Abstract

The preparation of this article is intended to review the survey on the decisions of each resource person based on the statements that we have compiled by providing a link to each question, between self-value and its relation to self-development, the aim is to find out that all results based on the survey influence each other and have their respective roles. This also includes how to understand the meaning of self-value itself and explain its influence on the success of individuals in developing themselves. Based on the results of further research data, we found something unique called a correlation between the two that influence and support each other, we conclude that self-value will be proportional to the magnitude of the characteristics of the individual concerned, by now showing that the more valuable a person is, the more it will become a magnetic field itself, people like this tend to have high integrity because of the large value of self that they have. They are called pioneers

Abstract

The increasing number of people considering social media applications as crucial elements in their daily lives, observing the tendency of individuals to use virtual platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. This study involved 37 respondents. Data collection was conducted using snowball sampling method, and analysis was performed using PLS-Structural Equations Modelling (SEM). PR has a significant effect on purchase intention by (0.416) with a t-statistic result (2.468 > 1.96) or p-value (0.014 < 0.05). Changes in PR will significantly develop customer purchase intention. The PI factor also significantly influences purchase intention (0.562) with a t-statistic result (4.637 > 1.96) or p-value (0.000 < 0.05). However, changes in PI will significantly increase customer purchase intention. PC has no significant effect on purchase intention by (-0.096) with a t-statistic result (0.565 < 1.96) or p-value (0.572 > 0.05). Any changes in PC do not influence increasing customer purchase intention.

Abstract

In the increasingly connected modern era, digital technology is a major driver of social, economic, and cultural transformation. This article reviews the importance of the role of digital ethics in managing and understanding the application of technology in everyday life. Through a qualitative approach with a literature study from 2019 to 2023 and thematic analysis, this study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. This study explores the complexity of digital ethical norms, including issues such as data privacy, social media platform responsibility, and the use of artificial intelligence in decision making. The results of the analysis show that data privacy is a major focus with the increasing use of Big Data which demands stricter protection of personal data. In addition, the ethical responsibility of social media platforms is also important in facing the challenges of the spread of disinformation and manipulation of public opinion. The conclusion of this study underlines the importance of educating the public about data privacy, developing stricter policies, transparency in technology development, and international collaboration to develop global digital ethics standards. The application of digital ethics principles is expected to optimize the benefits of digital technology while minimizing risks to individuals and society as a whole.

Abstract

Koperasi merupakan salah satu pilar perekonomian nasional bangsa Indonesia, sehingga pemerintah mendukung perkembangan koperasi di Indonsia. Koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita Jawa Timur adalah salah satu dari 100 koperasi yang terbaik di Indonesia. Adanya persaingan yang ketat di dunia perkoperasian mendorong koperasi Setia Bhakti Wanita ini meningkatkan kinerja, dan kinerja suatu koperasi bergantung pada partisipasi anggota. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman anggota tentang perkoperasian dan sistem tanggung renteng terutama bagi anggota baru sehingga mereka paham akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai anggota koperasi dan akan berpartisipasi secara aktif. Adapun metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemberian pelatihan kepada anggota baru yang bergabung sangat diperlukan karena berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman anggota akan hak dan kewajibannya sebagai anggota koperasi sehingga bisa berperan aktif terhadap kegiatan perkoperasi. Dengan semakin banyak anggota yang berperan aktif terhadap kegiatan usaha koperasi tentunya akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja koperasi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah menjadi pendorong utama perubahan dalam industri global, tidak hanya mengubah operasional namun juga inovasi di berbagai sektor. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi dampak transformasi digital dengan fokus pada efisiensi operasional dan pengembangan inovasi. Metode kualitatif digunakan melalui analisis literatur untuk mengidentifikasi pola tematik dan penerapan transformasi digital pada strategi bisnis. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional melalui penerapan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan analisis data. Di sisi inovasi, transformasi digital memfasilitasi pengembangan produk yang lebih adaptif dan responsif terhadap perubahan pasar. Kesimpulannya, perusahaan perlu terus mengembangkan strategi digital yang adaptif dan mengintegrasikan teknologi untuk mempertahankan daya saingnya di era industri yang semakin terhubung.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang inisiatif BRICS dalam memperkenalkan mata uang baru sebagai respon terhadap pesatnya dinamika perekonomian global abad ke-21. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis literatur terkait, menyoroti potensi dampaknya terhadap struktur keuangan global dan stabilitas ekonomi internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diversifikasi mata uang dalam perdagangan internasional dapat mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap mata uang dominan saat ini, sedangkan koordinasi kebijakan moneter antar negara anggota BRICS penting untuk menjaga stabilitas perekonomian. Selain itu, artikel ini mengeksplorasi penerapan geopolitik dari pengenalan mata uang baru ini, yang dapat mengubah dinamika kekuatan ekonomi global. Kesimpulannya menyoroti pentingnya kerja sama internasional dalam mengelola transisi yang kompleks ini untuk mencapai stabilitas ekonomi dan pertumbuhan inklusif. Saran tersebut diakhiri dengan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan dialog dan koordinasi antar negara anggota BRICS dalam melaksanakan kebijakan moneter serta diplomasi ekonomi yang cermat untuk mengelola potensi konflik kebijakan dengan negara lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of consumer trust and promotions on increasing the use of the LinkAja application at the Margomulyo gas station, Surabaya city. The population in this study were consumers at the Margomulyo gas station, Surabaya city, who made purchases using the LinkAja application. The data source used is primary data using random sampling techniques using a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical method for this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product And Service Solution) version 2.10 for Windows with multiple linear regression results Y = 5.968 + 0.209X1 + 0.2073X2 + e. The assessment results are valid and reliable, have a normative distribution, are free of heteroscedasticity, are free of multicollinearity and are free of autocollinearity. Multiple linear models were obtained. Based on the results of the analysis of the T Test results using the formula above, it is known that the magnitude of the influence of the trust impact variable on increasing the use of the LinkAja application is 0.03. Promotion of increasing interest using the LinkAja application by 0.01. Based on the results above, it can be seen that the trust variable is a variable that has a greater influence of 0.03 on increasing use of the LinkAja application. Trust will also lead to manipulative marketing because trust has a big opportunity to get customers.
