles faced by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in carrying out its role in empowering the MSME economy and the efforts made by BMT Al-Ishlah Jambi City in dealing with these obstacles. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and the methods used in data collection are observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this study were the BMT and its customers. The number of subjects in this study were 10 people. The results of the study show that BMT Al-Ishlah plays a role in developing an entrepreneurial spirit for its customers. Factors that become obstacles faced are limited capital so that BMT has not been able to provide large-scale financing, lack of human resources, and financial literacy of MSMEs is still lacking because customers are only limited to recording business financial receipts and expenditures without supporting document storage. The solution provided by BMT is that we hold group meetings and continue sharing about the constraints of their business. And every week teaches making financial reports so that customers understand where money is coming in and out.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and how much the premium and service quality have on customer satisfaction at pt. Bri life Jambi branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire of 48 respondents. It can be concluded that the variable premium and service quality have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results showed that the calculated t value for the premium variable (Xi) was 2.589 with a significance level of 0.013 because t calculated was greater than t table (2.589 <0.05), so it could be concluded that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted which stated that there was premium significantly positive effect on customer satisfaction Bank BRI Life

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of executive, constitutional ownership, profitability, and leverage against tax avoidance in the enterprise sub-sector coal, which memiliki owns shares sharia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. 11 coal sub-sector companies were sampled in the study during the 2015-2020 period. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data. The analysis technique in this research is panel data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the characteristics of the Executive, Constitutional Ownership, and Return on Assets affect Tax Avoidance. At the same time, the Debt to Equity Ratio does not affect Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini perkembangan sistem pembayaran yang berbasis teknologi telah mengubah secara signifikan arsitektur sistem pembayaran konvensional yang mengandalkan fisik uang sebagai instrumen pembayaran meski fisik uang sampai saat ini masih banyak digunakan masyarakat dunia sebagai alat pembayaran namun sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi sistem pembayaran yang pesat pola pembayaran tunai atau cash secara berangsur beralih menuju pembayaran non tunai. Salah satu produk keuangan digital tersebut adalah uang elektronik (e-money).[1] Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakana e-money. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 267 responden dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat hitung spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t (parsial) dan uji f (simultan) didapatkan sebuah jawaban bahwa variabel kepercayaan, persepsi manfaat, dan religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan e-money dengan hasil tersebut sekaligus menjawab tujuan dari penelitian.

Abstract

Dalam Islam setiap kegiatan bisnis harus taat pada dua prinsip, yaitu taat pada aturan atau tatanan moral yang ditetapkan Allah SWT. Dan empati, mensyukuri rahmat dan ciptaan Allah dengan cara menahan diri dari tindakan yang merugikan orang lain dan mencegah penyebaran praktik yang tidak etis. Digital marketing di Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi sudah bagus mereka mengenalkan distro mereka melalui media social seperti instagram tetapi pemilihan lokasinya kurang strategis karena berada didalam perumahan yang letaknya tidak dipinggir jalan. Sedangkan desain dan kualitas produk, telah berkembang dengan berbagai macam motif dengan kualitas yang bagus, namun hasil penjualan fluktuatif padahal seharusnya jika semua indikator produk tersebut telah diterapkan dapat mendorong minat konsumen untuk membeli produk sehingga menaikkan hasil penjualan. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, desain produk dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Distro Kedai Oblong Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif deskriptif sampel yang diambil sebanyak 61 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability yakni teknik sampel aksidental yaitu teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, siapa saja yang secara kebetulan atau insidental bertemu dengan peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa digital marketing dan desain produk tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Munculnya suatu Brand besar pada suatu produk makanan membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim tertarik untuk ikut menikmati produk dari brand besar tersebut. Dan berubahnya gaya hidup di zaman generasi z membuat beberapa masyarakat muslim ikut menjadi konsumen pada brand makanan tersebut sehingga membuat beberapa konsumen muslim tidak terlalu memikirkan apakah brand makanan tersebut sudah bersertifikat halal atau belum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan pengarus label halal,brand image, lifestyle terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen muslim di Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Metode yang digunakan penelitian ini kuantitatif, dan metode analisi data yang digunakan adalah uji koefisien determinasi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen muslim Restoran Ichiban Jamtos Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Label halal, brand image,lifestyle secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai adjusted R square (koefisien determinasi) sebesar 0,105 atau 10.5%. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik penelitian ini berdistribusi normal, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinearitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan, sikap keuangan dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada mahasiswa. Perkembangan dan kemajuan finansial telah mempengaruhi seluruh negara termasuk Indonesia, yang berdampak pada perubahan perilaku keuangan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam UIN STS Jambi. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 96 responden. Data primer diperoleh langsung melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 96 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) yang berbasis varians yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square) . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika variabel literasi keuangan dan kontrol diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada mahasiswa, sedangkan variabel sikap keuangan tidak berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan pada mahasiswa.
