Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi efektivitas pelatihan Google Sites sebagai solusi inovatif untuk komunikasi sekolah, khususnya pada Humas OSIS di SMA Negeri 1 Sungai Penuh. Pelatihan ini memberikan langkah-langkah praktis bagi anggota OSIS dalam membuat dan mengelola situs web sekolah, sehingga dapat meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat luas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan digital yang signifikan pada peserta, dengan lebih dari 85% melaporkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menggunakan Google Sites setelah pelatihan. Inisiatif ini juga menghasilkan situs web yang dikelola OSIS, yang menyediakan informasi yang mudah diakses dan memperkuat keterlibatan komunitas sekolah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi platform digital dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan strategi komunikasi sekolah, mentransformasikan metode tradisional menjadi lebih interaktif dan efisien. Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dalam usaha menghadapi penjajahan Belanda di Lampung Raden Intan II banyak mengalami rintangan. Tujuan penelitian ini: 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan kondisi politik dan ekonomi di Lampung pada saat kedatangan Belanda 1816-1856; 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan peranan Raden Intan II dalam usaha menghadapi perlawanan Belanda 1835-1856; 3) Untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendukung dan penghambat Raden Intan II dalam usaha menghadapi perlawanan Belanda 1835-1856. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode historis dengan tahapan heuristik, studi kepustakaan, kritik sumber, interpetasi dan historiografi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa pada abad ke 19 kondisi Lampung melalui besluit tanggal 22 November 1808 dijadikan daerah yang langsung dibawah gubernur Belanda. Hal tersebut ditentang oleh rakyat Lampung, dan terjadi perlawanan yang dimulai oleh pangeran Indra Kusuma hingga puncaknya yang di pimpin oleh Raden Intan II.

Abstract

The wood carving motifs of Palembang, known as “rek,” have been a traditional craft since the era of Srivijaya and continue to endure to this day. This craftsmanship holds high philosophical values influenced by Hindu-Buddhist and Islamic cultures. Its uniqueness lies in the predominant use of golden yellow color, and its carvings are exceptionally distinctive. The purpose of this writing is to unveil the philosophical meanings embedded in the motifs of Palembang’s wood carvings. The central issue is to explore the philosophical meanings of these motifs in Palembang’s wood carvings. This study employs a historical research method, with heuristic, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography steps. The tradition of wood carving art exhibits distinct characteristics and the uniqueness of various motifs, each carrying different philosophical values. The research findings indicate that the various motifs found in Palembang’s wood carvings hold profound philosophical meanings. For example, the motif of budding bamboo shoots symbolizes that humans should be beneficial to others, and the golden color represents triumph. Therefore, it is crucial to preserve this heritage for the younger generation so that they can develop an appreciation for their local culture, strengthen personal values, and enhance their identity, and self-awareness. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan metode Project Based Learning) pada mata kuliah Pengantar Sejarah Indonesia, dan meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Classroom Action Research. Subjek penelitian melibatkan mahasiswa yang mengambil mata kuliah Pengantar Sejarah Indonesia. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam 3 (tiga) siklus yang mana pada tiap siklus terbagi menjadi empat kegiatan, yaitu: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan Tindakan, Observasi dan Evaluasi, serta Analisis dan Refleksi. Hasil penelitian membuktikan Pembelajaran Sejarah Berbasis Animasi Travel Maps Filmora Terintegrasi Project Based Learning terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kreativitas mahasiswa. Pada siklus I skor rata- rata kreativitas mahasiswa yakni 75,5. Pada siklus yang kedua skor rata-rata kreativitas mahasiswa yakni 79,9. Skor rata-rata tingkat kreativitas mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan pada siklus ke-III yakni 101,6. Skor rata-rata kreativitas mahasiswa ini masuk dalam kategori “tinggi”, dan melebihi target yang diberikan yakni rerata lebih dari 80. Sehingga penelitian tindakan kelas setelah dilaksanakan Siklus-III dapat dikatakan “berhasil”. Abstract: The aim of this research is to implement Project-Based Learning method in the Introduction to Indonesian History course. The goal is to enhance students' creativity. The research methodology employed is classroom action research. The study involved students who took the Introduction to Indonesian History course. It was designed in three cycles, each consisting of four activities: Planning, Action Implementation, Observation and Evaluation, and Analysis and Reflection. The results demonstrate that History Learning Based on Animation Travel Maps Filmora Integrated Project Based Learning is an effective method for enhancing student creativity. In the first cycle, students' average creativity score was 75.5. In the second cycle, it increased to 79.9. The third cycle saw a significant increase in the average creativity score to 101.6, which is categorized as 'high' and exceeds the target of an average score of 80. Therefore, the class action research after Cycle-III can be considered successful.

Abstract

This research examines Indonesia's involvement in the Israeli occupation of Palestine during the New Order and Reform eras. It employs a qualitative approach, utilising a literature review to analyse the role of Indonesian diplomacy in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The results demonstrate that Indonesia played a significant role in resolving the conflict through diplomacy. Indonesia demonstrated a firm stance of neutrality and freedom. Indonesia prioritised diplomatic efforts over those undertaken through the use of military force. In terms of international relations, Indonesia employs a multi-track diplomatic approach towards Palestine with the objective of achieving peace. Indonesia's multi-track diplomacy towards Palestine represents a form of diplomacy conducted by Indonesia with the aim of achieving world peace. The prolonged conflict that occurred when Israel occupied the Palestinian territories attracted the attention of various parties, including countries, governments, non-governmental organisations and individuals. It is crucial to acknowledge that the Indonesian government is not the sole entity engaged in conflict resolution on a global scale. This underscores the significance of Indonesia's multilateral diplomacy as a model for other countries to emulate.

Abstract

Kesenian Kompangan yang berbasis Islam dapat ditemukan di Provinsi Jambi. Kesenian hadrah yang dibuat oleh masyarakat Melayu Jambi. Kompany menyatakan Provinsi Jambi sebagai hasilnya. Di Provinsi Jambi, hal ini terjadi pada Kompangan Seni. Pengerjaan Kompangan dapat dilacak pada fase awal religi dan mengundang pengunjung. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menarik perhatian terhadap Kesenian Kompangan, salah satu segi Islam yang paling signifikan di Provinsi Jambi. Analisis heuristik, peringkasan kritis, analisis historiografi, dan peringkasan heuristik adalah metode penelitian. Konsekuensi dari penelitian ini menyinggung tentang seni Kompangan, sifat seni Kompangan Melayu Jambi, dan seni Kompangan sebagai kelompok masyarakat Muslim di Wilayah Jambi.

Abstract

Tantan Village, as part of the Integrated Laboratory Village (DLT) of Universitas Jambi, has great potential to develop human resources, particularly teachers who serve as the front line of educational transformation. However, most educators in this area still have limited digital literacy and minimal exposure to emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). This condition hinders the creation of adaptive, contextual, and innovative learning environments that align with the demands of the 21st century. This community service program was designed to enhance teachers’ capacity in utilizing Generative AI for educational purposes. The training employed a participatory and practice-based approach, consisting of three main stages: (1) Needs assessment and baseline survey, aimed at identifying teachers’ existing digital competencies and challenges in classroom practice; (2) Integrated training sessions, combining theoretical introductions to AI concepts with hands-on workshops using Generative AI tools to create teaching materials and automate administrative tasks; and (3) Community formation and mentoring, where participants collaboratively developed digital lesson plans and established a sustainable Digital Teacher Community of Tantan Village for peer learning and ongoing professional development. Data were collected through post-training questionnaires, observation sheets, and focus group discussions. The results indicate significant improvements in teachers’ digital literacy, confidence, and creativity in integrating AI tools into their teaching practice. Furthermore, the creation of a collaborative digital teacher network has fostered long-term engagement and innovation within the local education ecosystem. This program demonstrates that integrating Generative AI into teacher training can effectively bridge the digital literacy gap and accelerate the implementation of Smart Village initiatives by empowering and equipping educators with the technology they need.

Abstract

Abstrak: : Effective learning does not only depend on mastery of the material and delivery methods, but is also greatly determined by a conducive classroom atmosphere that is responsive to the dynamics of the students. Therefore, the role of the teacher is not only limited to delivering material, but also as a facilitator who is able to create a conducive and interactive classroom atmosphere. One strategy for creating a fun and effective learning atmosphere is through the use of ice breaking techniques. The method used is ice breaking training based on local wisdom with stages of preparation, implementation, evaluation, and publication. The material presented covers the basic concepts of ice breaking, the importance of preserving local wisdom, and ice breaking based on Jambi local wisdom. The activity was packaged interactively through discussions, question and answer sessions, ice breaking, reflection, and practice in creating ice breaking based on local wisdom in Jambi for each group. The products of the activity were ice breaking modules and video documentation that can be used continuously. Thus, this activity was not only effective in improving the pedagogical competence of students as prospective history teachers but also capable of preserving local wisdom in the Jambi area. This program benefits students and universities, while also supporting the achievement of the university's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The outputs of this community service program include articles published in national journals with ISSN, publications in the mass media, and activity videos.
