Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) memiliki peran strategis dalam mencetak lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja sekaligus mendukung tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs). Meskipun saat ini pendekatan STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) sudah banyak diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di SMK, namun belum terintegrasi dengan SDGs. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis potensi integrasi STEAM-SDGs dalam pembelajaran proyek IPAS di SMK Bina Utama Kendal. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian empat responden guru proyek IPAS. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan 100% guru mengaitkan pembelajaran proyek IPAS dengan masalah sosial dan lingkungan sekitar dan mendukung penerapan integrasi STEAM-SDGs, integrasi STEAM-SDGs mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan global, 75% responden guru proyek IPAS menyatakan sarana dan prasarana di sekolah siap, meskipun kurikulum sekolah belum berorientasi SDGs. Intregasi STEAM-SDGs dinilai mampu membuat pembelajaran proyek IPAS lebih menarik dan efektik dalam mengembangkan ketrampilan abad 21 sehingga menumbuhkan solusi inovatif terhadap masalah lingkungan. Namun dalam penerapannya masih terkendala keterbatasan waktu pembelajaran dan kesiapan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah kompleks.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia in understanding the material on forms and changes of energy in everyday life. One of the main obstacles identified is the lack of teaching aids and the unappealing nature of student worksheets, which hampers the learning process. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of elementary students' understanding of the forms and changes of energy, as well as to identify the obstacles they face in learning the material. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including student observations, teacher interviews, and the administration of a post-test at the end of the learning session. The research subjects are fifth-grade students of SDN 1 Narimbang Mulia. The results of the study show that most students have a fairly good understanding of the concepts of energy forms and changes. However, there are still obstacles in the learning process, including limited teaching aids and uninteresting student worksheets. This study is expected to serve as a basis for developing more effective learning strategies to improve students' understanding of the material on energy forms and changes in everyday life.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of communication and coordination on the performance of employees in the fire department at the Serang City Satpol PP Service partially and simultaneously, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, the sample amounted to 74 people who were employees of the Fire Department of the Serang City Satpol PP Office. The descriptive analysis results showed that the respondents classified the communication, coordination and performance as very good because they were in the interval 4.20 – 5.00. By partial test the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the coordination variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance in the Fire Department of the Satpol PP Serang City Office. In a joint test (simultaneous) communication and coordination have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Fire Department of the Serang City Police Satpol PP employees. The percentage contribution of the influence of communication and coordination variables on employee performance variables is 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study,

Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted realm of student learning styleswithin the assessment framework of the Merdeka Curriculum. Employing aqualitative approach through an extensive review of academic literature, itmeticulously examines a vast array of scholarly journals and books to unravela comprehensive understanding of learning styles and their profoundimplications for assessment practices. The meticulous analysis unveils threeprominent categories of learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. Thesestyles are not merely static traits but rather dynamic constructs shaped by acomplex interplay of internal factors, such as individual personalitycharacteristics, and external influences, including the ever-evolving modernera. As a result, many contemporary students exhibit a combination of learningstyles, defying rigid categorization into a single style. The MerdekaCurriculum, with its inherent flexibility, empowers educators to embark on ajourney of mapping the diverse learning styles of their students. This valuableinformation is then strategically transformed into a powerful tool for designingassessments that resonate with the unique strengths and preferences of eachlearner. By tailoring assessments to align with a student's preferred learningstyle, educators can foster a more inclusive and supportive learningenvironment, ultimately propelling each student towards achieving thedesignated learning objectives. This research serves as a valuable contributionto the evolving landscape of understanding learner styles and their profoundimplications for assessment practices in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum. Abstract

A study was conducted to investigate the impact of a planning course on prospective teachers' professionalism in a Physics Education Study Program. Using a qualitative case study method, the study analyzed data from 5th semester students who took the course. The findings showed that the planning course not only equipped students with skills in developing lesson plans, but also boosted their confidence and readiness for real teaching experience. Additionally, the course encouraged students to engage in self-reflection, which is crucial for their professional development. The study suggests that higher education institutions should ensure the effective implementation of the planning course to produce competent teachers who are well-prepared to tackle the challenges of the education field.

Abstract

Film Tuhan, Izinkan Aku Berdosa menghadirkan narasi kritis tentang kemunafikan religius, penindasan terhadap perempuan dalam struktur sosial patriarkal. Tokoh utama, Kiran, digambarkan sebagai perempuan religius yang taat beragama dan memiliki integritas moral. Namun, kehidupannya berubah drastis ketika ia difitnah oleh Abu Darda, seorang pemimpin agama yang memiliki kekuasaan simbolik dan sosial yang kuat di lingkungan masyarakat. Fitnah tersebut menyebabkan Kiran kehilangan kepercayaan publik, mengalami pengucilan sosial, serta tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari lingkungannya bahkan dari keluarganya sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk penindasan perempuan, relasi kuasa patriarki yang di atas namakan agama, serta bentuk perlawanan tokoh perempuan dalam film melalui perspektif feminisme sosialis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis adegan, dialog, dan alur cerita. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa film ini merepresentasikan keterkaitan antara patriarki, kekuasaan religius, dan kontrol sosial terhadap tubuh serta moral perempuan. Film ini juga menyampaikan pesan moral mengenai pentingnya keadilan, empati, dan sikap kritis dalam memaknai religiusitas.

Abstract

Flashcard media is a learning media that can help students understand their learning, especially in IPAS material. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the "natural disaster mitigation" flashcard media by the validator and analyze the impact of the "natural disaster mitigation" flashcard media on students' creativity and communication. The research method used in this study is Research and Development with the ADDIE development model. The data collection technique used was in the form of observation sheets. The results obtained were the feasibility assessment of the "natural disaster mitigation" flashcard media that was developed and received an assessment from media experts with a percentage of 97%. Then, the assessment given by the two subject matter experts with percentages of 90% and 82%. Furthermore, the impact of creativity generated by students through the flashcard media "natural disaster mitigation" received a percentage result above 80% which was assessed through an observation sheet. The impact of communication is also seen through the acquisition of the existing percentage, which is in the range of 80%-85%. The impact of creativity and communication is shown through open-ended questions contained in the flashcard media "natural disaster mitigation". So, from the development of the "natural disaster mitigation" flashcard media carried out, it can be declared suitable for use in learning.
