ABSTRACT In menopausal women, hypertension is the main risk factor for increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. According to data from Posbindu PTM at the Tanjung Harapan health center in the 45-50 year age group, 255 mothers who visited, 60 perimenopausal mothers (23.5%) had hypertension. Celery leaf decoction and star fruit juice contain flavonoid nutrients, phytosterols, apigenin, apiin, vitamin K, and vitamin C which can play a role in diuretic effects and maintain blood vessel elasticity. To determine the effect of boiled celery leaves and starfruit juice on efforts to lower blood pressure in perimenopous women with hypertension at the Tanjung Harapan Public Health Center, Marga Tiga District, East Lampung Regency in 2023. This research is a quasi-experimental (quasi-experimental) using a pretest posttest control group design and the population consists of all perimenopausal mothers who experience hypertension who are at the Tanjung Harapan Community Health Center, East Lampung Regency for the period January - October 2023, consisting of 100 respondents with a sample of 60 respondents. using purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained by making observations. It is known that systolic blood pressure before the intervention of boiled celery leaves in perimenopausal mothers averaged = 12.094 cm and after the intervention the average = 3.375 cm and star fruit juice averaged = 11.969 cm and after the intervention the average = 6.0 cm. There is a difference between boiled celery leaves and star fruit juice in reducing systolic blood pressure in perimenopausal mothers in the Tanjung Harapan Community Health Center Working Area, East Lampung Regency in 2024. Menurut data Posbindu PTM di puskesmas tanjung harapan kelompok umur 45-50 tahun 255 ibu yang melakukan kunjungan 60 ibu perimenopose (23.5%) mengalami hipertensi. Rebusan daun seledri dan jus belimbing memiliki nutrisi flavanoid, fitosterol, apigenin, apiin, vitamin k, dan vitamin c yang dapat berperan pada efek diuretik dan mempertahankan elastisitas pembuluh darah. Mengetahui pengaruh rebusan daun seledri dan jus belimbing terhadap upaya untuk menurunkan tensi darah pada wanita perimenopouse dengan hipertensi di Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Marga Tiga Kabupaten Lampung Timur Tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental) dengan menggunakan rancangan pretest posttest control group design dan populasi berupa seluruh ibu Perimenopouse yang mengalami Hipertensi yang berada di Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan Kabupaten Lampung Timur periode bulan Januari - Oktober tahun 2023 sebanyak 100 responden dengan sampel diambil 60 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi. Diketahui bahwa Tekanan darah sistolik sebelum intervensi Rebusan daun seledri pada ibu perimenopouse rata-rata = 12,094 cm dan sesudah intervensi rata-rata = 3,375 cm serta jus belimbing rata-rata = 11,969 cm dan sesudah intervensi rata-rata = 6,0 cm. Terdapat perbedaan Rebusan daun seledri dan jus belimbing terhadap penurunan Tekanan darah sistolik pada ibu perimenopouse di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Harapan Kabupaten Lampung Timur tahun 2024.
