Abstract

Technological developments over the past few decades have brought about major changes in the world of art. One of the most striking advances is the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), which is now not only a tool but also capable of creating works of art independently. This situation raises an important question in the world of contemporary art: how can human artists remain relevant and maintain the originality of their work amid the emergence of machine-generated artworks? This study aims to explore how technology, particularly AI, influences the creation, distribution, and reception of artworks. The primary focus of the research is on public perceptions of technology's role in art today. Through the distribution of questionnaires to the community around the researcher, the results obtained will show that the presence of technology has changed the way the relationship between artists, works, and audiences is formed. Digital technology opens up new possibilities in artistic creation, but simultaneously raises ethical and existential challenges for artists. Nevertheless, questions arise about how curation, authenticity, and aesthetic value are maintained in art. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of adaptation, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and support from inclusive policies and ecosystems to enable artists to continue to thrive in the dynamically evolving art landscape.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan kalangan pelajar serta kerabat terdekat dalam praktik kegiatan judi online, serta untuk mengetahui dampak yang dihasilkan dari praktik judi online baik dari segi finansial maupun kesehatan mental. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informasi pengambilan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden terkait yaitu kerabat dekat yang masih berstatus sebagai pelajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlibatan dalam judi online, seperti faktor sosial, faktor psikologis, dan aksesibilitas teknologi. Dampak dari praktik judi online meliputi masalah finansial, penurunan kualitas hidup, dan dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan mental. Dalam kesimpulannya, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa fenomena judi online memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku dan kesejahteraan kalangan pelajar juga pada kerabat terdekat. Implikasi penelitian ini dapat menjadi landasan untuk pengembangan intervensi dan program pencegahan yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi dampak negatif dari praktik judi online pada populasi tersebut.

Abstract

Competition in the digital banking sector encourages banks to improve the quality of service through user-friendly, intuitive, and attractive mobile banking applications. However, there is still a mismatch between expectations and reality, where users face obstacles such as confusing icons, unresponsive features, and unattractive designs. This study aims to analyze the effect of Livin by Mandiri's UI/UX design on user satisfaction in Bandung City. The elements analyzed include visual aspects, navigation, performance, and the application's ability to adjust to user needs. This study uses a quantitative method with a questionnaire to 181 respondents who are Livin by Mandiri users. The results show that 91% of the respondents agree that quality of UI/UX greatly affects user satisfaction, especially in terms of appearance and ease of use. However, some respondents still complain about both aspects. These findings are expected to be input for Livin by Mandiri to improve digital services through UI/UX improvements for user satisfaction.

Abstract

Los Tropis MSME is a culinary business with significant development potential but still faces challenges in digital marketing. Promotion is currently limited to a single social media platform, resulting in restricted information reach, low consumer awareness, and reduced competitiveness in the digital market. This study aims to design a digital promotional medium in the form of a website mockup to expand promotional reach and strengthen the business identity. The method used is prototyping, which includes the stages of Quick Plan, Quick Design, and Construction of Prototype. This approach allows for a fast, structured, and user-oriented development process. The resulting design is expected to serve as an effective digital solution to support the growth of Los Tropis MSME in the digital era.

Abstract

Laundry services have become one of the basic needs of society in the current digital era. However, behind the process that looks simple, laundry officers face various obstacles such as unstructured order recording, delays in washing and delivery due to confusing queues. Thus the need for computer-based information is especially needed, one of which is to smoothly conduct business, especially in the laundry management information system. This article aims to analyze the laundry business process to identify the point of what problems often occur in the field. The development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model, from the model has several stages that must be done such as collecting Data and Designing / Modeling systems using Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) tools for business laundry management, it improves the work process to be more systematic and improves services such as recording, receiving, and organizing in washing.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in the way humans communicate and live their daily lives. One important innovation is Artificial Intelligence (AI), one tangible manifestation of which is the chatbot as a virtual friend. This study aims to examine the role of chatbots as virtual friends through a literature review approach. The results of the study indicate that chatbots can serve as a potential, easily accessible tool for providing emotional support. Chatbots are able to create a safe space for users, especially Generation Z, to express themselves and overcome loneliness. However, the relationship between humans and chatbots is complex. Chatbots can mimic supportive responses, but as algorithmic systems, their ability to experience true empathy is very limited. Users' awareness that responses are coming from a machine also influences perceptions of trustworthiness and the quality of the interaction. On the other hand, the use of chatbots also raises serious ethical challenges, such as data privacy issues, the potential for over-dependence, and increased loneliness if chatbots are used as a substitute for real social interaction. Therefore, the development and use of chatbots as virtual friends must be carried out with a critical understanding and ethical approach. Technology design oriented towards humanitarian values is needed so that the presence of chatbots does not diminish the essence of human relationships but instead becomes a psychosocially beneficial complement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan (DKP) Provinsi Jawa Barat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana edukasi perikanan bagi masyarakat perkotaan dan semi-perkotaan. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan staf DKP serta observasi konten pada platform Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dan Facebook selama Januari hingga April 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi konten visual yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik tiap platform berhasil menarik keterlibatan pengguna, dengan Facebook mencapai engagement tertinggi (5.000+ pengikut), Instagram menunjukkan daya tarik visual yang kuat (rata-rata 4.000 likes), dan YouTube berfungsi sebagai repositori konten edukatif mendalam. Strategi ini efektif mendorong praktik budidaya ikan sederhana di kalangan masyarakat perkotaan yang sebelumnya tidak familiar dengan sektor perikanan. Media sosial dinilai efektif oleh DKP karena kemudahan akses dan tingginya penetrasi penggunaan smartphone. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan digital yang konsisten dan responsif mampu memperluas literasi perikanan secara efisien tanpa terkendala hambatan teknologi yang berarti, dengan syarat penerapan manajemen produksi konten yang terstruktur meliputi perencanaan editorial, koordinasi alur kerja tim, dan evaluasi kinerja berbasis data.

Abstract

Intensive social media use has become an ingrained phenomenon in the daily lives of college students. Technological developments and high accessibility to digital platforms cause students to spend a significant amount of time interacting virtually. This condition has various psychological implications, one of which is increased anxiety levels. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and anxiety levels in college students. The method used was a quantitative approach with a correlational design through a survey distributed to a number of student respondents from various study programs. The research instruments included a questionnaire regarding the frequency of social media use and a validated anxiety scale. The results showed a significant relationship between the intensity of social media use and students' anxiety levels. The higher the frequency of social media use, the greater the tendency for students to experience anxiety. Several factors that trigger anxiety include social comparison with other users, the need for validation through the number of "likes" and comments, and the pressure to project an ideal self-image online. Furthermore, most students expressed feelings of anxiety or restlessness when not accessing social media for a certain period of time, indicating psychological dependence. These findings indicate that social media has a significant influence on students' psychological conditions, particularly in triggering anxiety. Therefore, it is crucial for higher education institutions, educators, and parents to provide education on healthy and balanced social media use. Preventive and promotive interventions to support student mental health are essential to mitigate the negative impacts of social media and foster wiser digital behavior in today's technological era.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including the distribution and consumption of entertainment content. One form of entertainment that has undergone a major transformation is film, where the existence of digital platforms has made access to various film titles increasingly easy, fast, and practical. The presence of official, legal streaming services offers a comfortable viewing experience and supports the sustainability of the film industry. However, on the other hand, this phenomenon has also given rise to a new problem, namely the increasing practice of accessing films through illegal streaming sites that are easily found on the internet. The use of illegal streaming sites certainly has various consequences, both legal, ethical, and economic. From a legal perspective, such actions clearly violate copyright, which should be protected by law. From an economic perspective, this illegal practice is detrimental to many parties, from film producers and distributors to the state, which loses potential revenue. However, the reality on the ground shows that the majority of the public, especially students, still frequently use illegal sites due to considerations of free access, the availability of the latest films, and ease of use. Based on this phenomenon, this study focuses on evaluating the perceptions of students at the Indonesian Computer University (UNIKOM) regarding the legality of using illegal streaming sites. The research was conducted using a descriptive quantitative approach, with primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 30 students from various study programs. The results are expected to provide insight into students' level of legal awareness and the factors influencing their choices regarding accessing films through legal and illegal channels. These findings are also expected to provide input for stakeholders in formulating educational and outreach strategies regarding the importance of respecting copyright.

Abstract

 ABSTRAKTransformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam sektor kesehatan, terutama melalui kehadiran layanan kesehatan digital seperti aplikasi Halodoc. Aplikasi ini memberikan kemudahan dalam konsultasi medis, pembelian obat, dan pemeriksaan laboratorium secara daring. Namun, kemudahan tersebut memunculkan tantangan baru, terutama terkait dengan keamanan dan privasi data pengguna. Informasi kesehatan yang sangat sensitif menimbulkan kekhawatiran apabila tidak dilindungi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi pengguna terhadap keamanan dan perlindungan data pada aplikasi Halodoc. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada pengguna aktif Halodoc. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sebagian besar pengguna merasa data mereka aman, pemahaman terhadap kebijakan privasi masih rendah, dan kekhawatiran terhadap kebocoran data tetap ada.Kata Kunci: Keamanan Data, Privasi Digital, Halodoc, Persepsi Pengguna, Layanan Kesehatan.  ABSTRACTDigital transformation has brought significant changes to the healthcare sector, particularly through the emergence of digital health services such as the Halodoc application. This application offers convenience in medical consultations, medication purchases, and laboratory examinations conducted online. However, these conveniences also introduce new challenges, especially concerning user data security and privacy. Health-related information is highly sensitive and raises concerns if not properly protected. This study aims to analyze user perceptions regarding data security and protection in the Halodoc application. The research method employed is quantitative, using questionnaires distributed to active Halodoc users. The results indicate that while most users feel their data is secure, understanding of privacy policies remains low, and concerns over potential data breaches persist.Keywords: Data Security, Digital Privacy, Halodoc, User Perception, Digital Health Services
