Abstract

Information technology is a general term for anything related to anything that assists humans in creating, modifying, storing, managing or disseminating information. . The development of technology at this time is very rapid and has an impact on all aspects of people's lives, one of which is in the field of business and business. Currently there are many business people who apply technology in running their business, both in making efforts, storing data, and evaluating efforts. One form of the application of information technology is to measure customer satisfaction in online businesses in the fashion sector. The service carried out is training on the use of Google Forms as a medium for customer satisfaction when making purchases at the Online Fashion Store. Online shop customers will provide questions in the form, related to products and services. The training carried out is by providing an explanation about Google Forms and mentoring the owner and admin. The results of this dedication can be applied by online stores and can be used for evaluation of online fashion stores. This is aimed at fashion online stores in improving the quality of online stores.

Abstract

Nowadays, libraries are rarely visited by people or students due to the widespread use of sophisticated equipment to search for information, but there are still some people who come to the library to look for important references, but most people who come to the library are often uncomfortable because of the service. from admin and library which is less than satisfactory. The library at the Medan Integrated Al-Ulum Islamic College still has a manual concept and is still rigid in the services provided to library visitors. The Community Service Team is here to provide socialization regarding service to visitors who come in a good and friendly manner, and with this community service it teaches officers to be able to communicate and provide good service in the future, because the library is a facility that provides information for the general public. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the attitude of adolescents towards their parents, in the principles of Islamic communication in Jaharun Village, Galang District. This is motivated by the lack of awareness of adolescents in communication ethics. In general, everyone must have communication ethics, because communication is the most important thing in the life of every human being. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data we collected used the interview and observation stages. After this data was obtained, we carried out this analysis using the tabularasa theory. The results of this study turned out that the attitudes and communication ethics of adolescents were not in accordance with the principles of Islamic communication. Therefore, the effort that can be made for the awareness of youth in Jaharun village is to mobilize and provide motivation through activities related to good communication. In addition, the assemblies in Jaharun Village must also be developed and revived, by inviting all youth to attend every recitation held by the assemblies. Abstract

When people communicate, they seek to achieve shared meaning and share information, ideas, or attitudes with other individuals. If there is no resemblance, there will be a misunderstanding of meaning between the communicator and the communicant; alternatively, the communicant will not catch the message it receives; finally communication will not take place or not communicative. In addition, early childhood, which ranges from one to five years of age, is a very challenging time for children to understand the meaning of language; hence, communication must be considered to ensure that children are not confused. Because the data source for this research is not people but documents, this research uses a qualitative approach. In addition to using documentation techniques, researchers also use comparison methods to find common ground in the process of forming communication principles in early childhood. This research is one example of the type of research conducted in the library (library research). The type of analysis that looks at the substance of the data is called content analysis. The research findings suggest that children enter what is known as a "golden age" at a young age. This is a time when young children are exposed to a variety of stimuli, which this study defines as the "age of wonders." Through clear and consistent communication with children while they are young, we can help them learn to identify and distinguish between right and wrong, making it easier to solve problems, and look out for the best interests of the child. It is hoped that in the future, children will not make wrong decisions about the people they associate with outside the family and will not experiment with activities that can harm themselves or the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of business level strategy on J.CO company that conducts corporate activities to achieve competitive advantage in the market. J.CO is a local company that offers different donut flavors and several types of coffee. The donuts served by J.CO are very soft and fresh, and the various fruit toppings and fillings make their appearance even more appetizing. J.CO was founded on July 26, 2005 in Jakarta. Business level strategy is a decision taken by a company to gain competitive advantage in a particular market. usually done by managers to achieve success when competing with companies that offer similar products.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and service quality on user satisfaction at Medan State University. This research uses effective understanding in interpersonal communication and finds out what influence users have in visiting the library at Medan State University. This data collection technique is through observation and documentation. This data analysis technique uses thematic analysis. In providing services, librarians must foster positive, transparent and interpersonal relationships by providing services that make librarians very happy when visiting the library. Communication is a very important factor in working between humans and other people in the work environment, for example between employees in the same position or employees in different positions. The aim of this research is to obtain information or feedback and improve user-friendly services, which is a form of collaboration between users and librarians to understand the aims and objectives. It is concluded that librarians can be defined as library employees who are intended to provide services to the public or library users, based on knowledge obtained through training, literature and library information.

Abstract

Perpustakaan Keliling Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia (Poli) merupakan salah satu inovasi dalam upaya meningkatkan pendidikan masyarakat, khususnya di daerah terpencil dan sulit diakses. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital, program tersebut akan disosialisasikan melalui platform YouTube dan menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efektivitas sosialisasi Perpustakaan Keliling Polri di YouTube dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam program literasi ini. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis konten video YouTube dan studi terhadap pengguna yang mengakses konten tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan keberhasilan platform YouTube sebagai media yang efektif untuk menyebarkan informasi, menarik perhatian masyarakat, dan mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam program literasi. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan strategi konten yang lebih interaktif dan kolaboratif untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program Perpustakaan Keliling Polri.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain information or feedback and improve user-friendly services, which is a form of collaboration between users and librarians to understand the purpose and objectives.Results: The results of this study prove that the most important thing is the positive influence of positive service to visitors and the quality of service to the accuracy of consumers can be well received.Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, a desktop-based information system application can be produced that can handle library services, among others, such as membership registration services, loans, returns, storage, library catalogue services, and compensation services.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of bullying that occurs in the digital world through social media, which has serious psychological and physical impacts on victims, such as depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and decreased motivation to study. Teenagers, as active users of social media, are vulnerable to this type of bullying, so anti-bullying education on social media is very important to increase awareness, empathy, and responsibility in online interactions. The community service program at MAPN 4 Medan employs interactive socialization methods, provides educational modules, and establishes peer support groups to prevent and address cyberbullying. Evaluations indicate improved understanding among students and teachers regarding the various forms and impacts of cyberbullying, as well as increased awareness of the need for proactive action in prevention. Teacher involvement and school environment support are key factors in the program's success. With ongoing education and social support, it is hoped that a safe, comfortable, and mentally healthy school environment will be created for students in the digital age

Abstract

Komunikasi politik merupakan salah satu aspek yang mudah kita jumpai dan kenali dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, Komunikasi politik di negeri ini tercermin dalam perbincangan mengenai topik politik dengan tetangga dan teman. Segala interaksi antara keluarga, komunitas, dan elit politik dapat digambarkan sebagai komunikasi politik. Kajian ini dilakukan sebagai landasan analisis yang lebih terbuka, kajian politik dan komunikasi, serta persepsi yang lebih terbuka terhadap rencana kerja calon presiden, khususnya Prabowo Subianto.Tak hanya itu, kami juga melakukan kajian data. Data ini diperlukan agar penelitian ini lebih Aktual. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Analisis isi adalah suatu teknik penelitian yang mengkaji dan menganalisis isi komunikasi selama periode waktu tertentu dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi kecenderungan yang terlihat dan tersembunyi dalam pesan komunikasi. Sesuai dengan ide Prabowo sendiri, ia berjanji akan meningkatkan layanan makan siang gratis untuk mencegah malnutrisi dan malnutrisi pada anak-anak Indonesia. Kami akhirnya mendiskusikan ide ini dan mulai mempelajari penelitian ini untuk melihat seberapa layak program tersebut. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengetahui apa jadinya jika hal tersebut terjadi di Sumatera Utara. Menurut BPS Sumut, jumlah penduduk Sumut diproyeksikan sebanyak 15.386.640 jiwa pada tahun 2023. Jumlah ini meningkat hampir 300.000 orangdari tahun 2022, dan kini tinggal 15.115.206 orang. Salah satu program makan siang gratis ini sebenarnya sudah cukup baik, namun masih banyak kekurangannya, apalagi dengan sumber daya yang diberikan pada program makan siang gratis tersebut. Mungkin akan lebih baik untuk memprioritaskan daerah-daerah tertinggal atau daerah-daerah yang memiliki pendapatan yang tidak banyak. Dan program ini dapat diadopsi oleh negara-negara berkembang lainnya untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusianya dan bersaing di kancah dunia.
