Abstract

The Industrial Era 4.0 in Indonesia is characterized by automation and easy connections. Technological advances have had a major impact on changes in people's habits. According to Article 28G paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, every person has the right to protection of himself, his family, his honour, honor and dignity, as well as the property he controls. The ease of transactions using online payment media has triggered cyber crimes such as data theft, hacking and system break-ins which are increasing along with the increasing use of digital technology. Cybercrime, such as personal data leakage, identity theft, and financial loss, can have a major impact on society and organizations. The research method used is normative juridical. The conclusion of this research is the effectiveness of implementing laws to protect personal data in Indonesia, how these regulations can ward off cyber crimes which are increasingly widespread in Indonesia based on applicable laws and regulations from the threat of fear of doing or not doing something that is a human right.”  This can be corrected by adopting several personal data regulations from several developed countries which have proven effective in preventing public data leaks which pose a very high risk to banking and company accounts. The formulation of Effective Regulations on the protection of personal data from Cyber Crime must consider the Essence and Scope of Personal Data, the principles of data protection, the obligations of the managing organization, the rights of Individuals, Supervision and law enforcement and the Harmonization of integration with applicable witnesses such as: administrative fines, Restrictions or Prohibitions on Operations, criminal liability, civil damages, and publication of violations

Abstract

Bali as one of the target areas of urbanization and mobilization is inseparable to the issues of immigrants. Sanur area, particularly the one that is known as a tourist area, has been most the target of the visits of immigrants seeking to improve the economy. Sanur Desa Pakraman Intaran of Denpasar has undergone transformation from a fishing village into a village that relies on tourism sector. Ideally, the immigrants or called as tamiu are obliged to report themselves to the head of the neighborhood or local prajuru adat/banjar for the creation of an orderly administration. However, in practice there are immigrants who have not cared to work on the rules. To overcome the problem, it is necessary to the efforts in the form of structuring the immigrants. Structuring the immigrants necessarily requires synergy between the village of service with pakraman in order to create the same understanding, vision and mission in order to control the immigrants.

Abstract

The increasing number of aggravated theft cases within the jurisdiction of the Bali Regional Police has required the police to adopt policies in exercising their authority to create public security and order. Based on this condition, the Indonesian National Police, particularly the Bali Regional Police, implemented a strategic measure through the conduct of the “Operasi Sikat Agung 2025” or “2025 Agung Clean-Up Operation”. This study aims to identify the operational mechanisms and procedures as well as to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of Operasi Sikat Agung 2025. This research employs an empirical juridical approach, in which primary data were obtained through direct interviews with officials involved in the implementation of 2025 Agung Clean-Up Operation. Secondary data were collected from statutory regulations, official police documents, and scientific publications related to aggravated theft cases. The results indicate that the implementation of this strategy was able to uncover all predetermined operational targets; however, it has not been fully optimal, as an increasing trend in aggravated theft cases still persists. The implications of this study highlight the importance of regulatory updates, strengthening the capacity of law enforcement personnel, and enhancing synergy between the police and the community in order to realize a sustainable and locally responsive crime prevention system
