Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion on Impulse Buying both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of survey research using descriptive and verification approaches. The object of consumer research shop UD Putra Tiga Saudara Majalengka.The results showed that 75.48% of consumers behaved in Shopping Lifestyle, 75.45% of consumers were in Positive Emotion conditions and 75.39% showed impulse buying behavior. Partially Shopping Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 13.76%. Meanwhile, Positive Emotion has no effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 1.88%. However, simultaneous Shopping Lifestyle and Positive Emotion have a significant effect on Impulse Buying with a contribution rate of 15%. Seeing these results, it is important to do research again on the Positive Emotion variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Perceived Value and Switching Barriers on Customer Retention with the research object of Majalengka University students using IM3 Ooredoo Cards. This research is a type of survey research with descriptive and verification approaches with a sample size of 100 students. The data source was obtained from primary data where data was taken directly from students, namely through filling out a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data analysis through multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results showed that Customer Perceived Value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention with a contribution rate of 21.71%. Switching Barriers have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention with a contribution rate of 21.62%. Customer Perceived Value and Switching Barriers have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention with a contribution rate of 28.8%. For further research, it is important to conduct research related to customer lifetime value with 2-3 research objects and to use more complex analytical tools.

Abstract

Talent management and knowledge management are important forces in improving employee performance. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a survey method with associative research type. Population and sample in this research are permanent employees of PT. Sinjaraga Santika Sport Majalengka as many as 88 people. Data was collected through a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements, the method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that talent management and knowledge management have a positive and significant effect on employee performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of brand equity and country of origin on Samsung smartphone product purchase interest in the students of the Faculty of Economics, Majalengka University). The research method used in this study is a survey with a descriptive and verification analysis approach. The sample in this study were 100 students using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling and sampling using the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Testing the data instrument is done by validity and reliability testing. Data analysis using correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test). The results of the study show that for Brand Equity and Country Of Origin including good categories and buying interest including the high category. Brand Equity significantly influences consumer buying interest. Country Of Origin significantly influences consumer buying interest. Simultaneously Brand equity and Country Of origin significantly influence consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The service quality of the Wedhatama Cooperative (KOPTAMA) is centered on efforts to fulfill the needs and desires of members and the provision of delivery to meet the expectations of members. Service quality depends on the ability of the service provider to consistently meet the expectations of members. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on cooperative member satisfaction and its implications for member participation as debtors of the Wredatama Ngada Pension Cooperative. This study uses explanatory study methods (descriptive verification). The dimensions used in this study are Service Quality (SERVQUAL) (X) which consists of the variables Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4), and Empathy (X5) which are associated with Member satisfaction variables. (Y) and Member Participation variable (Z) using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results show that there is significance influence between service quality variables (Tangible (X1), Reliability (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) , and Empathy (X5) on member satisfaction and the effect of member satisfaction on member participation by 48.40%, while the remaining 51.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan PKM ini adalah Gabungan kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN) Desa Cibodas Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka Jawa Barat. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra untuk dijadikan permasalahan prioritas dalam pengabdian ini yaitu Sebagian masyarakatnya belum memiliki mata pencaharian tetap, Peternakan cenderung menurun karena mengalami kesulitan pakan, Belum  optimal  dan  berkelanjutan dalam memanfaatkan Sumber daya yang ada, kesulitan memasarkan produk pakan ternak. Tujuan dari pengabdian pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu  Pendampingan produksi pakan ternak dan pelatihan kewirausahaan, Pelatihan dan pendampingan sistem pertanian terpadu (sistandu). Target luaran yang akan dihasilkan dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Keterampilan dalam memproduksi pakan ternak, Keterampilan dalam membuat produk yang menarik dan Keterampilan  pengelolaan sistem pertanian terpadu.

Abstract

Abstract. The purposeofthisstudyisto determine the effect of work-family conflict and role ambiguity on organizational commitment. The research method used is descriptive verification approach with quantitative data types. The research population was a civil servant and non-civil servant teachers of State Elementary Schools in Majalengka District, Majalengka Regency, totaling 474 teachers. (1-5). Data analysis was carried out through multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F test with processing using the SPSSversion 21 application. The resultsshowedthatwork-familyconflictandrole ambiguity had a negativeandsignificanteffecton organizationalcommitment.Keywords: organizational commitment; role ambiguity; work-family conflictAbstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh work family conflict dan ambiguitas peran terhadap komitmen organisasi. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif.. Populasi penelitian adalah guru PNS dan non PNS Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Majalengka Kabupaten Majalengka yang berjumlah 474 guru dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Random sampling dengan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 83 guru dengan skala pengukuruan Likert (1-5). Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F dengan pengolahan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Versi 21. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa workfamily conflict dan ambiguitas peran berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapkomitmenorganisasi.Katakunci: ambiguitas peran; komitmen organisasi; work family conflict

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find out how the influence of price strategies and visual merchandising on online purchasing decisions on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Majalengka University, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses survey methods with descriptive verification analysis techniques. The sample used was 90 students. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire with a Likert Scale. Testing the research instrument is by testing the validity and reliability test. Data analysis using classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that pricing strategies, visual merchandising and online purchasing decisions are good. Partially the price strategy has a positive and significant effect on online and visual merchandising purchasing decisions and has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, pricing strategies and visual merchandising have a significant effect on purchasing decisions online. Cognitive dissonance post-purchase an important variable for further research relating to the contribution of pricing strategies and visual merchandising. Keyword : Price Strategy, Visual Merchandising, Online Purchase Decision. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh strategi harga dan visual merchandising terhadap keputusan pembelian online mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomika dan Bisnis Universitas Majalengka baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik analisis deskriptif verifikatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 mahasiswa. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dengan Skala Likert.  Pengujian instrumen dengan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi harga, visual merchandising dan keputusan pembelian online berkategori baik. Secara parsial strategi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online dan visual merchandising berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian online. Secara simultan strategi harga dan visual merchandising berpengaruh signifikan keputusan pembelian secara online. Disonansi kognitif pasca pembelian menjadi variabel penting untuk diteliti selanjutnya berkaitan dengan kontribusi strategi harga dan visual merchandising. Kata Kunci : Strategi Harga, Visual Merchandising, Keputusan Pembelian Secara Online.

Abstract

The more advanced and growing Indonesian society, which has transformed into a modern society and has high busy activities, tends to look for consumer food tastes online through social media. This study aims to determine the effect of social media advertising, word of mouth and perceived quality on purchasing decisions partially on consumers of Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar.The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The population in this study were consumers at Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar with a sample of 100 people using the incidental sampling method. The technique of collecting data is by using a questionnaire.Based on the results of this study, it shows that social media advertising, word of mouth and perceived quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions partially on Dapoer Ami Tenjolayar consumers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the short-term and long-term impacts of inflation and wages on unemployment in Majalengka Regency. The subjects of this research analysis are inflation, wages, and unemployment in Majalengka Regency from 2008 to 2022, this study employs a quantitative approach, meaning the use of numbers. Secondary data were acquired from archives issued by the West Java Province and Majalengka Regency's Central Bureau of Statistics. The Domowitz-El Badawi error correction model was employed in the analysis. According to the findings, inflation has a positive impact on unemployment in the near term but a negative and significant impact on it in the long run. This suggests that inflation remains a concern for the economy, particularly in the short term. The impact of wages on unemployment is negative and considerable both in the short and long terms. This indicates that too high wages may cause the demand for work  decline, which would increase unemployment. To keep wages at a level that balances the supply and demand for labor, a collective agreement is thus required between workers, the government, and businesses. This will assist to reduce the long-term detrimental effects of inflation and wages on unemployment.
