Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan memaksa lembaga pendidikan untuk beradaptasi melalui inovasi dalam pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Deep Learning, yang merupakan bagian dari Kecerdasan Buatan, memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang adaptif, personalisasi materi ajar, serta peningkatan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan pendidik dalam menerapkan konsep Deep Learning sebagai strategi modernisasi pendidikan di Yayasan Imam Asy-Syafi’i Al Islamy Bekasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, perancangan program, edukasi dan pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan pendidik, yang ditandai dengan penurunan kategori pemahaman kurang dan peningkatan kategori pemahaman baik setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan kesadaran pendidik akan pentingnya modernisasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai keislaman. Dengan demikian, edukasi dan penerapan Deep Learning melalui program PKM terbukti efektif sebagai langkah awal dalam mendukung transformasi dan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di lingkungan pendidikan Islam

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan untuk mengenalkan pentingnya website sebagai media informasi dan pengembangan lembaga di Pondok Pesantren Yatim Piatu Anak Sholeh Al-Hidayah. Sebelumnya, pesantren masih menggunakan cara manual dalam penyebaran informasi, sehingga diperlukan pemahaman teknologi digital. Tim mempersiapkan materi mulai dari pengenalan internet, fungsi website, hingga contoh website pesantren. Kegiatan dibuka dengan sambutan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penjelasan mengenai manfaat website, seperti media informasi resmi, publikasi kegiatan, transparansi donasi, pendaftaran santri baru, media dakwah, serta peningkatan kepercayaan masyarakat. Peserta juga diberikan praktik langsung, seperti membuka website, membuat halaman sederhana, serta mengunggah konten kegiatan. Antusiasme terutama datang dari para santri yang tertarik mempelajari teknologi baru. Di akhir kegiatan, pengurus memahami pentingnya website bagi perkembangan pesantren dan sepakat membentuk tim kecil untuk mengelola website. Sosialisasi ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman pengurus dan santri mengenai penggunaan teknologi digital sebagai sarana dakwah dan informasi pesantren

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of recruitment and job placement on employee performance at PT Sinergi Aitikom, South Jakarta. The background of this research lies in the importance of human resource management in achieving organizational goals. Effective recruitment and proper job placement are believed to improve employee performance, yet in practice, companies often face challenges in selecting qualified candidates and assigning employees to positions that match their competencies. This research employed a quantitative method with a questionnaire as the main instrument. The population consisted of all employees at PT Sinergi Aitikom, with 81 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) recruitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 9.626 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.757; (2) job placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 10.645 > t-table 1.990, a significance level of 0.000, and a regression coefficient of 0.701; (3) recruitment and job placement simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 77.268 > F-table 2.720, a significance level of 0.000, and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.656 or 65.6%. Thus, it can be concluded that recruitment and job placement play an important role in improving employee performance. The company is advised to strengthen its recruitment system, ensure job placement aligns with employee competencies.

Abstract

The research in the form of a dissertation is entitled "Educational Management of Principals in Implementing On-Line Learning Policies (Descriptive Studies at SDN in Karawang Regency). The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Online learning education management implemented by the principal at SDN Karawang Regency; 2) Obstacles faced in the online teaching and learning process at SDN Karawang Regency; 3) How can the national education goals be achieved through online teaching and learning processes at SDN Karawang Regency; 4) The efforts of educators to carry out the online teaching and learning process at SDN Karawang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method to determine the education management process of school principals in implementing online learning policies. The results of this study are: 1) the education management of school principals in implementing online learning policies refers to Permendikbud No. 24 / 2014 concerning Distance Education, Permendikbud No.109 / 2013 concerning PJJ, Permendikbud No. 119 / 2014, Permenristekdikti No. 50 / 2015 concerning PJJ and E-Learning, Circular Letter No. 15 / 2020 concerning Guidelines for Organizing Learning from Home in an Emergency Period The spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid 19), both in planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating. However, in its implementation there are still difficulties considering the uncertainty of when the Covid 19 disaster will end and the lack of experience of human resources for teachers and students in the online learning process that is in accordance with the standards of the education process; 2) Obstacles faced include, among other things, students only play and do not study seriously, students are still difficult to learn independently, lack of interaction that can motivate students in learning, the presence of teachers infected with Covid 19 has an impact on the concerns of parents of students being infected. their sons and daughters, teachers do not all understand using online platforms that can support online learning activities, teachers only use conventional methods, namely by giving assignments to students, there is no internet quota, students do not have gadgets (mobile phones), unpreparedness of parents in buying internet quota, parents of students who do not understand the learning materials of students and the ability to master technology, lack of internet signal or weak internet signal; 3) The goal of national education through online teaching and learning at SDN Karawang Regency based on government policies has not been fully achieved; 4) Efforts made by educators at SDN in Karawang Regency in the online learning process still make students the object of an Education project.

Abstract

Aqidah and akhlaq are two main pillars in the formation of a complete, balanced Muslim personality in accordance with Islamic teachings. Aqidah serves as the foundation of belief, while akhlaq represents the manifestation of that belief, forming an inseparable unity. This article aims to examine the fundamental values of aqidah akhlaq across four dimensions: rabbani (divine), personal, social, and global. This study employs a qualitative library research method, with primary data sources consisting of the Qur’an, the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), and the book Minhājul Muslim, as well as secondary data derived from tafsir (Qur’anic exegesis), hadith commentaries, and related academic literature. The data are analyzed using a descriptive-interpretative approach to interpret and classify the values of aqidah akhlaq into the four dimensions. The findings indicate that understanding and implementing rabbani, personal, social, and global values are essential in shaping Muslim character that is faithful, morally upright, and socially as well as globally responsible. This study provides a conceptual contribution to the development of aqidah akhlaq education in both individual and societal contexts.

Abstract

Tanggungjawab guru yang berat dalam mencerdaskan peserta didik merupakan kewajiban yang seharusnya diimbangi dengan kesejahteraan guru yang wajar, agar guru dapat maksimal dalam menjalankan tupoksinya sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan. Dengan keadaan bahwa beban dan tanggungjawab guru yang besar dikaitkan dengan kesejahteraan guru yang terbatas, guru masih saja konsisten dalam menjalankan tugas-tugasnya. Oleh karenanya diperlukan upaya mengatasi kesejahteraan guru dihubungkan dengan tanggungjawab dalam mencerdaskan peserta didik di sekolah.
