Abstract

In the realm of organizational management, leadership styles play a crucial role in shaping employee performance and outcomes. One such leadership style is the autocratic approach, characterized by centralized decision-making and hierarchical control. Loyalty and training also emerge as significant factors contributing to an employee's overall performance. Loyalty fosters a sense of commitment and dedication to the organization, while training enhances skills and knowledge, ultimately impacting employee effectiveness. This study aims to investigate the impact of autocratic leadership style, loyalty, and training, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance at Titi Bobrok Aceh Noodle Restaurant. Using quantitative research, it explores relationships among these factors within a sample of 32 respondents, employing primary and secondary data analysis. The methodology encompasses validity tests, multiple linear analysis, and determination tests, revealing autocratic leadership's positive but insignificant effect, and loyalty and training's significant impacts on performance. Together, these factors notably influence performance, reflected by an R value of 0.938 and 86.6% performance variability attribution. Unexplored variables account for the remaining 13.4%.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, every company is required to be prepared to face various types of competition in the business world and must be able to enhance employee performance. This research aims to determine whether the influence of Hard Skill, Soft Skill, and Work Experience of each employee is greater compared to the influence of the brand in influencing consumers' purchasing decisions for a product. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population for this research consists of 36 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection is carried out through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, partial test, and determination test. The findings indicate that Hard Skill, Soft Skill, and Work Experience variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. These variables also have a simultaneous influence on employee performance, with an R-value of 0.705, indicating that these factors account for 70.5% of the variance in employee performance, signifying a strong influence. The Adjusted R Square value is 45%, implying that the remaining 55% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Abstract

Employee performance is a crucial factor in determining a company's success. It reflects the contributions and achievements of individual employees in their roles. This study investigates the impact of Work-Life Balance and the work environment on the performance of Grand Inna Medan employees, both individually and collectively. Employing a quantitative approach, the research collected data from 50 respondents through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed it using multiple linear regression in SPSS. The findings reveal that Work-Life Balance and the work environment each have a partial impact on employee performance, supported by their respective t-values. Moreover, the simultaneous analysis demonstrates that these variables collectively exert a significant influence on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value surpassing the critical threshold. The research's 18.1% Adjusted R Square suggests that 81.9% of the variation in employee performance is attributed to unexplored factors beyond the scope of this study. These findings highlight the importance of Work-Life Balance and the work environment in enhancing employee performance and ultimately contributing to the success of Grand Inna Medan and similar organizations.

Abstract

In maintaining the sustainability of the company, human resources play a very important role. Therefore, the company needs to provide support to employees so that they feel valued, which will ultimately have a positive impact on their development and performance. This study aims to identify the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational support on employee performance at Tirta Terubuk Company in Bengkalis Regency. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support partially affects Employee Performance, with a t-value of 3.220 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.039 < 0.05, as well as a positive regression coefficient value of 0.075. Interpersonal Communication partially affects Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.823 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05, along with a positive regression coefficient value of 0.190. In simultaneous testing, Perceived Organizational Support and Interpersonal Communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance variables of 65%, while the remaining 35% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Dalam rangka menghadapi persaingan bisnis, maka diperlukan strategi bersaing yang tepat agar sebuah bisnis dapat bertahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merumuskan strategi bersaing yang tepat untuk Hotel Soliga dalam menghadapi persaingan industri perhotelan di Kota Gunungsitoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dimana data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Resource Based View untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan pendekatan Porter’s Five Forces untuk menganalisis lingkungan eksternal dan dirumuskan dalam Matriks SWOT. Hasil dari pendekatan Resource Based View yaitu Hotel Soliga memiliki kekuatan dalam hal modal, lokasi, differensiasi produk, reputasi, pembagian tugas, dan pengelolaan data serta kelemahan dalam hal fasilitas dan tanggung jawab sosial. Dari pendekatan Porter’s Five Force ditemukan hal yang menjadi peluang yaitu tingkat loyalitas, sikap dan potensi pesaing, daya tawar pemasok serta yang menjadi ancaman yaitu jumlah pesaing dan produk pengganti. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan Matriks SWOT, maka dirumuskan strategi bersaing untuk Hotel Soliga adalah Strategi Intensif Penetrasi Pasar dan Pengembangan Produk serta Strategi Diversifikasi Konsentrik.

Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive digital business era, the foundation of product innovation so that companies can continue to grow lies in human resources. In realizing its goals, the company needs qualified employees, who demonstrate citizenship behavior that is able and willing to do more than just ordinary tasks, beyond the demands of the company to provide performance that exceeds expectations known as organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 17.  This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through sampling techniques with saturated sampling methods, and used 31 respondents as samples.  Primary data used was obtained through direct questionnaire distribution and secondary data obtained through literature studies.  The data analysis technique uses instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work motivation has no partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, obtained a tcount value of 1.9442.04841 with a significance level of 0.0620.025. Job satisfaction has a partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, obtained a tcount value of 3.9682.04841 with a significance level of 0.0000.025. Work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect organizational citizenship behavior, obtained fcount value 9.5453.34 with a significance level of 0.0010.05 and the coefficient of determination of 36.3% while the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other variables not included in the research variables.

Abstract

Employee performance is one aspect that must be considered by the company because if employee performance is not appropriate, it will affect the development and progress of the company. To improve the performance of employees, assessing work attitude, and increasing organizational commitment and job satisfaction of employees is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work attitude, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Bank BTN KC Medan. The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach, and sampling using probability sampling techniques with simple random sampling and using 60 respondents as samples. The results showed that work attitude variables, organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and all independent variables simultaneously influenced employee performance at PT Bank BTN KC Medan.

Abstract

Grab is a transportation technology service company that aims to improve the welfare of its workers. The problem is that flexible time and place, as well as job satisfaction that does not match the wages they earn, causes some Grab bike drivers to work not just for one partner but with two partners to meet the drivers' living needs. This research aims to analyze the influence of flexible work arrangements and job satisfaction on the work commitment of Grab bike drivers in the city of Medan. The form of this research is quantitative with a sample size of 96 respondents carried out using accidental sampling techniques. Primary data in this research was obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data was obtained through literature study. The results of this research show that flexible work arrangements (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on the work commitment of Grab bike drivers in Medan City. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a close relationship between flexible work arrangements and job satisfaction with work commitment with an R value of 0.754. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the flexible work arrangement and job satisfaction variables contribute 55.5% to the work commitment variable while the remaining 44.5% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

A-B Brotherhood Cafe berdiri bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan dan kenyamanan kepada konsumen dalam menikmati waktu luang dan menikmati hidangan yang disajikan cafe dengan membuat konsep yang lebih modern dan estetika keindahan. Penulis menggunakan dua metode penelitian, yaitu penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan, metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder dan dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif dan metode induktif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah usaha cafe pada A-B Brotherhood Cafe sudah layak untuk dijalankan dengan memenuhi syarat marketing mix atau bauran pemasaran. Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengurangi komentar tidak baik dari konsumen, pada produk nasi goreng terasi perlu perbaikan dan koreksi, terutama pada porsi dan rasa. Agar cafe mendapatkan keuntungan yang cukup, pemilik bisa menaikkan harga sedikit lagi untuk menambah pendapatan dan perhitungan kas agar tidak terlalu rendah dan sesuai dengan standar penetapan harga. Agar bisa menarik perhatian pengunjung, pemilik harus lebih kritis dalam hal memilih dan menambah tempat atau lokasi. Pihak cafe sebaiknya menambah fasilitas seperti meja dan kursi, lampu yang cukup terang untuk menambah estetika dan keindahan ruangan. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tidak membuang banyak waktu, sebaiknya metode pembayaran langsung diganti dengan metode pembayaran setelah makan atau sistem billing, agar pengunjung lain tidak merasa kecewa karena menunggu terlalu lama untuk dilayani.Kata kunci: Kelayakan Bisnis, Pemasaran

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini dapat diringkas sebagai berikut: 1. persepsi pelanggan yang baik, kepuasan pelanggan yang baik, dan loyalitas pelanggan yang tinggi; 2. hasil analisis regresi adalah Z = 13.598 + 0,981X, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara persepsi pelanggan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan Y = 13.017 + 0,954Z artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan; 3. hasil analisis korelasi mendapatkan nilai r = 0,640, artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup tinggi antara persepsi pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan dan r = 0,763, artinya terdapat hubungan yang cukup tinggi antara kepuasan pelanggan dengan loyalitas pelanggan. Tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh persepsi pelanggan sebesar 41,0% dan tingkat loyalitas pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 58,2%; 4. hasil pengujian hipotesis H0 ditolak, artinya persepsi pelanggan memiliki berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening.Kata kunci: Persepsi Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Loyalitas Pelanggan
