Abstract

Di situs media sosial Tiktok, pengguna dapat memposting film berdurasi 15-60 detik yang dipercantik dengan musik, filter, dan elemen artistik lainnya. Selain itu, Tiktok merupakan alat komunikasi berbasis web karena menawarkan fitur-fitur seperti pesan langsung, live streaming, dan kemampuan duet yang membuatnya menjadi alat yang berguna untuk komunikasi.2020 menyaksikan asimilasi yang cepat dari aplikasi media sosial Tiktok ke dalam budaya populer Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi sekunder, penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji efek penggunaan TikTok dalam mensosialisasikan konten serius yang diproduksi oleh humas pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi melalui akun TikTok @kemenkomarves.Temuan studi ini menunjukkan pengaruh ganda dari TikTok terhadap materi hubungan masyarakat Kemenko Marves. Informasi yang dibagikan di TikTok bisa jadi menjadi kurang penting dibandingkan sebelumnya, tetapi juga menjadi lebih mudah diakses dan dimengerti oleh khalayak umum. Oleh karena itu, agar humas pemerintah dapat menyediakan materi digital yang menarik bagi audiens yang lebih luas, diperlukan adaptasi teknologi dan strategi humas digital yang efektif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of Islamic da'wah-based television in strengthening the faith of Muslims. The type of method used in this study is a qualitative method using secondary data. The results showed that in implementing the Islamic da'wah program through television media, there were several da'wah methods used, namely: the Talking Method, the insert method, and the Infiltration Method. In learning, television provides three important roles, namely the role in providing cognitive, affective and psychomotor benefits. Da'wah through television must contain a lot of information and ways of delivering it so that da'wah delivered through television can be received and interested by many people, namely by involving four main things, namely, renewal of the concept of da'wah, expansion and strengthening of networks or collaboration with institutions engaged in da'wah, strengthening primary and secondary funds to fund da'wah programs, and increasing the quality and quantity of da'i and da'iah, especially those that are already popular in television media.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to learn how the ancient growth and development of the communication sciences made such a widespread development in the present era. The study employed a library study method by conducting a qualitative study method using a descriptive method. The study gathered data available from journals and books associated with the growth and development of communication sciences. The technique employed in this data collection involves recording and summarizing a number of obvious data sources. Analysis in this data collection suggests that the growth and development of communication sciences go through many processes in the stages of its development. The results of this study suggest that the growth and development of the communications science are constantly changing over the years and is thus growing rapidly and broadly in the present era.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the ethical challenges of digital journalism, regarding the role of social media in news dissemination. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research results show that the ethical challenges of digital journalism can be seen from the development of media for reporting, starting from print media, mass media, and the current era of digital media where everyone can easily access information (reporting) from various social media today. The ethics of digital journalism can be seen from the non objective reporting that online journalism conveys news instantly and superficially. In fact, this challenge is the news that is conveyed now, it is difficult to know the facts of the news that is uploaded on various social media. One of them is fake news (hoax) which occurs due to a lack of reporting accuracy and journalists' instantaneousness in conveying news/information. The issue of accuracy is now a dilemma for online media which is pursuing speed in publishing information in real time, demanding it be fast but at the same time demanding it be accurate. These many demands often give rise to new problems. Not a few online media take shortcuts, namely by prioritizing speed over accuracy. The practice of self-plagiarism is widespread by repeating sentences in previous reports to recycle them as if they were new news. In certain cases, real-time online media began to emerge which reported quickly on an event, even though he and his team never went to the field to collect the news. Then create news titles or information that are clickbait (excessive titles or titles that sometimes do not match the existing news). These are the challenges faced by journalists in the advancement of technology and social media, sometimes resulting in news producers or readers consuming practical news that lacks accuracy.

Abstract

This research aims to describe public opinion regarding the rise of public figures who violate norms on social media. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The research results show that a public figure is an influential person whose every behavior, attitude and activity becomes a public spectacle. So, a public figure needs to be careful in being positive in real life or on social media. There are several public figures who frequently violate norms in Indonesia, including artists, influencers and high-ranking officials. Examples of violations of norms are artists who say that they are transgender, artists who have pornography cases, artists who have bad attitudes, namely fighting through innuendo and harsh words on social media. Artists who commit sexual harassment and infidelity. Another example is an influencer who endorses a beauty product, which after investigation turns out to contain ingredients that are harmful to the skin. An example of this is high-ranking officials, namely where there are high-ranking officials who always display their luxury and wealth on social media, which turns out to be obtained from them committing corruption and bribery in their agencies. Public opinion regarding the violations of norms that occurred, namely the public's opinion to reject them by criticizing them on social media in the form of cyberbullying and cancel culture.

Abstract

Teks artikel dan editorial merupakan salah satu sarana bagi penulis untuk menyumbangkan sebuah ide, gagasan serta opininya ke dalam sebuah karya tulis. Jika dipahami teks editorial mengandung pemaparan opini serta fakta terhadap masalah yang terjadi disekitar melalui sudut pandang dari suatu redaksi. Sedangkan teks artikel sedikit berbeda, walaupun sama-sama berisi tentang opini yang mengandung ide ataupun gagasan serta sudut pandang dari seorang penulis, tetapi penulis disini tidak terikat oleh suatu redaksi. Penulisan teks artikel dan editorial harus disajikan dengan fakta-fakta yang benar terjadi dilapangan. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menambahkan wawasan bagi para pembaca mengenai fungsi dari teks artikel dan editorial. Selain itu jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan para penulis dalam mempertimbangkan terlebih dahulu dari fungsi teks artikel dan editorial sebelum mempublikasikan tulisannya, agar karyanya bisa sampai kepembaca dengan tepat sasaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana praktik penulisan artikel dan editorial dalam pandangan islam serta mengetahui langkah-langkah yang harus diperhatikan dalam membuat tulisan artikel dan teks editorial. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menerapkan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah dalam menulis artikel dan teks editorial tentunya seorang penulis masih memiliki kesalahan. Untuk itu dalam menulis sebuah artikel maupun editorial perlu memahami langkah-langkah yang telah diberikan. Dalam islam kita telah diberitahukan mengenai penyampaikan informasi dalam Qs. Al-Hujurat ayat 6 bahwa agar selalu berhati-hati dalam memberi dan menerima informasi. Sehingga kita perlu memeriksa kembali kebenarannya agar setiap informasi yang diberikan atau disampaikan adalah benar adanya.
