Abstract

Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian adalah bagaimanapengaruh kompetensi dan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai terhadap promosi jabatan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi berjumlah 41 orang, dan sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan dari populasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda, korelasi dan koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : 1. Kompetensi pegawai sudah sangat baik, penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai sudah baik, dan promosi jabatan sudah baik. 2. Hasil analisis regresi Ŷ = 21,407 + 0,372X1 + 0,471X2, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompetensi pegawai (X1) dan penilaian prestasi kerja (X2) terhadap promosi jabatan (Y). 3. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan nilai r = 0,630 terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara kompetensi dan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai dengan promosi jabatan. Baik tidaknya promosi jabatan dapat dijelaskan sebesar 39,7%. 4. Hipotesi H0 ditolak, artinya kompetensi dan penilaian prestasi kerja pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap promosi jabatan pada Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Cabang Pematangsiantar.Adapun saran dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai, pihak manajemen personalia memberikan kesempatan bagi pegawai untuk mengikuti pelatihan yang mengarah pada pengembangan kompetensi pegawai. Untuk meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai, diperlukan peningkatan produktivitas pegawai. Untuk meningkatkan promosi jabatan maka perlu perbaikan keterampilan prestasi kerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya.

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Employees declare good work discipline, leadership style and employee performance is categorized well. 2. Regression analysis result Ŷ = 19,070 + 0,280 X1 + 0,447X2, meaning there is positive influence between work discipline (X1) and leadership style (X2) on employee performance (Y). 3. Correlation analysis results obtained r value = 0,787, meaning there is moderately and positive correlation between work discipline variables and leadership style with employee performance. Whether or not the performance of employees can be explained coefficient of determination by work discipline and leadership style can be 61,9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning that work discipline and leadership style have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Capella Medan Branch Pematangsiantar.            As for suggestion of this research is to increase the influence of work discipline, hence company have to increase sanction firmly to employees who violate with work discipline regulation which have been applied company. To realize an effective and balanced leadership style, leaders should be able to make their own decisions, and be able to use a good leadership style in accordance with authority as a leader. To improve employee performance that is by giving appeal and training to employees to create the ability to cooperate between leaders, co-workers can run more optimally

Abstract

The success of a company is determined by employee performance so that the company takes various ways to improve the performance of its employees. Good employee performance will accelerate the achievement of a company's goals, conversely organizational goals cannot be achieved if its employees do not have good performance. Performance appraisal is basically one of the key factors in developing employee performance in a company, it is also necessary to provide rewards and punishments to improve employee performance. The form of this research is quantitative with a sample size of 55 respondents conducted through simple random sampling techniques. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The results of this study indicate that work assessment (X1), reward (X2), punishment (X3) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of Bank BTN Medan Branch Office. The determination coefficient test shows that there is a close relationship between work assessment (X1), reward (X2), punishment (X3) employee performance with an R value of 0.829. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the work assessment variables (X1), reward (X2), and punishment (X3) contribute 66.9% to the employee performance variable, while the remaining 33.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

Consumer buying decisions for shoe products are supported by high electronic word of mouth on social media. The more popular a shoe brand is, the better the brand image of the shoe will be for consumers. Perceived price or perception of price that matches quality will also be a consumer consideration. This study aims to analyze how electronic word of mouth, brand image, and perceived price influence buying decisions of Compass shoe users in Medan City. The influence of electronic word of mouth, brand image, and perceived price will be analyzed partially and simultaneously on buying decisions. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study is Compass shoe users in Medan City. Sampling was carried out through purposive sampling technique and used 100 respondents as samples. Primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly and secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The analysis methods used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth (X1), brand image (X2), and perceived price (X3) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on the buying decision of Compass shoes in Medan City (Y). The coefficient of determination test shows that there is a very close relationship between electronic word of mouth, brand image, perceived price on buying decisions with an R value of 0.897. Through the adjusted R square value, it is also known that the electronic word of mouth, brand image, and perceived price variables contribute 79.8% to the buying decision variable while the remaining 20.2% is influenced by variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study analyzes the perceptions and intentions of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) operators in Medan regarding the use of QRIS as a digital payment system. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) with MSME operators who had adopted or had yet to adopt QRIS. The findings indicate that perceived Usefulness, ease of use, and risks significantly influence QRIS adoption. MSME operators who recognize transaction efficiency and improved financial record keeping tend to be more receptive to QRIS, while concerns about security and system disruptions remain barriers. Additionally, external factors, such as digital literacy and government support, also contribute to users' intentions to adopt a QRIS. This study emphasizes the need for education and infrastructure improvements to accelerate QRIS adoption among MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine efforts to improve learning achievement of Islamic Cultural History through the Role Playing method in Class VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Islamiyah Padanggarugur. This study uses action research on Class VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Islamiyah Padanggarugur. The process of implementing this classroom action research uses two cycles with the Role Playing method. The subjects of the study were 29 students. The data collection method used observation, documentation, and testing methods. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Role Playing method in learning Islamic Cultural History makes it easier for teachers to achieve the desired learning objectives and optimize or complete student learning achievements. The results of the study and discussion can improve learning achievement of Islamic Cultural History on the material of the Development of Science during the Umayyad Dynasty in class VII students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Islamiyah Padanggarugur and make it easier for teachers to achieve the desired learning objectives. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the application of the Role Playing Method in the SKI subject of the material on the development of science during the Umayyad dynasty can improve the learning outcomes of class VII students of the Padanggarugur Private Islamic Junior High School. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage results in each cycle. In the pre-cycle, the percentage of completion was 20.68. The percentage of completion increased in cycle I, which was 75.86%, and in cycle II, the percentage of completion was 93.13%. In cycle II, it was stopped because 100% of students had achieved completion, so the application of the Role Playing Method can be said to be successful in improving the learning outcomes of SKI material on the development of science during the Umayyad dynasty of class VII of the Padanggarugur Private Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work supervision on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, North Medan Branch. Then the next goal is to find out the effect of work discipline and work supervision together on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan North Medan Branch. The form of research used is a quantitative method with an associative approach involving 42 employees as the research sample. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of the research conducted indicated that work discipline and work supervision have a significant effect either partially or jointly on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, North Medan Branch by 79.0%. This means that the behavior of work discipline and work supervision that is owned by employees is sufficient to explain their work productivity, the higher the behavior of work discipline and the better work supervision, it will increase work productivity.

Abstract

Salah satu jenis fintech yang paling banyak digunakan adalah dompet digital (E-wallet) ShopeePay. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan persepsi kemudahan dalam penggunaan e- wallet ShopeePay terhadap keputusan pembelian pada masyarakat Kota Medan. Pengaruh antara promosi dan persepsi kemudahan tersebut akan dianalisis secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis.. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Promosi (X1) dan Persepsi Kemudahan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama (simultan) terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup erat antara promosi dan persepsi kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai R sebesar 0,728. Melalui nilai adjusted R square juga diketahui variabel promosi dan persepsi kemudahan berkontribusi sebesar 52% terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Peningkatan produktivitas suatu organisasi dapat dicapai melalui diantaranya kepatuhan, komitmen berupa loyalitas dan partisipasi dari para karyawan yang dibentuk oleh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Keberhasilan penerapan organizational citizenship behavior pada sebuah perusahaan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu work life balance dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh work life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT Bank Sumut Medan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia. Pengaruh antara work life balance dan motivasi kerja tersebut akan dianalisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di kantor PT Bank Sumut Medan yang berjumlah 33 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data primer yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada PT Bank Sumut Medan Divisi Sumber Daya Manusia. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,898, dimana hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan antara variabel Work Life Balance (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) sebesar 89,8% sehingga hubungan antar variabel tersebut dapat dikategorikan sangat erat. Serta nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,793 ataupun nilai koefisien determinan menampilkan bahwa variabel Work Life Balance (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) sebesar 79,3%, sedangkan 20,7% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kurangnya perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja menyebabkan penurunan efektivitas karyawan dalam bekerja. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi job satisfaction tersebut adalah seperti burnout dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh burnout dan lingkungan kerja terhadap job satisfaction. Pengaruh burnout dan lingkungan kerja akan dianalisis secara parsial dan simultan terhadap job satisfaction pada karyawan bagian teknik dan pengolahan PTPN IV Medan. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian teknik dan pengolahan pada PTPN IV Medan berjumlah 79 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data primer diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung dan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel burnout terhadap job satisfaction didapatkan nilai thitung sebesar 0,357 < 1,991 dengan nilai sig 0,722 > 0,05 serta memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang positif sebesar 0,045. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap job satisfaction diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 8,494 > 1,991 dengan niali sig 0,000 < 0,05 serta memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang positif sebesar 0,779. Pada pengujian simultan variabel burnout dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan dengan tingkat pengaruh 47,7%, sedangkan 52,3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini.
