Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, food quality, and place identity on customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty at the PIM Food Court Culinary Center in North Aceh Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers who had visited the PIM Food Court. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the assistance of Amos statistical software. The results showed that all proposed hypotheses were accepted. Service quality, food quality, and place identity significantly influenced customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction was proven to have a significant effect on customer loyalty. The significance value for each variable was less than 0.05, indicating a statistically strong effect. The study also found a mediating role for customer satisfaction in testing the indirect effect of service quality, food quality, and place identity on customer loyalty at the PIM Food Court Culinary Center. The implications of this study suggest that to increase customer loyalty, culinary center managers need to pay special attention to service quality, food product quality, and building a strong and distinctive place identity. This research also provides an empirical contribution to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty theory in the context of local culinary centers.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) on destination image and tourist attitudes, as well as their subsequent impact on revisit intention within the Gunung Salak tourist destination. The sample comprised 120 tourists who had previously visited the site. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), operationalized through the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) software. The results indicate that e-WOM exerts a significant influence on tourist attitudes, destination image, and revisit intention. Furthermore, both tourist attitudes and destination image possess a direct effect on revisit intention. Analysis of indirect effects reveals that tourist attitudes and destination image serve as partial mediating variables in the relationship between e-WOM and revisit intention. These findings are intended to provide critical insights for the management of the Gunung Salak tourist destination to assist in formulating policies regarding the development of the tourism sector in North Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the role of brand awareness in mediating the effects of taste, brand trust, perceived quality, and brand love on tourist purchasing decisions for Gayo Arabica Coffee in Central Aceh Regency. All variables were measured using a Likert scale. Primary data were collected through questionnaires administered to 210 tourists who had purchased or consumed Gayo Arabica Coffee while visiting tourist destinations in Central Aceh Regency. The data were analyzed using path analysis with WarpPLS version 7.0. The results show that taste, perceived quality, and brand love significantly affect brand awareness, whereas brand trust does not. Brand awareness, brand trust, and brand love significantly affect tourist purchasing decisions, whereas taste and perceived quality do not have significant direct effects. Path analysis further shows that brand awareness mediates the effects of taste, perceived quality, and brand love on tourist purchasing decisions, but does not mediate the effect of brand trust. These findings position brand awareness as an important intervening mechanism in tourists’ purchasing decisions for Gayo Arabica Coffee.
