Abstract

This mathematics tutoring generally serves to assist students in understanding the mathematical material being studied in class, especially the building blocks and cubes. At the problem identification stage, the needs needed by students are maximum guidance in learning because, on average, students have difficulty understanding volume. One of the factors causing these problems is that students are less enthusiastic about learning mathematics at school because mathematics is still considered a difficult subject, scary, and even some consider it a scourge. This causes students to find it difficult to understand mathematics material compared to other subjects. The study was conducted weekly, on Fridays, starting at 14.00 to 15.30 at SDN 1 Talang Pangeran. The subjects in this study were grade VI elementary school children who took part in the tutoring held by the researcher. Mathematics learning material taught is building blocks and cubes. Abstrak: Bimbingan belajar matematika ini pada umumnya berfungsi untuk membantu siswa dalam memahami materi matematika yang sedang dipelajari di kelas, khususnya materi Bangun Ruang Balok dan Kubus. Pada tahap identifikasi masalah, kebutuhan yang diperlukan oleh siswa adalah bimbingan yang lebih maksimal dalam belajar, karena rata-rata siswa sulit memahami mengenai volume. Salah satu faktor penyebab permasalahan tersebut yaitu siswa kurang antusias dalam mempelajari matematika di sekolah dikarenakan matematika masih dianggap sebagai pelajaran yang sulit, menakutkan bahkan sebagian menganggapnya sebagai momok. Hal ini yang menyebabkan siswa sulit memahami materi matematika dibandingkan dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Penelitian dilakukan dalam satu kali seminggu yaitu pada hari Jum’at dimulai pukul 14.00 s/d 15.30 bertempat di SDN 1 Talang Pangeran. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-anak SD kelas VI yang ikut dalam bimbingan belajar yang diadakan oleh peneliti. Materi pembelajaran Matematika yang diajarkan adalah bangun ruang Balok dan Kubus.

Abstract

Tujuan pembinaan memotivasi belajar menggunakan metode ARCS adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk belajar lebih giat dan tekun sehingga materi pelajaran yang dipelajarinya dapat mereka kuasai dan pahami dengan baik. Metode ARCS adalah suatu teknik meningkatkan motivasi belajar dengan cara kreatif dan edukatif sehingga akan menimbulkan rasa senang dan puas bagi peserta yang mempelajarinya. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat belajar siswa di Desa Legok Pego, Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung. Hasil diskusi dengan guru dan orang tua di Desa Legok Pego terdapat beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh mereka dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa baik dikelas maupun dirumah. Hal ini dimungkinkan karena guru dirasa kurang tepat dalam pemilihan metode atau pendekatan pembelajaran serta media pembelajaran yang dipergunakan, sedangkan dirumah orangtua kurang meminta anaknya untuk belajar. Berkenaan dengan masalah tersebut, perlu adanya suatu pembinaan memotivasi belajar siswa dengan metode ARCS. Diharapkan dengan penerapan metode ARCS ini, motivasi belajar siswa dapat meningkat dan hasil pelajaran serta nilai akademik mereka bertambah baik.

Abstract

Transformasi menuju cashless society menuntut pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi keuangan digital. Rendahnya literasi keuangan digital sering menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan sistem pembayaran nontunai. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam menggunakan layanan keuangan digital seperti mobile banking, QRIS, dan e-wallet secara aman dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi interaktif, pelatihan praktik langsung, dan pendampingan pascapelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada tingkat pengetahuan peserta mengenai pengelolaan transaksi digital, keamanan data, dan manfaat efisiensi sistem cashless. Selain itu, peserta mampu mengimplementasikan transaksi digital dalam aktivitas bisnis sehari-hari. Program ini diharapkan menjadi model edukasi berkelanjutan yang mendorong kemandirian finansial UMKM serta mempercepat inklusi ekonomi digital di masyarakat.

Abstract

Bisnis kopi menjadi tren saat ini dan merambah ke semua kalangan terutama konsumen usia muda. Guna menarik pelanggan baru, mempertahankan dan m?m?nangkan p?rsaingan, perusahaan menggunakan berbagai strategi usaha, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan kekuatan persaingan produk di pasar dan mengembangkan berbagai strategi bisnis yang memiliki dampak serta mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang berkelanjutan. Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan prima, penciptaan kualitas produk yang bervariasi, dan harga yang kompetitif sesuai dengan harapan pelanggan dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi, dan hal tersebut dapat dipenuhi oleh Kopi Tahura. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan, produk, dan harga mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan Kopi Tahura. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 pelanggan Kopi Tahura yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk, layanan, dan harga secara bersama-sama secara signifikan memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Guna bersaing dengan kompetitor, Kopi Tahura harus selalu meningkatkan pelayanan terbaik, menciptakan cita rasa produk yang berbeda dan memberikan harga yang kompetitif sesuai segmen pasar yang dituju sehingga diharapkan usaha dapat tumbuh dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman nasabah, kemudahan akses, dan keamanan bertransaksi mobile banking terhadap loyalitas nasabah di Bank X Cabang Otista. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert dari 96 responden Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen, yaitu pengalaman nasabah, kemudahan akses, dan keamanan bertransaksi, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Bank X Cabang Otista perlu terus mengembangkan fitur mobile banking yang user-friendly, meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman pengguna baik dari sisi teknis maupun pelayanan, serta memperkuat sistem keamanan digital secara berkelanjutan. Strategi ini penting untuk mempertahankan loyalitas nasabah dalam menghadapi persaingan perbankan digital yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of multinational workforce diversity and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Q Qatar, a company characterized by its cross-cultural workforce. Multinational workforce diversity reflects the extent to which employees of different nationalities, ethnicities, religions, and cultural backgrounds are managed fairly and inclusively. Meanwhile, organizational culture represents the shared values, norms, and behaviors that shape work patterns and social relationships within the company. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method conducted on 150 respondents selected proportionally from various departments. Data were collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using PLS - Structural Equation Modeling. The results reveal that multinational workforce diversity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicating that inclusively managed diversity enhances collaboration and productivity. Organizational culture also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance, suggesting that a strong and adaptive culture fosters a harmonious and effective work environment. This study underscores the importance of implementing effective diversity management practices and strengthening organizational culture to improve performance in multinational companies such as PT Q Qatar.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of environmental management practices in the relationship between green finance, renewable energy adoption, and business sustainability among small and medium enterprises in Indonesia. The objectives are to assess the direct effects of green finance and renewable energy on business sustainability and to determine whether environmental management practices strengthen these effects. Data were collected from 200 small and medium enterprise respondents using a structured questionnaire. The green finance measurement instrument provides a validated framework specifically designed for small and medium enterprises. The results show that both green finance and renewable energy have significant positive effects on business sustainability. These effects become stronger when mediated by environmental management practices, including formal environmental policies, resource efficiency initiatives, and pollution control measures. Among the three dimensions of green finance, economic, environmental, and social, the economic dimension has the greatest impact, highlighting the importance of cost efficiency, green profitability, and return-oriented investments. The findings suggest that aligning financial and energy strategies with environmental management practices can lead to more meaningful and sustainable improvements in business performance.

Abstract

Tight business competition requires companies to implement various strategies in order to increase sales conversions. The aim of this research is to evaluate the influence of Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing content strategies on sales conversion rates at PT XXX. This research uses quantitative research methods with a survey approach. Research data was collected from questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is regression testing using the SPSS program. The research results show that there is a positive interactive influence between the Google Ads campaign and digital marketing content strategy on the sales conversion rate at PT XXX with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. Therefore, it is recommended for companies to optimize the interaction between Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing content strategies.

Abstract

In a competitive market environment, it is important for companies to understand the factors that influence consumer behavior in making purchasing decisions. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of product quality and advertising on consumer purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected through surveys using questionnaires and literature studies. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using a regression test using the SPSS program. The research results show that product quality and advertising have a positive effect on product purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. Product quality and advertising are two important factors that can influence product purchasing decisions. Consumers who are satisfied with product quality and impressed by product advertising are more likely to buy the product.

Abstract

Firm value serves as a crucial indicator in the capital market, representing the level of investor confidence in a company’s long-term growth potential. Within the consumer goods industry, profitability and liquidity play pivotal roles in determining a firm’s investment appeal. This research investigates the influence of profitability and liquidity on the firm value of 30 consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to2023, resulting in 150 panel data observations. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets,  liquidity is proxied by the Current Ratio, and firm value is assessed through Price to Book Value. Employing a quantitative associative approach, the data were processed via multiple linear regression analysis on panel data, with the sample selected through a purposive sampling technique. The results reveal that Return on Assets exerts a positive and statistically significant effect on firm value, whereas the Current Ratio demonstrates a negative yet statistically insignificant impact. Simultaneously, both independent variables jointly exhibit a significant influence on firm value. These findings indicate that investors in the consumer goods sector are more responsive to enhancements in asset utilisation efficiency than to excessive liquidity levels.
