Abstract

COVID-19 pandemics for as long as two years ago since 2019 gives many insights into various aspects, including scientific development. One of them is the fundamental research of computer science. This research aimed to construct the best model of COVID-19 patients’ mortality and obtain less prediction errors. We performed the combination methods of time series, SARIMA, and Evolutionary algorithm, PARCD, to predict male patients who died because of COVID-19 in the USA, containing 1.008 data. So, this research proposed that SARIMA-PARCD has a powerful combination for addressing the complex problem in a dataset. The prediction error of SARIMA-PARCD was compared with other methods, i.e., SARIMA, LSTM, and the combination of SARIMA-LSTM. The result showed that the SARIMA-PARCD has the smallest MSE value of 0.0049. Therefore, the proposed method is competitive to implement in other cases with similar characteristics. This combination is robust for solving linear and non-linear problems.

Abstract

Abstrak: Salah satu indikator kemajuan sebuah lembaga pendidikan (Perguruan Tinggi) adalah dengan adanya penelitian aktif oleh para dosennya yang dipublikasi melalui jurnal ilmiah. Oleh karena itu menulis jurnal menjadi kewajiban bagi setiap dosen selain mengajar mahasiswa yang merupakan bagian dari tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Jurnal kampus berbasis Open Journal System (OJS) juga menjadi bagian penting dari eksistensi kampus-kampus baik nasional maupun internasional disamping sebagai wadah untuk menampung dan mempublikasikan ide dan inovasi. Jurnal yang baik dan diakui sebagai jurnal sekarang ini, harus mengikuti sistem OJS dalam pengelolaannya. OJS tersebut mengharuskan semua pihak meliputi dosen penulis (author), reviewer, tim redaksi dan editorial untuk menerapkan sistem penulisan karya ilmiah secara profesional dan terbuka, ditambah lagi dengan Peraturan Menristekdikti Nomor 9 tahun 2018 tentang Akreditasi Jurnal Ilmiah yang merupakan pengakuan resmi atas penjaminan mutu jurnal ilmiah melalui kegiatan penilaian kewajaran penyaringan naskah, kelayakan pengelolaan, dan ketepatan waktu penerbitan jurnal ilmiah. Namun tidak semua jurnal sudah di kelola dengan baik, diantaranya adalah jurnal yang berada di lingkungan Fakultas, Universitas Boyolali yang sudah memiliki ISSN dalam bentuk media cetak dan media online, namun kurangnya pengetahuan tim jurnal dalam manajemen tata kelola Open Journal System (OJS) mengakibatkan jurnal tidak mengalami perkembangan yang baik khususnya pada manajemen tata kelola sehingga berdampak kepada kualitas artikel yang diterbitkan, keterlambatan terbit. Untuk mempersiapkan jurnal yang berkualitas dan dapat terakreditasi nasional, Pengelola Jurnal di Lingkungan Universitas Boyolal membutuhkan pelatihan terkait manajemen tata kelola OJS agar dapat mengelola jurnal mulai dari proses penerimaan naskah, peer review, editing dan penerbitan sehingga dapat berkontribusi pada pada lingkup penelitiannya.Abstract: One indicator of the progress of an educational institution (Higher Education) is the existence of active research by its lecturers published through scientific journals. Therefore, writing a journal becomes an obligation for every lecturer besides teaching students who are part of the tri dharma of higher education. Open Journal System (OJS) based campus journals are also an important part of the existence of national and international campuses as well as a forum for accommodating and publishing ideas and innovations. A good journal and recognised as a journal now must follow the OJS system in its management. The OJS requires all parties including author lecturers, reviewers, editorial and editorial teams to implement a scientific writing system professionally and openly, plus the Minister of Research and Technology Regulation No. 9 of 2018 concerning Accreditation of Scientific Journals which is an official recognition of journal quality assurance through scientific assessment activities fairness screening of manuscripts, the feasibility of management, and timeliness of scientific journal publishing. However, not all journals are well managed, including journals in the Faculty, Boyolali University which already has ISSN in print and online media, but the lack of knowledge of the journal team in the management of Open Journal System (OJS) governance results in journals did not experience a good development, especially on governance management so that it affected the quality of articles published, delays in publishing. To prepare quality journals that can be nationally accredited, Journal Managers in Boyolal University need training on OJS governance management so that they can manage journals starting from the process of receiving manuscripts, peer reviews, editing and publishing so that they can contribute to the scope of their research.

Abstract

Banyumas merupakan salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Jawa Tengah, terdiri dari 27 kecamatan, 301 desa dan 30 kelurahan. Jumlah kejadian bencana yang tercatat di Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) untuk kabupaten banyumas sebanyak 250, dengan meninggal dan hilang 31 jiwa, luka-luka 35 jiwa, menderita dan mengungsi 446.697 jiwa, rumah rusak 2000 unit, rumah terendam 50.779 unit, fasilitas pendidikan 169 unit, fasilitas peribadatan 110 unit. Urutan tiga teratas bencana yang menjadi penyebab adalah banjir, longsor, banjir dan tanah longsor Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan salah satu teknologi yang membantu mengelola, menyimpan, melakukan pemrosesan, analisis dan menampilkan data terkait geografis dalam kaitannya penelitian ini berguna untuk memetakan daerah rawan bencana alam dan menampilkan statistik perbandingan jumlah bencana alam yang ada di kabupaten banyumas. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black-box Testing hasilnya Fungsional sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

The pharmacist is a professional degree for someone who has taken the oath of pharmacist position. Pharmacists are expected to be able to improve knowledge, skills, behaviour to be able to interact with patients. The form of interaction is giving information on medicines and counselling. In its service, pharmacists identify, prevent, overcome drug-related problems, and this has the possibility of medication errors. This research aims to build communication media between pharmacists and patients "SIATAP". The application will be developed using the extreme programming method. The advantages of this method can increase client satisfaction due to good communication so that it gets direct input from clients. Android application is designed for communication media between pharmacists and patients, the website application design to manage data for the administrator and pharmacist. To ensure the feasibility of the system, testing is done by using alpha and acceptance testing. The results of the alpha testing of all functional systems can run as expected. The results of the Acceptance Testing, using a questionnaire obtained a percentage of 92.57% with the conclusion that the application can be a good response from users so that the application is feasible to be implemented. Abstract

President Joko Widodo decided to move the capital city of the country outside Java. The relocation of the capital city is contained in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan. Community response to this has been mixed through national television and social media, especially Twitter. The tendency of Twitter users to respond to the government discourse can be seen with sentiment analysis. Sentiment analysis is one of the areas of Natural Language Processing (NLP) that builds systems for recognizing and extracting opinions. In this study, the Feature Selection PSO algorithm in the classification of the SVM model is proposed to improve the resulting accuracy in the sentiment analysis of moving capital cities. Experiments on the data of 1,319 tweets (457 positive sentiments and 862 negative sentiments) indicate an increase in accuracy by 2.09% from 79.06% to 81.15%, with the classification category is “Good Classification”.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to determine the level of capability at the Office of the Central Statistics Agency in Banyumas. Evaluate to find out how well the information system governance can operate at BPS that applies it to improve future performance. After evaluating, it is hoped that BPS will be able to produce higher-quality data because the government will use this data as a foundation for future development and as an evaluation of the results of development that have been carried out. The methodology used is a literature study, observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation by COBIT 5. The results achieved that the current BPS capability level is 3.25, which means it is at level 3 (established process). By being at level 3, BPS Office information system governance has been running well and has been able to achieve competitive and efficient business objectives of the agency in the use of information systems.ABSTRAK: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas pada Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Banyumas. Melakukan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa baik tata kelola sistem informasi dapat beroperasi pada BPS yang menerapkannya untuk memperbaiki prestasi di masa mendatang. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi, diharapkan nantinya BPS bisa menghasilkan data yang lebih berkualitas, sebab data ini nantinya akan digunakan oleh pemerintah sebagai landasan pembangunan di masa yang akan datang serta sebagai evaluasi hasil pembangunan yang telah dilaksanakan. Metodologi yang digunakan ialah studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi yang sesuai dengan COBIT 5. Hasil yang dicapai bahwa tingkat kapabilitas BPS saat ini yaitu 3,25 yang berarti berada pada level 3 (established process). Dengan berada pada level 3 maka tata kelola sistem informasi Kantor BPS sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sudah dapat mencapai tujuan bisnis instansi yang kompetitif dan efisien dalam penggunaan sistem informasi.

Abstract

Abstract:In the school environment, learning is the interaction between educators and students that is done consciously, planned both inside and outside the room to improve the ability of students. But a person's ability to learn, understand and absorb lessons is different in level. Some are fast, moderate and some are very slow. Therefore, they often have to take different ways to understand the same information or lessons. This study aims to identify student learning styles by implementing the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm to help teachers determine the learning model that is suitable for each student. Students who were the object of this study were students of SMA N 1 Klampok Purwareja. The Dempster-Shafer Theory method can be used for the representation, combination and propagation of uncertainty, characteristics that are institutively following the way of thinking of an expert, this method can also distinguish the uncertainty and ignorance of the expert. So that research can be directed, the researcher uses the system development method ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) with stages of Assessment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation, and Maintenance. The results of this study are student learning style learning applications that make it easy for teachers to determine learning models that are suitable for student.Abstrak: Di lingkungan sekolah, belajar adalah interaksi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik yang dilakukan secara sadar, terencana baik didalam maupun di luar ruangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Namun kemampuan seseorang dalam belajar, memahami dan menyerap pelajaran berbeda tingkatnya. Ada yang cepat, sedang dan ada pula yang sangat lambat. Karenanya, mereka seringkali harus menempuh cara berbeda untuk bisa memahami sebuah informasi atau pelajaran yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Dempster-Shafer Theory agar dapat membantu guru menentukan model pembelajaran yang cocok untuk masing-masing siswa. Siswa yang dijadikan objek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA N 1 Klampok purwareja. Metode Dempster-Shafer Theory dapat digunakan untuk representasi, kombinasi dan propogasi ketidakpastian, karakteristik yang secara instutitif sesuai dengan cara berfikir seorang pakar, metode ini juga dapat membedakan ketidakpastian dan ketidaktahuan dari pakar. Agar penelitian dapat terarah maka peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) dengan tahapan Assesment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation, Dan Maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini sebuah aplikasi identifikasi gaya belajar siswa sehingga mempermudah guru untuk menentukan model pembelajaran yang cocok bagi siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to create a design for supporting pricing applications in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Determination of product prices is an important thing, one of them from the aspect of costs so that products sold can provide benefits for the company. In pricing, companies must pay attention to production and nonproduction costs, in general, there are 4 main variables that must be included in the calculation of product prices namely Raw Material Costs, Labor Costs, Fixed Factory Overhead Costs and Variables, and Nonproduction Costs. In order for research to be directed, then the method of developing an Extreme Programming system is object-oriented, it can be done with a small team, and interactions that are intent- live with the user can maximize the development of an effective and efficient system. Stages of Extreme Programming, Planning, Design, Coding, and Testing. It is expected that with the pricing application the company can maximize profits through the price determination process. Based on the results of the Blackbox Testing test, all functional systems on the application work well.

Abstract

CV. Galang Gemilang Tour and Travel merupakan salah satu biro perjalanan wisata yang berada di Purwokerto. Sistem pemesanan paket wisata dilakukan secara konvensional dengan cara konsumen langsung ke kantor atau marketing datang langsung kepada konsumen. Dibantu dengan sosial media seperti instagram, whatsapp, dan youtube. Selanjutnya proses penyampaian informasi seperti paket pelayanan jasa tour dan travel juga pemesanan yang dilakukan oleh pelanggan akan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama karena sistem yang digunakan saat ini masih bersifat konvensional. Metode pengembangan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sistem pemesanan berbasis website dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses marketing agar lebih efektif dan efisien, serta dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan keuangan perusahaan. Kesimpulan dari perhitungan skala likert dihasilkan 81,43 % yaitu masuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik terhadap sistem yang diusulkan.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build expert systems of cow disease to assist farmers in identifying cattle diseases. A large number of cattle in Banyumas is not matched by the number of veterinarians, the Department of Fisheries and Livestock (DINKANAK). Banyumas records 961 cases of sick cows in 2016. This expert system is expected to assist cattle ranchers to identify cow disease and symptom-based remedies illness-symptoms. By using Inference Forward and Backward chaining which is a search method or tracking technique by using information from breeders, and Certainty Factor is used to accommodate the uncertainty of thinking of a data expert that is Doctor the process of extracting knowledge by interview. In this research system development using ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) with stages of Planning, Knowledge Acquisition, Implementation, and Evaluation. Testing is done with two approaches are Alpha Testing and Beta Testing. Alpha Testing conducted on the developer side to test the functional system using Black Box Testing method result all functional system can function well. Beta Testing is aimed at user acceptance by a Questionnaire method yields an average score of 76% or usability and the quality of system information is easy to understand.
