Abstract

Feces are one of the waste products that lead to several issues in the medical field and act as a breeding ground for bacteria, thus their disposal requires extra care. Many individuals still do not use latrines, according to the first survey that researchers did in Batu City's Aek Puskesmas working region. Analyzing the variables influencing latrine use in the Aek City Health Center's Work Area in Batu was the aim of this study. This kind of research was carried out between October and November 2019 and used a cross-sectional study design and analytical survey. All household heads without a separate restroom made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was used in this study to establish the sample size, which consisted of 71 households. The data were analyzed using the logistic regression test formula for multivariate analysis, the chi-square formula for bivariate analysis, and univariate analysis. According to the study's findings, health workers' expertise, attitudes, and information have an impact on how often people use the public restrooms in Aek Kota Batu Village in 2019. In Aek Kota Batu Village in 2019, the information provided by health officers was the most significant factor preventing the population from using public restrooms. As a result, it is advised that residents of Desa Aek Kota Batu have access to public restrooms for proper bowel movements. Abstract

Berdasarkan data yang dihimpun Badan Pusat Statistik prevalensi kejadian stres di Indonesia mencapai 8,34% (BPS,2012).lansia merupakan kelompok yang sangat rentan terhadap gangguan stress karena dampak penurunan kemampuan dalam mempertahankan hidup, menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya, fungsi badan, dan kejiwaan secara alami (stress sebagai akibat) (Hidaayah, 2015). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menilai dampak penerapan kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi dalam mengurangi tingkat stress pada lanjut usia . Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental design with one group pre-test post-test. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kanopi Nursing Home dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 12 responden yang diperoleh dengan cara non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Uji yang digunakan yaitu uji wilcoxon. Tingkat stres responden diukur dengan kuesioner DASS 42 dengan 14 pertanyaan terkait stress. Hasil penelitian didapatkan p value adalah 0,019 (α < 0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi terhadap penurunan Tingkat stress pada lanjut usia. Implikasi penelitian adalah bahwa kombinasi terapi seni dan relaksasi dapat menurunkan tingkat stress pada lanjut usia. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara rutin untuk mengurangi Tingkat stress pada lanjut usia.. Abstract

Smoking behavior is something that someone does in the form of burning and smoking it and causing smoke that people around him can  inhale. Smoking behavior is indeed difficult to avoid in adolescents, and this caused by several factors such as behavior that is still very difficult to change and the environment around adolescents. The aim of the study was to determine the factors that influence smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. The research design uses a quantitative method which is carried out by an analytical survey with a Cross Sectional Study approach. The population in this study were all male students at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah, with a total of 559 students. The sample used the Purposive Sampling technique, as many as 85 male students. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was an influence of knowledge, beliefs, exposure to cigarette advertisements, the availability of cigarettes, the role of parents, the role of teachers, the role of peers on smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. While the most dominant factor is knowledge. The study concludes that all variables influence smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang District. It is suggested to the school to overcome smoking habits among adolescents that it is hoped that the school will conduct counselling about the dangers of smoking, implement KTR and carry out routine raids for smokers throughout the school environment.

Abstract

ABSTRACT A patient falls is one of the most incident that occur in a hospital. The risk of patients fall is caused by many factors such as environmental factors, organizational and management factors, and communication factors. The research aims to analyze the implementation of patient fall risk assessments by nurses at the Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. The research method of this study is using qualitative approaches, In- Depth Interview, and direct observation. The result of this study is the implementation of the risk of patients fall prevention by nurses is not optimal and there is still a lack of education about the risk of patients fall and there are patients or their family who are refuse to implement fall risk prevention by nurses. The researcher hopes that the nurses of Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan will more cooperate with patient’s family and educate the patients to reduce the risk of patients fall in Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Keywords: Assessment, Prevention of the Risik of Falling Patients ABSTRAK Pasien jatuh adalah salah satu insiden yang paling sering terjadi dalam lingkup rumah sakit. Adapun penyebab risiko pasien jatuh yaitu dikarenakan beberapa faktor yaitu faktor lingkungan, faktor organisasi/manajeman dan faktor komunikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pelaksanaan asesmen resiko pasien jatuh oleh perawat di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan, bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan risiko pasien jatuh yang dilakukan perawat belum berjalan optimal dan juga masih kurangnya edukasi risiko pasien jatuh serta adanya pasien atau keluarga pasien yang tidak patuh atau menolak dalam penerapan pencegahan risiko jatuh yang dilakukan perawat. Diharapkan kepada perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan lebih bekerja sama dengan keluarga pasien dan melakukan edukasi pasien untuk mengurangi timbulnya risiko pasien jatuh di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan dan diharapkan juga untuk pihak manajeman melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemeliharaan fasilitas yang ada di Rumah Sakit Islam Malahayati Medan. Abstract

Users of hospital services, namely patients, demand quality service. Patients will feel satisfied when they get quality service. Surveys conducted at Panyabungan Hospital, there were several problems found such as patients felt officers were not fast in providing action, lack of cleanliness of toilets in the room, officers sometimes not friendly to respond to patients, and officers sometimes incomplete providing information about patient complaints. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect midwifery services with patient satisfaction in the Inpatient Room of Panyabungan Hospital in 2022. The type of research used is analytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all elective post-sectio inpatients at RSUD Panyabungan. The sample in this study amounted to 73 people, the sampling technique used purposive sampling techniques. Data were obtained through the results of interviews using questionnaires. The data analysis method was analyzed univariately, bivariately using the Chi-Square test at a 95% confidence level (P<0.05) and a multivariate test with multiple regression tests. The results showed that assurance, tangible, empathy, responsive variables were related to patient satisfaction at Panyabungan Hospital. The most dominant variable is assurance. It is recommended to RSUD Panyabungan to conduct periodic and continuous patient satisfaction surveys to evaluate the performance of health services and service quality at RSUD Panyabungan.

Abstract

Penyuluh dapat mempengaruhi sasaran melalui perannya sebagai edukator, inovator, fasilitator, konsultan, supervisor, pemantauan, evaluator, maupun sebagai penasehat petani yang sesuai dengan karakteristik/ciri petani termasuk potensi wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Penyuluh Pertanian dalam Pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani Maju Bersama di Desa Kota Lama Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang dilakukan di Desa Kota Lama Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu dari bulan November sampai dengan Januari 2025. Sebanyak 15 orang sampel telah dipilih secara sengaja dimana yang menjadi sampel yaitu ketua, sekretaris, bendahara, dan 12 orang anggota. Data diperoleh dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara langsung dengan petani sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Skala Likert kemudian dianalisis menggunakan matematika sederhana dan statistik yaitu Rank Spearman. Tingkat peran Penyuluh Pertanian Dalam Pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani Maju Bersama di Desa Kota Lama Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, dengan hasil nilai rata-rata 4,6 dengan kategori sangat puas, hal ini disebabkan karena penyuluh menjalankan perannya dengan sangat baik dan selalu melakukan pembinaan kepada kelompok wanita tani. Hubungan peran Penyuluh Pertanian Dalam Pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani sebagai Edukator/pendidik, Inovator, Fasilitator, Konsultan, Supervisor, Pemantauan dan Evaluator tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan pada tingkat signifikan (α) 5%. Hal ini menunjukkan tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat peran Penyuluh Pertanian tidak ada hubungannya dengan tinggi atau rendahnya tingkat pengembangan Kelompok Wanita Tani.

Abstract

Abstract.The progress of the Islamic banking industry has implications for the complexity of risk management that is not only limited to financial aspects, but also demands strict compliance with sharia principles. This study aims to examine in depth the various types of main risks faced by Islamic banks and the mitigation strategies applied within the framework of Islamic economics. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by collecting, reviewing, and synthesizing academic literature sources from trusted databases such as Google Scholar and Scopus. Selection criteria include the relevance of substance, the last five years, and the credibility of the source. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively with a content analysis approach. The findings show that financing risk, market risk, and operational risk are the dominant challenges in Islamic banking practices. Optimal mitigation efforts include a comprehensive business feasibility assessment, portfolio diversification, strengthening the supervisory function by the Sharia Supervisory Board, and utilizing information technology. The results of this study reinforce the importance of implementing integrated risk management in accordance with sharia principles to ensure stability and maintain the integrity of Islamic banking institutions.   Abstrak. Kemajuan industri perbankan syariah membawa implikasi terhadap kompleksitas pengelolaan risiko yang tidak hanya terbatas pada aspek finansial, melainkan juga menuntut kepatuhan ketat terhadap prinsip-prinsip syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam berbagai jenis risiko utama yang dihadapi oleh bank syariah serta strategi mitigasi yang diterapkan dalam kerangka ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR), dengan menghimpun, menelaah, dan mensintesis sumber-sumber literatur akademik dari basis data terpercaya seperti Google Scholar dan Scopus. Kriteria seleksi meliputi relevansi substansi, kurun waktu lima tahun terakhir, serta kredibilitas sumber. Analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan pendekatan content analysis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa risiko pembiayaan, risiko pasar, dan risiko operasional merupakan tantangan dominan dalam praktik perbankan syariah. Upaya mitigasi yang optimal mencakup penilaian kelayakan usaha secara komprehensif, diversifikasi portofolio, penguatan fungsi pengawasan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Hasil studi ini memperkuat pentingnya implementasi manajemen risiko yang terintegrasi dan sesuai prinsip syariah guna menjamin stabilitas serta menjaga integritas institusi perbankan syariah.

Abstract

This quantitative descriptive research aims at describing the character of responsibility of the fifth grade students at SDN 136 Pekanbaru. The research was conducted because the students were lack of awareness in responsibility both at school and at home. The population of this research was all of the fifth grade students at SDN 136 Pekanbaru with 136 students and the number of sample was 48 students which were chosen by using questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the fifth grade students of SDN 136 Pekanbaru were responsible both at school and at home. It can bee seen from the results of the analysis of students doing homework by 74.48%, repeating lessons at home by 58.68%, helping parents at home with 66.87%, doing class picket assignments by 70.31%, doing group assignments together with groups by 68.75%, doing individual tasks by 70.31%, keeping the school clean by 69.44%, apologizing to friends when guilty by 61.20%. It can be concluded that the fifth grade students of SDN 136 Pekanbaru were responsible both at home and at school. Thus, the school and the teacher should be able to build the character of responsibility at school.
