Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of training and competency development on employee performance at PT Anugerah Tangkas Transportindo (ATT Group). The research employed a quantitative method with a survey approach, collecting data through questionnaires distributed to ATT Group employees. The results of the analysis indicate that training and competency development have a significant effect on improving employee performance. These findings affirm that structured training programs and efforts to enhance employee competencies can increase motivation and work productivity, thereby contributing to the overall performance of the company. This study recommends that ATT Group management continue to develop training and competency programs tailored to employee needs to achieve organizational goals optimally.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how the Literacy Warkop location influences student buyer interest at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta). Factors such as comfort, accessibility and atmosphere were studied through a survey conducted by twenty students. In this current era of globalization, a coffee shop is not only a place to enjoy coffee, but also a place to interact socially and intellectually. It is hoped that the location of the literacy shop near the library or academic building will increase student accessibility and comfort. The research results show that students' buying interest is greatly influenced by the right purchase location. The buyer's desire to buy something which is influenced by internal and external factors is called buying interest. This research helps business people determine location placement methods to attract student attention. Therefore, location maintenance is very important for the success of literacy warkop in attracting student customers.

Abstract

This research aims to examine strategies for developing creative economy-based micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang District, Serang Regency. The research method used is qualitative, involving observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as analyzing the SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in developing MSMEs in the region. Informants consisted of various parties, including the sub-district head, MSME actors, academics, and government agencies. The research results show that creative economy-based MSMEs in Serang District face a number of challenges, such as limited capital, raw materials, production equipment, and limited market access. The recommended development strategy is the SO (growth) strategy, which prioritizes the use of internal strengths to increase competitive advantage, product diversification, strengthening cooperation between MSMEs, improving product quality, and more aggressive marketing. By implementing these strategies, it is hoped that MSMEs in Serang District can increase their contribution to regional economic development

Abstract

E-commerce and digital platforms like TikTok Shop have significantly impacted the business model of MSMEs in Indonesia. This article discusses the role of e-commerce in promoting the growth of MSMEs and the local economy through quality products and competitive pricing. TikTok Shop has opened opportunities for MSMEs to market their products creatively through short videos and other features, including collaboration with influencers to expand marketing reach. However, the closure of TikTok Shop also negatively impacted traditional market traders, causing a decrease in income and challenges in competing with online prices. To support MSMEs, the government coordinates and monitors MSME activities, as well as provides digital-based training programs to improve technical skills. The government also records MSMEs through the Cooperative and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Data System (Simdakop). Effective marketing strategies, such as consistency, planning, and the use of social media, are crucial for MSMEs to remain competitive in an increasingly tight market. With the right efforts from the government, MSMEs are expected to take advantage of existing opportunities and contribute significantly to national economic growth.

Abstract

Leadership training and human resource (HR) development for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta). Organizational culture has an effect on development programs, such as leadership training. this factor is very important in achieving success. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires given to students who take part in leadership training programs at FEB Untirta. The analysis shows that organizational culture that supports collaboration, innovation, and openness has a positive effect on the effectiveness of leadership training programs. In contrast, organizational customs that tend to be hierarchical and unchangeable can hinder the development of students' human resources. This study assists training program managers at FEB Untirta in developing approaches that are in line with organizational culture to improve leadership training outcomes and student human resource development in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to improve the efficiency of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) transactions to make them safer and easier to access in the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Sindangsari environment. QRIS is one of the payment instruments introduced by Bank Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method on MSMEs that actively use QRIS in the payment method available at the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University canteen, Sindangsari. This data was collected through observation and interviews with 7 MSME owners and 10 buyers, to find out the reasons for choosing non-cash over cash, to find out the increase in the number of transactions after using QRIS, the advantages of using QRIS and its obstacles as well as the positive and negative impacts on the effectiveness and operations of MSMEs. Thus, QRIS has proven effective as a digital payment instrument that supports the growth of MSMEs at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, Sindangsari.

Abstract

This research focuses on examining the impact of organizational behavior and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Sentosa Harmony Steel Cikande. A quantitative methodology was utilized, employing a survey approach to gather data through questionnaires distributed among the employees of PT. Sentosa Harmony Steel. The analysis revealed that both organizational behavior and work motivation significantly contribute to enhancing employee performance. These results imply that a positive work environment, robust managerial support, and strong motivational factors can lead to increased productivity and success among employees. The study suggests that the company should consistently promote positive organizational behavior and adopt strategies to boost work motivation to achieve optimal performance.

Abstract

Gen-Z has grown alongside rapid technological and digital media development, fostering frequent virtual interactions over face-to-face ones. This shift often triggers Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), where individuals feel anxious about missing trends or updates. Among Gen-Z, FOMO is strongly influenced by social media, driving consumptive behavior. This article explores how FOMO creates opportunities for Indonesian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through jasa titip (personal shopping services). Using the Dubai Chocolate trend as a case study, it highlights how social media-driven demand has spurred interest in personal shopping services to source and deliver such products. The research emphasizes the importance of social media as a tool for MSMEs to tap into FOMO-driven markets. It also encourages MSMEs to innovate by offering affordable, locally sourced alternatives to remain competitive. This approach enables MSMEs to thrive in a dynamic, trend-focused digital landscape.

Abstract

Employee work behavior is an important component to achieve organizational goals and performance. Transformational leadership style and organizational culture affect work behavior, but previous research results show different opinions. Therefore, this study aims to review and analyze the relationship between transformational leadership style and organizational culture on employee work behavior by examining previous research findings with relevant theories. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method that focuses on literature studies. This study uses articles by Zaenal Arifin, Wawan Prahiawan, and Ranthy Pancasasti to be analyzed as well as the basis for the research conducted. The purpose of this qualitative study is to understand how transformational leadership style and organizational culture have an influence on the formation of work behavior of PT. Cemindo Gemilang employees. The findings of this study indicate that the combination of leaders who have an effective leadership style and a strong organizational culture encourages employees to have productive work behavior. From this study, it is hoped that the company can foster leaders to be inspiring and have a healthy organizational culture.

Abstract

Organizational behavior plays an important role in determining the level of success of the Management Student Association (HMJ Manajemen) organization. By implementing good organizational behavior, members of the organization can work together and communicate effectively, so that each work program can run smoothly and common goals are more easily achieved. In addition, positive organizational behavior can also increase the enthusiasm and activeness of members in participating in various activities. A comfortable and open organizational environment will make members feel appreciated, so that new ideas can emerge and be implemented properly. The decision-making process becomes more participatory and transparent when organizational behavior runs well, so that decisions taken can be accepted by all members. Interaction within the organization also helps members develop various important skills such as leadership, communication, and the ability to work in a team. Not only that, professional organizational behavior will strengthen the image and reputation of HMJ Manajemen on campus and off campus. This will make it easier for the organization to establish cooperation and gain support from various parties.
