Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, manfaat, kredibilitas, niat berperilaku, dan pengaruh sosial dalam penggunaan ShopeePayLater terhadap perilaku konsumtif masyarakat Muslim di Kota Jambi, serta mengevaluasi kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap 100 responden Muslim di Kota Jambi. Analisis data mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan, manfaat, dan kredibilitas tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Namun, niat berperilaku dan pengaruh sosial terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, yang menunjukkan bahwa keputusan untuk menggunakan ShopeePayLater dipengaruhi oleh niat pribadi serta pengaruh tren sosial. Dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, layanan ini dinilai mengandung unsur riba dalam bentuk bunga dan denda keterlambatan, yang bertentangan dengan prinsip akad Qardh yang dianjurkan dalam syariat Islam.

Abstract

The measure of profitability in the banking industry that is used in general is Return on Equity (ROE) and Return on Assets (ROA). In this case, the profit proxy used is Return on Assets (ROA) because ROA focuses on the company's ability to earn profits in its operations, while ROE only measures the return from the investment sector of the company owner in the business. In this study, we will see how the effect of capital adequacy will be proxied by the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Problem Financing which will be proxied by the Non Performing Financing (NPF), Liquidity which will be proxied by the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Operational Efficiency which will be proxied by the ratio of Operational Expenses to Operational Income (BOPO). The results of the study show that there is a influence of variable independent (CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO) simultaneously on variables dependent it (ROA). Partially only the CAR variable which shows a significant positive positive effect and BOPO which shows a significant negative effect on profitability (ROA). While the other two variables, namely NPF and FDR, have no significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Abstract

This study examines the Principal's Strategy in Improving the Professional Competence of Educational Personnel at SMP IT Mutiara Hati Rimbo Bujang. The formulation of the problem in this study is to find out: How is the Professionalism of Educational Personnel at SMP IT Mutiara Hati Rimbo Bujang, How is the Principal's Strategy in Improving the Professionalism of Educational Personnel at SMP IT Mutiara Hati Rimbo Bujang, and What are the Principal's Obstacles in Improving the Professionalism of Educational Personnel at SMP IT Mutiara Hati Rimbo Bujang. This study was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, head of administration, vice principal of curriculum and administrative staff. The object of this study is the principal's efforts in improving the professionalism of educational personnel at SMP IT Mutiara Hati Rimbo Bujang. In data collection techniques, researchers used observation, interview and documentation techniques. Then this study researchers used data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the researcher's data used data triangulation techniques. In this study, the author found that a strategy was needed for the principal to improve the professionalism of administrative staff, namely by conducting training, meetings, seminars, discussions and so on, and there were obstacles for the principal in improving the professionalism of administrative staff, namely inadequate human resources and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Workshop pemanfaatan platform digital e-commerce untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk batik di Kecamatan Telanaipura, Kota Jambi, bertujuan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi pengrajin batik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sesi teori tentang e-commerce, pelatihan praktis dalam mendirikan toko online, dan diskusi kelompok untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta, yang berhasil membuat dan mengelola toko online mereka sendiri. Selain itu, workshop ini berhasil membangun jaringan antara pengrajin batik dan pelaku bisnis lainnya, serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan potensi pasar produk batik. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kemampuan berwirausaha peserta, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan ekonomi lokal melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital. Luaran yang diharapkan mencakup dokumentasi hasil pengabdian dalam bentuk digital dan multimedia, serta publikasi di media cetak dan online. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model bagi pengembangan kewirausahaan di kalangan pengrajin batik di daerah lain, serta mendorong pengrajin untuk menjadi produsen yang aktif dalam ekosistem digital.

Abstract

This study aims to carry out the following objectives, (1) evaluate the post-new normal Islamic Boarding School Management in Indonesia, (2) analyze the comparative patterns modern and traditional pesantren management, and (3) determine the new normal era implications for the Islamic institutional management. The Systematic Literature Review method was used to obtain data on the management of modern and traditional pesantren in the new normal era. This included the identification, search for, and analysis of relevant literature. The meta-synthesis and comparisons related to leadership, learning, and the use of digital technology were also conducted. The results showed that pesantren management had been progressive since the Covid-19 pandemic, as observed from the ability of pesantren to adapt during a crisis. The ability to follow trends in management development was also emphasized during the new normal era. However, no significant difference was found between modern and traditional pesantren in managing digital technology, social media, and the internet.

Abstract

The halal certification obligation for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) products that has been set by the government through the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) originally took effect in October 2024, now it has been extended until October 2026. However, most MSME actors, including KUBE Mega Buana in Tangkit Baru Village, Muaro Jambi Regency, are not ready to fulfill these obligations due to a lack of understanding of the certification process, limited information, and cost constraints. This service program aims to provide education and assistance to KUBE Mega Buana members to understand the importance of halal certification, know the mechanism and stages of submission, and be able to prepare the required documents independently. The approach is carried out through halal literacy training, registration simulations through the BPJPH siHalal system, and the preparation of a simple halal product management system. The results of the activity showed an increase in the understanding of KUBE Mega Buana members about halal certification obligations, the ability to identify products that must be certified, and administrative readiness in the process of applying for halal certification. This program contributes to increasing halal awareness, strengthening the competitiveness of Tangkit's typical pineapple processed products, and the readiness of MSMEs to face the implementation of mandatory halal in 2026.

Abstract

Tangkit Jambi's distinctive pineapples have great potential as raw materials for value-added processed products. However, limitations in processing technology and business management in accordance with halal principles hinder the development of these products. This proposal aims to optimize halal-based pineapple processing through the empowerment of KUBE Mega Buana, with training in processing, halal certification, and marketing of halal products. The targeted outcomes are high-quality halal pineapple processed products, KUBE members who are competent in sharia business management, and the formation of a halal MSME ecosystem in Tangkit. This activity supports the development of a fair, sustainable, and empowering sharia economy for the local community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketersediaan e-money, promosi dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk di shopee pada masyarakat kota jambi menurut perspektif ekonomi islam. Teknik penentuan sampel yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik accidental sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian sebesar 95 responden masyarakat kota Jambi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda karena variabel bebas lebih dari satu, yaitu e-money, promosi, dan kepercayaan. Software digunakan untuk olah data adalah SPSS versi 25. Hasil pengujian hipotesis sebagai berikut. Variabel dalam penelitian ini, yakni e-money, promosi, dan kepercayaan, secara simultan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online melalui Shopee pada masyarakat Kota Jambi, seperti yang ditunjukkan pada uji hipotesis secara simultan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 dan nilai F-hitung 104.051 > F-tabel 2.70.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of principal leadership in improving the quality of teacher resources at State Junior High School 17 Jambi City, including leadership roles, inhibiting factors, and implemented strategies. This research employed a qualitative approach conducted at State Junior High School 17 Jambi City. Data were collected through documentation techniques, focusing on teachers’ scientific papers as indicators of teacher resource quality improvement. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that principal leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing teacher resource quality through functions as a policy maker, motivator, facilitator, and administrator. However, several inhibiting factors were identified, such as differences in teachers’ characteristics, limited technological competence, non-linear academic backgrounds, excessive workloads, lack of training participation, inadequate facilities, and low commitment among some teachers. To address these challenges, the principal implemented various strategies, including encouraging teachers to participate in training programs, seminars, and workshops, strengthening professional and personal competencies, recruiting teachers based on appropriate qualifications, and improving educational facilities and infrastructure. The study concludes that effective and strategic principal leadership has significant implications for improving teacher resource quality and contributes positively to the enhancement of learning quality and overall school performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja keuangan Bank Umum Syariah dan Bank Konvensional di Indonesia pada periode 2021-2024. Kinerja keuangan dianalisis menggunakan rasio Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return  On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Financing / Non Performing Loan (NPF/NPL), serta Financing to Deposit Ratio/Loan To Deposit Ratio (FDR/LDR). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif dengan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari empat sampel Bank Umum Syariah dan Bank Konvensional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistic  deskriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada rasio Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) antara Bank Umum Syariah dan Bank Konvensional. Sementara itu, pada rasio Return  On Asset (ROA), Non Performing Financing / Non Performing Loan (NPF/NPL), serta Financing to Deposit Ratio/Loan To Deposit Ratio (FDR/LDR) tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kedua jenis bank memiliki  perbedaan terutama pada aspek kecukupan modal, namun dari sisi profitabilitas , kualitas pembiayaan/kredit, serta likuiditas keduanya menunjukkan kinerja yang relatif sebanding.
