Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of profitability, investment strategy, and financial results on stock returns of companies in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2024. The methodology used consists of panel data regression using a quantitative framework, referring to secondary data sourced from companies' annual financial reports. The independent variables investigated include Return on Assets (ROA) as a profitability metric, total assets that serve as a proxy for investment strategy, and current ratio as a benchmark for financial performance. The research findings show that ROA and total assets exert a positive and statistically significant influence on stock returns, while the current ratio shows no significant impact. These findings indicate that investors tend to consider profitability and asset strength when making investment decisions in the infrastructure sector. This study provides practical implications for company management and investors, and recommends further research by including external variables and comparing with other sectors to obtain a more comprehensive understanding.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of digital literacy, creativity, and tolerance for ambiguity on the entrepreneurial attitude of Generation Z, with growth mindset as a mediating variable. Generation Z, as digital natives, possess extensive access to technology, yet entrepreneurial attitudes among them remain uneven. Drawing from socio-cognitive and entrepreneurial mindset theories, this research employs a quantitative approach using a structured survey and partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyze responses from 137 Gen Z participants. The findings reveal that digital literacy significantly affects growth mindset, which in turn strongly influences entrepreneurial attitude. However, digital literacy, creativity, and ambiguity tolerance do not show direct significant effects on entrepreneurial attitude. Only the growth mindset mediates the relationship between digital literacy and entrepreneurial attitude significantly, highlighting its pivotal role. These insights underline the importance of fostering a growth-oriented learning environment and strengthening digital competence to encourage entrepreneurial behavior. The study contributes theoretically by expanding the mediating role of growth mindset and offers practical implications for entrepreneurship education tailored to Generation Z in the digital age.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of social media and e-commerce on the marketing performance and sales levels of Bangka Belitung white pepper products, with marketing performance acting as a mediating variable. The research employs a quantitative approach and uses Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze data collected from local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The results indicate that social media has a significant positive effect on both marketing performance and sales levels, both directly and indirectly, highlighting its effectiveness as a marketing tool. This is attributed to its ease of access, wide reach, cost efficiency, and interactive capabilities, which enable MSMEs to engage directly with consumers and expand their market presence. In contrast, e-commerce does not demonstrate a significant impact on either marketing performance or sales levels. This lack of effect is likely due to limited adoption among MSMEs, who perceive e-commerce platforms as less practical because of registration complexities, associated fees, and concerns regarding consumer trust and payment security. The study suggests that while social media can be leveraged effectively for marketing Bangka Belitung white pepper, greater awareness, training, and support are needed to increase MSMEs’ engagement with e-commerce to enhance their overall sales and competitive performance in the digital market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic financial institutions (IFIs) on the optimization of Islamic economic policy through increased productive financing in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The background to this study is the low proportion of productive financing channeled by IFIs, as most funds are still focused on the consumer sector and therefore do not contribute optimally to regional economic development. Using a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, the study involved 120 respondents consisting of ISI employees, customers, MSME actors, and regional policy makers. The results show that the role of ISIs has a positive and significant effect on increasing productive financing with a regression coefficient of 0.68 and significance below 0.05. Productive financing also has a significant effect on the optimization of Islamic economic policy with a regression coefficient of 0.72 and an R² value of 0.73. The variable of productive financing plays an important mediating role in strengthening the relationship between the role of LKS and Islamic economic policy, particularly through the MSME, agriculture, and fisheries sectors. These findings confirm the relevance of Islamic finance theory and the principles of maqashid al-syariah, and emphasize the importance of synergy between the government, Islamic financial institutions, and the community in building a fair, inclusive, and sustainable Islamic economic ecosystem

Abstract

Premarital counseling programs play a pivotal role in fostering the development of quality families and preventing stunting at its roots. However, the implementation of these programs faces significant challenges, including low community engagement, insufficient cross-sector synergy, and limited service innovation. This study aims to investigate the influence of cross-sector collaboration, organizational commitment, and service innovation on the effectiveness of premarital counseling programs, with community participation acting as a mediating variable. A quantitative research design was employed, utilizing a survey administered to prospective couples undergoing premarital counseling conducted by relevant officers in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-Partial Least Squares (PLS) to assess the interrelationships among the variables. The findings indicate that cross-sector collaboration, organizational commitment, and service innovation significantly enhance community participation and, consequently, the effectiveness of premarital counseling programs. Furthermore, community participation was found to significantly mediate the relationship between the independent variables and program effectiveness, thereby amplifying their impact. This research contributes to the literature by advancing the understanding of the role of cross-sector collaboration, organizational commitment, and service innovation in public service delivery, and highlights the critical importance of strengthening community participation as a strategic approach to improving the effectiveness of premarital counseling programs in fostering quality families
