Abstract

This research method uses quantitative methods. The statistical tools used in this study used the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, determination test, and t test. The sample used in this study was 17 respondents, namely repeater client Phenom Event Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. The data collection techniques used were surveys, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the t-count value is 8.390. This value is greater than the t-table value (1.746). This shows that service quality affects customer satisfaction. Based on the test of the coefficient of determination found a value of 82.4%. This value indicates the variable service quality contributes 82.4% to customer satisfaction. while the remaining 17.6% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of event risk management minimizes human error at Esmeralda Wedding Planner & Organizer. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies conducted at Esmeralda Wedding Planner & Organizer. Data analysis was carried out using an approach based on ISO 31000: 2018 which consists of seven systematic stages, namely: communication and consultation, context determination, risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk handling, and monitoring and review. The results of the study indicate that Esmeralda Wedding Planner & Organizer has implemented all stages of risk management well and in a structured manner. Efforts made include conducting briefings before the event, routine weekly evaluations, preparing clear job descriptions, implementing SOPs, and imposing social sanctions or blacklisting on employees who violate. This study is expected to be a reference for event industry players, especially wedding organizers, in increasing work effectiveness and managing risks more professionally.
