Abstract

Ibadat memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk spiritualitas bagi mahasiswa calon katekis di Sekolah Tinggi Pastoral Yayasan Institut Pastoral Indonesia Malang. Artikel ini mengesplorasi bagaimana praktik ibadat sabda menjadi model penting dalam mengembangkan dimensi spiritual mahasiswa, membantu mereka memperdalam pemahaman akan ajaran agama, dan memberi pondasi kuat dalam membimbing jemaat di masa depan. Dengan fokus pada pengenalan, refleksi dan aplikasi ajaran agama melalui ibadat sabda. Artikel ini menggambarkan betapa esensialnya ibadat sabda dalam membentuk karakter dan komitmen spiritual bagi mahasiswa calon katekis. Ibadat Sabda juga dapat membantu mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan dan tuntutan dalam pekerjaan pastoral, serta memperkuat iman mereka dalam mengajar dan memimpin jemaat. Oleh karena itu, ibadat Sabda sebagai model pembentukan spiritualitas sangat penting bagi mahasiswa calon katekis di Sekolah Tinggi Pastoral Yayasan Institut Pastoral Indonesia Malang. Dalam melaksanakan tugas mereka sebagai pemimpin rohani, mahasiswa calon katekis harus memperhatikan pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas yang kuat sebagai fondasi utama dalam menghadapi tantangan dan tuntutan dalam pekerjaan pastoral.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini akan membahas bagaimana mengembangkan etika dan moralitas anak-anak katolik di paroki. Etika dan moralitas termasuk Pendidikan karakter. Etika adalah tingkah laku yang dilakukan secara berulang-ulang, dan sudah menjadi kebiasaan. Sedangkan moralitas yaitu mengacu pada suatu nilai bagaimana manusia harus hidup yang baik. Peneliti mengangkat permasalahan ini karena kebanyakan orang mengetahui bahwa bagaimana tingkah laku anak-anak pada era saat ini. Untuk itu peneliti mengangkat judul ini agar bisa menyalurkan solusi atau anspirasi bagi pembaca. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar membantu para orang tua atau orang dewasa untuk membimbing anak-anak nya dengan baik, beretika dan bermoral sesuai dengan ajaran umat katolik sendiri. Untuk itu Pendidikan karakter bagi anak-anak ini sangat lah penting apalagi mengenai kemajuan zaman yang semakin pesat ini. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah memakai metode kualitatif yaitu observasi secara langsung kegiatan di sekolah maupun paroki dan juga mengambil sumber dari karya ilmiah atau artikel lain.

Abstract

Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya peran katekese dalam pengembangan iman kaum muda Katolik di gereja saat ini. Metodologi analisis digunakan untuk mengevaluasi peran katekese sebagai alat pengembangan iman. Katekese berfungsi sebagai sarana bagi gereja untuk menyampaikan ajaran iman kepada kaum muda, memungkinkan pengembangan religius yang efektif. Kajian ini berfokus pada permasalahan kaum muda masa kini, yang rentan terhadap pengaruh arus modern dan cepat bosan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa generasi muda berada dalam tahap pencarian jati diri, sehingga memerlukan pendampingan untuk memperkuat iman mereka. Katekese digital, yang menggabungkan teknologi dengan pesan keagamaan, menawarkan solusi yang relevan dan menarik bagi kaum muda. Melalui katekese, generasi muda dapat memperdalam pemahaman terhadap ajaran agama, mempererat hubungan dengan Tuhan, dan mengembangkan jati diri. Secara keseluruhan, katekese digital memainkan peran penting dalam pengembangan iman kaum muda Kristiani, memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih percaya diri dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia digital.

Abstract

Orang tua dikatakan sebagai pendidik pertama dan utama, karena lingkungan rumah tangga menjadi tempat yang paling utama bagi anak-anak untuk belajar menemukan, menghayati dan mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai kehidupan, diantara-Nya nilai religus, moral, sosial kemanusiaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah orang tua berperan dalam pendidikan iman remaja Katolik di stasi St. Fransiskus Asisi, Satoki Sungai Syak Keuskupan Sanggau. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peran orang tua dalam pendidikan iman remaja Katolik di St. Fransiskus Asisi Paroki Ayak Keuskupan Sanggau. Yang menjadi hal penting peran orang tua yang mengajarkan nilai-nilai religius, dan moral kepada remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. dengan teknik angket kepada orang tua. Penelitian melibatkan Ketua stasi, ketua Orang Muda Katolik, dan anggota Orang Muda Katolik lainya guna mendapatkan data yang benar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan F prosen. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara keseluruhan menggunakan F prosen, diperoleh hasil skor 2,33 artinya peran orang tua dalam pendidikan iman Remaja Kurang di stasi St. Fransiskus Asisi Paroki sungai Ayan Baik/kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the significance of the organist's role in enhancing the faith experience of the congregation during the celebration of the Eucharist. The research was conducted at the Church of St. John the Baptist in Malang using a quantitative approach. Data collection used a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire whose validity had been tested using Aiken's V and was declared reliable based on the Alpha Cronbach formula. Data collection techniques are carried out by utilizing the Google Form. The research respondents were 307 Catholics. Data were analyzed using product-moment correlation (Pearson). The results showed that there was a relationship between organ music accompaniment and the appreciation of the parishioners at the Eucharistic celebration with Pearson's correlation coefficient (0.159) > r table (0.113), meaning that H0, was rejected and H1, was accepted. The Pearson correlation coefficient value is 0.159 when compared to the Pearson correlation criteria guideline table, indicating a fragile correlation level.

Abstract

Creativity in delivering digital catechesis plays an important role in building meaningful experiences for people in the modern era. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation. In this article, we discuss how creativity can enrich the religious experience of individuals, especially the younger generation who are accustomed to technology. The use of digital media allows catechesis to be more interesting and easy to remember. In addition, this article highlights the importance of compiling catechetical materials that are relevant, touching, and inspiring. By utilizing technology well and wisely, churches and catechetical teachers can create space for reflection, dialogue, and deeper spiritual growth. Creativity in digital catechesis is not only about introducing religious values in a modern way, but also building a strong connection between individuals and their spiritual beliefs. Thus, creativity in delivering digital catechesis allows people to experience a deeper, more meaningful and relevant religious experience in the ever-changing digital era.

Abstract

The use of visual media in berkatekese can increase the effectiveness of learning in the digital era. In this day and age, digital technology has changed the way we learn and teach. This article discusses how visual media such as pictures, videos, animations can increase the absorption of information and the involvement of students in the learning process. Visual media not only enriches the learning experience but also helps teachers to convey material more easily and can be understood by students. In addition, the use of visual media in catechesis can help learning to be more effective in understanding the material and remembering students. The research method used in this article is a qualitative method with the main approach, namely direct observation at school and literature study. The results show that the use of visual media in learning can increase learner engagement and help in understanding learning materials well. Although it has shortcomings, it has benefits in supporting the learning process of Catholic religion in the digital era.

Abstract

Religious teachings are an urgent part of education to shape one's character and morals. In the digital era, multimedia is utilized as an effective tool to enhance the quality of teaching and make learning more engaging. This article aims to discuss the implementation of multimedia as a teaching aid in religious teaching in the digital age. The research method used is literature study by collecting data from relevant and up-to-date literature. Through a literature study, the author introduces the concept of multimedia and its benefits in teaching religious. In the context of multimedia in religious education, researchers employ content analysis to examine and interpret the content of multimedia materials used in teaching. This analysis involve identifying recurring themes, analyzing the alignment of multimedia content with religious teachings, and evaluating the effectiveness of multimedia elements (e.g., visuals, audio, interactivity) in conveying religious concepts. The results indicate that multimedia can enhance the teacher teaching process and improve the learning experience for participants. However, the use of multimedia in catechesis also presents challenges, such as technical issues and excessive usage. The author suggests a selective and thoughtful approach when utilizing multimedia in catechesis. This article is helpful for religious educators and catechists in understanding the significance of multimedia use in religious education in the digital age and implementing it effectively. In conclusion, this article emphasizes the imperative role of spiritual teachings in education for shaping individuals' character and morals, underscoring the significance of prudently integrating multimedia technology within religious learning.

Abstract

Social media has an important role in building and strengthening religious communities. Social media can be used to build and strengthen believers, in the current digital era social media has become a platform that is widely used by many people to interact and share information as well as a means to develop faith and strengthen brotherhood between religious communities. . In a religious context, social media can be a powerful tool for spreading religious messages and building solid religious communities. In this case the discussion includes community, religion and social media. Through this article, it is hoped that readers can find new inspiration and motivation to build a solid and connected religious community through social media. After all of the things above have been touched on, by using the literature study method, this article offers a solution that building a community of believers is not only through meetings or face-to-face encounters but can be done through social media.

Abstract

Seeing that the times are increasingly advanced and everyone cannot be separated from this technology, the author hereby raises the issue of character formation through digital catechesis. This brings new opportunities and challenges in character formation. Digital catechesis, which utilizes digital media to convey catechetical messages, can be an effective tool for reaching the younger generation and helping them develop good character. This study uses qualitative methods by collecting information through literature analysis. Data collection methods involve analyzing and drawing information from various written sources, such as books, scientific journals, and articles. By utilizing technology wisely, digital catechesis can become an integral part of sustainable and meaningful character formation for individuals and their religious communication. Apart from the many benefits of this technological advancement there are also challenges, but by utilizing technology wisely, digital catechesis can become a tool. which is effective in conveying religious messages, forming character, and strengthening spiritual ties in society. Therefore, it is important for the Catholic Church and catechists to take advantage of the opportunities that exist in this digital era to continue the mission of character formation and spreading religious values.
